Too bad I can't give less than one star. I literally just created a yelp account so I could rate this place horribly. My visit started with a huge dose of misogyny and ended with sexual harassment. I wasn't greeted upon entering, just looked up and down. I asked for an oil change, and specified that I didn't want to do a fully synthetic oil change to my car this time. The guy at the front counter proceeds to argue with me, saying he's never been wrong and that he can't use a synthetic blend in my car. He then looks it up and finds out he in fact can use a synthetic blend like I said in the first place. Clearly displeased, he agrees to it. They take my car back, and the second of the three stooges comes to get me with a clipboard in his hand to show me all of the problems with my car. There was a nail in my tire and I needed a new air filter. I opted not to get these services done here because they were quite overpriced. The man insists he wants to upgrade my oil, free of charge. I decline and return to the lobby to wait for my oil to be changed. As I'm waiting in the lobby a man comes into the shop. He gets a full greeting. How can I help you Sir? The asshat behind the counter says, after shrugging off and barely communicating to previous female patrons, myself included. Another guy comes from the back and starts interviewing me. "What's your name? Where are you from? What do you do? Etc etc etc" Maybe he's just trying to be friendly, but by now I'm seeing red flags everywhere. About this time, the second guy says my car is done so I go outside to see it and instead of it being parked in their parking lot, it's sitting across the street in an abandoned parking lot. He says, oh, just one minute! Before disappearing indoors. I cross the street to get to my car and he comes running across following me, I think he's going to show me something, instead he says "I upgraded your oil for you free of charge" I say...okay? He says, "Oh that's all i get? I did this for you" He starts walking towards me looking like a complete sex offender. I'm not sure what perv city was expecting? I felt completely belittled and violated. I jumped in my car, slammed the door, and sped off before I could vomit all over him. I think it's completely deplorable to have men like this working so close to a college campus creeping on young women as such. I asked you to change my oil, not try and have an intellectual debate or treat me like a sex object. These guys were old enough to be my parents and creepy enough to make the hairs on the back of my neck stand. Absolutely never returning. read more

DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMING FOOLS. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I came here because my son accidently put diesel in the gas tank of my toyota highlander, and we need to get the gas tank drained and refilled(son drove less than a .25 mile with diesel in tank). When I called them, I was connected with Kevin and was told that this would be a relativley short job and that the cost would be under $300. So I got it towed in on Thursday afternoon. But then the next day, these fuckers as soon as they open shop call me and tell me that there is all sorts of issues with the spark plug, etc and tried to fucking charge me over $5000 fucking dollars! I told them that wasn't what Kevin told me the day prior, and they try to sell me some bullshit line that "Oh, Kevin? He's new and doesn't know anything so what he told you was wrong." Fuck you! They assume you were born yesterday, and try this bullshit on me even though I knew damn well there could be no isssue with sparkplug or fuel injector bc the car wasn't driven with diesel fuel in it! Long story short, the car wasn't ready until Monday Afternoon and I had to pay 600 fucking dollars for these fuckers to do nothing but fuck up the car even more!!!!!! I pick it up from the shop, drive about a mile, and then the fucking engine shuts down. AFTER THEY TOLD ME THEY DROVE THE CAR AROUND TO MAKE SURE THERE WERE NO ISSUES WITH IT!!!!! Fuck these lying pieces of shit! Never trust a mechanic and definetley don't expect these lousy bums to do anything more than fuck you over. read more

Great, HONEST customer service. I came in needing a diagnostic on my steering wheel locking up. The shop I went to I was scared that I would be talked into buying things I didnt need or geared towards being up sold on extra work. As a person who lacks a PhD in cars, or bare even a GED, one of my biggest concerns with auto shops is being squeezed for extra work or having quotes tossed around taking advantage of my ignorance. Their mechanic John was extremely thorough with his inspection, cutting no corners, and their front desk man Lorenzo was exceptionally easy to talk with and understand his explanations. Not only did the mechanic give me detailed information on what was needed. I also received consultation on ways to LOWER the bill that the shop wouldnt be able to officially do. This not only helped get me in the direction of an ultimate solution, but it impressed me so much to write this review and definitely consider future work being done by this excellent staff. read more

Visiting from out of town we encountered a problem with our exhaust system. They took us right in, examined the car. Collins told us what the problem was, explained exactly what they needed to do to fix it. After bringing the car home we noticed there was still a slight issue. We called them up, they told us to bring it back in which we did the next day. They were waiting for us, took us right in, found the problem and showed us exactly what was being done to remedy the problem. We were out of there within 15 mins. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly, fabulous customer service and we highly recommend this service station! read more

I have been coming here a long time. I live out in Powder Springs but because of the great pricing and outstanding service I do the drive here. They know what they are doing and take pride in their work. Think you can get something done elsewhere for a better price? I doubt that and I doubt they will do as good of a job. When you need work done, no matter the job, come here and get it done. No need to worry about the quality of work because this place is all about quality. Since they are all about quality, there may be times you have to wait a little longer than the fast places. Better to have it done right the first time. read more

I had an excellent experience at Midas today! Jason was extremely helpful and actually showed me what was wrong with my car before charging me to fix things. I've had a lot of bad experiences with mechanics charging me for extra services I don't need. I appreciate that Jason took the time to show me my brake pads and why they needed to be replaced. He also took me to look at my car and show me how tire rot effects your tires. An additional bonus to coming to Midas is all of the coupons they have on their website! I will definitely come back here for all of my car needs. read more

I was leaving work when my tire pressure was very low. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to make it all the way home. I stopped by Midas since the gas station nearby had a broken air machine. The men there were super friendly and filled all my four tires up for free. One gentleman even stopped what he was working on to help me! Great service, and they didn't even charge me! I took my car in at 3pm on a Wednesday with no appointment because of a punctured tire and the manager/owner/attendant at the front got it in right away because there were available mechanics. He patched the tire and sent me off for no charge all in under 25 minutes. Extremely generous and attentive, and beyond kind. Got a puncture down the street and drove in to get it repaired, they explained the location of my puncture couldn't just be fixed, the tire had to be replaced. They urged me to go where I got the tire and get a roadside recovery replacement. Not pushy in the slightest to get me to buy something. All in under an hour. Super great staff and I always get my oil changed here as well at a good price. read more

Great service. They are very knowledgeable. They take the time to inspect your vehicle and have a line by line discussion about the issues before they work on your vehicle. Fast and honest! My tire pressure light kept coming on and I couldn't find the source, so I took in my car. It turned out that my spare tire was low. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes and they were honest about my tire issue and didn't charge me for the quick solution. I will return. read more
