When I walked into the store I was immediately greeted even though there were at least four other costumers ahead of me. I was looking for a model with a larger lens which they didn't have in store but were able to order. I was a little worried about getting them sight unseen but they were exactly what I was looking for. My sunglasses came within a week and I appreciated that they required a signature at delivery since they were so pricey. Hope I can visit this location again soon!

Express Eyeglass Repair. Didn't see that coming, did you? Doesn't matter what brand you wear, what style, what year you bought them. The owners at EER treat every pair like it matters. They fix it right, fix it fast, and charge less than you'd expect. No shortcuts. No excuses. They stand behind their work. All of it. And they keep a jar of little Hershey bars on the counter -- free, no catch. A piece of chocolate never hurt anyone's day. Parking's easy. Curbside, no hunting for a spot. Think your glasses are done for? Think you're about to drop real money on new frames? Don't. Walk into EER first. There's a scene in Toy Story 2 -- right when Jessie shows up -- where Woody gets pieced back together and comes out better than before. That's what it feels like walking out of EER with my glasses. I've had the same frames for four years. No itch to replace them. None. EER keeps them running like new -- they care more about these frames than they care about me, and that's saying something. Quality. Affordable. Fast. Run like In-N-Out runs a burger -- simple, no wasted motion, and it just works.

Initial Review 3/5 -…read more Docs are great - professional, thorough, on time. The sales staff? I flat out told the guy I wanted the same glasses - classic Ray Ban Wayfarers in matte black - I already had and they made for me a couple years earlier. He said they no longer made them in matte black. So I asked for them in glossy. He spent another 20 minutes digging around and said they no longer made those either. Now, this set my spider sense off because Ray Ban not making classic Wayfarers is like McDonald's no longer serving hamburgers. So I politely say I'll look around and get back to them. I leave, spend two minutes on the Ray Ban website, and find the exact glasses I was asking for. I call the office back, get another sales rep, and tell him I was just in and wanted to order these glasses. He finds them instantly - same number that was on the glasses I showed the original rep. The new guy tells me I'll have to work with the original salesman - the guy who didn't really know what he was doing - and I'm kinda like "Do I have to?" He politely chuckles and assures me I'll hear back from the other guy within the day. Two days later and I never heard a peep. Get your eyes checked there but buy your glasses elsewhere. I practically spoon fed the guy a sale and couldn't even a call back. Disappointing. Updated Review 4/5 - I was contacted by Dr. Zelaya less than 24 hours after posting this review to make this situation right. I was given a quote for the order, clear communication, and assured that the consumer service issue would be addressed with the staff. I decided to order my third pair of glasses through their office.
