My first thought was to try to reinflate the tire, but then thought better of the idea, opting instead to have it checked by professionals at TFT. Arriving a little after 5:00 when they close at 6:00 I didn't really expect much help. But to my surprise Chris (the manager) got my car in almost immediately and took great care of me... and with a smile and good attitude to boot! Not only did they tell…read moreme things in my car needed repair which was in tiptop shape, they replace a waterpump for me and they used the the antifreeze I had in the back seat and charge me for it along with charging me for using it . I took my car to another shop which had been in business longer and are more reputable. ( receipts below ) If they tried to do these things to me, it makes you wonder who else are they shamming? I reported the situation to the New Hampshire State Police and had a meeting with the head of AEI who is Will Dunn and showed him the paper work and his suggestion was to not take the vehicle back to Stratham tire. Oh and it would be nice to have my winter gloves back, although they were in the vehicle when I dropped it off and they are nowhere to be found now. When I went to them about the waterpump, my wife mentioned that the car needed an inspection and in all honesty, that was a mistake!
