Just got my brows done today since my BF surprised me with it. Johanna is the owner and the one that does the artwork on your face. CLEAN, small studio in the Sola building. A bit hard to find but it's all good. Appt took about A little more than 2 hours, and a lot of the time goes to picking out the shape, placement, and color. Which is good because you don't want anything misplaced since it's semi permanent. Johanna took great care of me, and explained what she was doing in every step. Three weeks ago I decided to cover my old tattoo with the new microblading technique and I'm so happy I did it. I went to Unfade in Los Angeles and Johanna Buitron did a wonderful job. She is really nice and great at what she does. It definitely is not an awful painful feeling but at the same time it is not pain free; I would go expecting a little bit of a sting. If you want hair-like strokes and a realistic brow, then you are at the right place because Johanna is great at this. I am a research junkie and I wasn't about to let just anyone tattoo my face. Johanna is perfection! I was confident in her consistent results based on her instagram and legit my eyebrows couldn't look more perfect. I had one that was rounded and the other that was more angled and she fixed the rounded one just like I wanted. I just got my eyebrows done today by Johanna (literally few hours ago). I've had my eyebrow tattooed about over 2 years ago and it faded almost completely already. I've been scounting around for months trying to look for a different place that is legit, great quality and awesome customer care. I'm so happy I found Johanna and Unfade Studio. The place is cozy and clean. Even though I already know what to expect since I've had it done before, Johanna still went through all with the procedure, what to expect, etc which I really appreciate because I forgot most of it already. Prior the procedure, she drew on my eyebrow and made sure everything was perfect and she made sure I was comfortable and happy with the way it looks (the thickness, length, shape, etc). During the procedure, I was already expecting for the worse since my pain tolerance is so bad. She applied numbing cream and made sure I was comfortable. To be honest, I was very amazed how PAIN FREE it was (at least for me). I was very shocked and amazed at the same time because even with needles, I can be a baby. After the procedure, she went through with the after care and what to expect and scheduled my touch-up appointment and gave me some goodies for my eyebrow care. I'm extremely happy and satisfied.
