I've been battling with trying to "pencil draw" my eyebrows for years. I was so fed up with my daily battle that I decided to research on an eyebrow tattoo, but hated the fact that they look so fake. While I was researching the tattoos I came across a new technique "Microstroking", I became immediately obsessed about it and that's when I found Unfade Studio. I must admit I was a bit hesitant, but after reaching out the owner, Johanna, she went over all the procedure and answered all my questions very patiently, and so I made my appointment. Upon arrival to the studio, she greeted me with a big smile and excellent attitude. The owner is also the one that will work on you, so I felt I was treated like royalty. She handed me a health questionnaire that I happily answered since she wanted to make sure I was healthy and would have no adverse reactions to the procedure. After filling out the questionnaire and verifying I was on the clear, she went on to do a pigmentation test to see which color would better suit me. The last step before starting the actual procedure was the sketching... Oh my... it looked great, I was ready for her to start! READY, SET, GO!!! Johanna applied topical anesthesia (no syringes, just cream). Since the Microstroking means tinny scratches they are a bit uncomfortable, but it's definitely not worst than eyebrow waxing. The whole process takes about 2 hours and a half and my eyebrows were a bit inflamed, but let me tell you! What a difference! I didn't recognize myself, my eyebrows look amazingly fuller and what's best they look like my own hairs! I am so happy and excited I came to Unfade Studio. Johanna was super gentle, she went on to explain to me the healing process will take about 10 days (and wear sunscreen after that) and I should make an appointment to go back in about six weeks for a touch up. I haven't gone back yet for my touch up, but I still wanted to share how extremely satisfied I am. I've been the hit on all my family and work gatherings. Unfade Permanent makeup Studio was far beyond my expectation and made a better version of myself. Good look Johanna and see you soon for my touch up! read more

I recently had the pleasure of getting my eyebrows microbladed by Johanna in Beverly Hills, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Johanna is not only a highly skilled professional, but she is also incredibly patient and has a keen eye for shaping brows that perfectly frame your face. From the moment I contacted Johanna for an appointment, her prompt communication and attention to detail were evident. She made sure to answer all my questions and provided thorough information about the microblading process, which helped me feel at ease and confident about my decision. During my microblading session with Johanna, her expertise shined through. She took the time to carefully measure and shape my eyebrows to suit my facial features, ensuring that the end result looked natural and flattering. Her attention to detail was remarkable, and she was patient throughout the process, making sure I was comfortable and happy with each step. My eyebrows now look fuller, well-defined, and perfectly shaped. The color match was spot-on, and I love how they frame my face and enhance my overall appearance. I have received numerous compliments on my brows, and I owe it all to Johanna's skillful artistry. In addition to her technical expertise, Johanna's professionalism and exceptional customer service are noteworthy. She is friendly, approachable, and genuinely cares about her clients' satisfaction. Johanna Buitron of Unfade Studios in Long Beach, CA is a true artist. I have struggled with very thin to no eyebrows at all since high school (I'm 63 now). I've researched eyebrow microblading for a very long time and read 100's of reviews - which led me to Johanna. I can't begin to tell you how very fortunate I've been to have found her. Johanna did such a beautiful job on my eyebrows - she was very friendly and professional - she put me at ease and walked me through the entire process - showed me pictures of her past work as examples, etc. I am so pleased with my new beautiful eyebrows! They are exactly what I envisioned - They look so real - even right up close - My husband can't believe how real they look. Thank you so much Johanna - You are the greatest! Please see photos of my beautiful new microbladed eyebrows. I highly recommend Johanna Buitron of Unfade Studios if you would like beautiful eyebrows like mine. My sincerest gratitude to you Johanna. read more

I have had issues with my messy bold eyebrows since I can remember, every time I had them waxed or threaded the result was arched fine eyebrows, which really annoyed and disappointed me. I tried every technique on the market to have the so long desired beautiful eyebrows every woman aims to have. When my friend referred me to Unfade studio and I saw the before and after pictures, I knew immediately I had to try this new technique, and I did! the result was simply astonishing!! I encourage every woman out there who wants to have beautiful eyebrows to try this new technique, the result is so natural, the bold spaces are filled now, the length is the perfect one, I just feel thrilled with my eyebrows, more confident and beautiful. read more
