Come to find out that I had 2000 miles left on my oil change. They should have had it in the system when I went in. Either that or they just didnt care. After the oil change I asked them for a sticker that would say the 5000 mile mark. They said their sticker only comes with a 3000 mile printout. Also when I was sitting in car getting work done, the guys under the hood started whispering and acting curiosley. Come to find out a week or so later, the clip that holds the hood bar thing broke and they zip tied it up without telling me it was broke. Beware the mileage thing.

They said the latch to my hood was broken so they can't change my oil and i need it taken to a dealership so they can remove my front bumper to fix the latch. I drove to another valvoline to get a second opinion before I took it to ford and the guy literally said "yeah, whoever did it last must've broke it". I said "well the valvoline on E Kalamazoo did it last?" and he said I should call and make a damage claim. I now get to pay around $500 dollars to fix THEIR mistake from messing up my hood. I called damage claim and she couldn't find me anywhere in their system (even looking up my VIN number) so I had to go back to get proof they worked on my car. This is a huge expensive mess and I would never recommend going here.

Additionally, they provided me a loaner car. This was a godsend as I was going to daily radiation therapy for cancer. It was a Sunday morning. Brought vehicle to Town and Country and left keys in drop box for Monday. We live in the greater Detroit area. Curtis got the vehicle in and diagnosed the issue. Curtis said that the vehicle went into limp mode due to low oil pressure and an oils sample showed metal bits. He said he was not sure that replacing the failed part would fix the car due to the issue possibly caused by the low oil pressure. I decided to not repair the vehicle and scrap it instead. Curtis allowed me to keep it at the shop for about 5 days no issue until I could get my ducks in a row with a scrap yard and a replacement vehicle for my son. He was very understanding of the issue and accommodating. He even gave us a discount on the diagnostic fee he performed on the vehicle! I don't live in the area, but if I did, I would bring my vehicle service/repair needs to Town and Country and Curtis!
