Not a fan I think this place did me pretty dirty. I got scar camouflage and the color that they used for four different scars does not match the color of my skin. It's significantly whiter than my skin color and now it just looks like there are these giant circles on my skin that stand out more obvious than the scar did. They told me to just be patient and wait a couple years and it will fade. It has been 6 years and has not faded. I asked them to correct the work and then they wanted to charge me again. read more

I just had my lipstick tattooed at MicroArt, and I'm so happy! Amanda really took the time to listen to the problem with my bottom lip. The color of my lip did not go all the way to the edge. She was able to fix something that I never thought could be corrected. The results are really natural. Not only is the problem fixed, but my lips look much fuller and juicy! The procedure did not hurt nearly as much as I thought it would, either. Just a bit tingly. There was no down time, and my lips healed fully within a week. I'm very pleased with the results. This is an unprofessional and deceitful practice . That have no actual respect for Clients /patients that come here who struggle with a certain skin Conditions in many cases such as my case was. Which was not just a "lip Tint " beauty enhancer but a Birthmark . I came here with much hope , left untreated and disrespected , manipulated by Management . All their book is very well planned . A Team that manipulates operations and their protocols for service and don't really care about a clients . Be careful with your communication before you agree and proceed to pay their REQUIRED $500 deposit ( there is a reason to this deposit requirement ) An initial treatment quote of $2500 after the initial consultation escalated to $5000 + citing the need for extra time and the area required much more time and money than quoted . Blamed me of sending unclear clear treatment area pictures when they never requested clarification on what was sent or made any questions. I lost travel time , flights , hotels and transportation. This was not taken into Consideration when asked To at least refund my $500 so I won't Loose So much . I traveled here from different time zone over 5 hour flight this incurred many expenses . I don't see this business growing ,But I Do can see why they don't grow on popularity now and clients follows . They have 0 integrity and compasión. BEWARE OF THIS CLINIC. They conduct a highly unprofessional and deceitful practice. Initially, they present themselves as super sweet, friendly and accommodating, but once they received my payment (required upfront), their behavior took a drastic turn for the worse. What began as a quote of $2500 after the initial consultation magically escalated to $5000, citing the need for extra time "just in case." Sadly, this additional time was not utilized as promised, yet they still charged me the full $5000 in advance. Throughout the process, they showed a lack of commitment to completing the work as agreed upon. Moreover, they did not honor the full amount of time I had paid for , leaving me feeling cheated and dissatisfied with the results. My scars remain visible, not color matched at all as promised (and addressed by me MANY times throughout the sessions), bearing no resemblance to the impressive before-and-after images they showcased (which were later revealed to be photoshopped). Essentially, they robbed me of the full 8 hours I had paid for to address the remaining work. This behavior is outright thievery. To make matters worse, when I tried to address my concerns with them, they displayed blatant disregard for my opinion. In person, they would just tell me to be patient, that it would get resolved in the "next session". It did not get resolved and once the sessions were over, they told me someone would follow up to discuss. I had to email them over and over again without hearing back. Finally, when they did call, the person on the phone didn't address any of my concerns; just recited the usual script, rudely and condescendingly talked over me and even resorted to yelling (and accusing me of yelling when I was just trying to navigate around her speaking over me and raising her voice). I had her on speaker during this conversation and the person next to me overhearing it was completely shocked that a supposedly professional clinic could be addressing a customer in this way. And lastly, as I previously mentioned, I want to emphasize that I discovered that they deceitfully manipulated their before-and-after photos using Photoshop, further destroying any semblance of trust I may have had in their services. This is just pure evil considering the fact that people that struggle with these scars and come to them with hope just to find out they were manipulated with fake promises and photoshopped images. Steer clear from this place, seriously. I really regret not doing more research and finding a reputable and trustworthy clinic for such a delicate and significant procedures. read more

I had my eyebrows done by Sophia. There was a hole in one brow, they were uneven and very patchy. She gave me beautiful, natural looking brows. The procedure was not painful. I had a makeup artist doing my makeup and I commented that I had them done. She couldn't tell, even though she was that close to me and couldn't believe how natural they looked. If you have found MicroArt, you are a lucky person. This is a top of the line place for getting the very best semi permanent make-up! They are the most meticulous artists, utilizing vegan pigments in their centrally located Beverly Hills location. MicroArt also specializes in improving the continuity of skin coloration for folks with Vitalago and also masking discolorations, and to create an appearance of hair fullness where there is thinning. I have hade my lips and brows done here. It's great to get up in the morning and feel that I don't need make-up and know that my lips and brows look darker, fuller, and more symmetrical and that they appear that I'm not wearing makeup! It's great to know that I can go out and not worry about having to do any touch ups because I already look great...and that great look will not wash off or smear!! I also had a small scar through my top lip that caused a break in my lip line. I thought I'd have to live with this forever but they did such a great job at fixing the line that I really can't see where the break was. I'll be going back soon to get eyeliner to enhance my eyeliner so that I can skip the mascara when at the beach or when out in nature. I'm so happy that I found Tanya York and her wonderful staff. Update 2: Tanya, you are a very dishonest person. I missed my appt and wrote that I was sorry that I dealt with my dog passing and forgot (Posting the picture of the message).- I never yelled or screamed or even demanded a free session. I took that as my fault and what did we do reschedule me for next month. No issues, I called the day before my appt to make sure as I didn't want to miss it, I thought it 3/9 when it was 3/10. No rudeness. I just had a baby so my days can be off. I never once demanded a free session. Nor did I say anything abusive. What's funny, is after I called YOU TO CONFIRM MY APPT, you called me back and said my appts were cancelled due to my review on Yelp about your policy. Nothing was false or negative in my review. It was all facts! you were actually the mean one. You said you'll refund me and now you are claiming I need to go through ARBITRATION to get my money back. I never once challenged you. I just asked for my money back from my unused sessions. I only had 1 session. And you agreed to it. You cancelled, not me. So your no refund policy doesn't apply. Also, our calls were 2 mins each so how could I call and abuse you and yell and rant for 2 whole minutes. Stop the lies Tanya! Update: Tanya called me to tell me she is cancelling my appointments the day before my appointment because I am in breach of my contract, because I wrote on Yelp an honest review of her policy and now SHE'S CLAIMING I'LL HEAR FROM HER LEGAL TEAM, Lol.
