I wouldn't recommend this service for the price. I paid $325 for a brow and lash lamination with…read moretint, and the experience felt rushed and poorly managed. I arrived on time but waited about 15 minutes to start. Around 10 minutes into the service, my technician left to finish two other clients while one lash still had the curling piece applied. I waited another 15 minutes before she returned. Later, she went on break and handed me off to a different technician to finish. The appointment took much longer than expected, and for $325 I expected a more attentive and seamless experience. Update: The owner's response unfortunately reinforced my concerns. My review described my experience as a client; it was not an invitation to argue that my experience didn't happen because I didn't complain at checkout. The receptionist was on the phone as I was leaving, and at that point I simply wanted to go home rather than make a scene. Feedback from paying clients won't always be positive. Part of running a business is being able to receive that feedback and use it to improve, rather than disputing every negative experience. After seeing the owner's response to my review and similar responses to other reviewers, I definitely would not recommend or return.

Not only is she an expert at her craft, she is also kind, funny and friendly! I was traveling for an extended period of time after so ended up getting them done twice while I was abroad (in Paris and in Lisbon) and neither time came close to how good Alison's work is! She's an international superstar. I got to come back to her this year and don't see myself going anywhere else ever.

I've been…read morethrough every eyebrow enhancement procedure there has been: microblading, tattooing, etc and each procedure has left my brows discolored and scarred after a year or so. I never felt fully satisfied with them and would still end up using brow makeup to correct them ( which defeats the purpose of getting your brows microbladed and/or tattooed ). My lash girl had her brows done by Ally so I decided to get a consultation with her after my lashes. Ally was a perfectionist and you knew she knew what she was doing within 15 mins of her drawing on my potential brows. I literally made my appt that day and put down a deposit. Flash forward to the day of our ombré brows procedure and Ally spent maybe 30-45 mins drawing on my brows until it was PERFECT. She's knowledgeable of her service and craft, she's funny, she's cool and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Yes, she used numbing cream and there was only slight discomfort in the beginning when she had to break the skin to get the numbing cream to absorb into the skin. I absolutely LOVE my brows. I repeat, LOVE MY BROWS. I came back recently after quarantine for my touchup and I healed in about a week. I'm asian with minimal brows and now I wake up to a full arch and brows that look like I already have makeup on.

Girl when I tell you don't trust just anyone with your brows, lashes or any kind hair removal, I mean that! Alexis is a true brow artist. She helped me get mine to the perfect shape after years of over trimming and over plucking. After just two visits and trusting the process and not plucking during the few weeks in between, sure enough they were exactly what I dreamed of. I also always had problems with Brazilian waxing and sugaring, I've gone to so many different people over the years after extensive research and reading thousands of reviews and always had irritation, ingrowns, redness etc. I HATE shaving because my skin is so over the top sensitive and I felt I could trust Alexis so I had her do a full Brazilian sugar on me and oh my god. First of all she did it in like 5 minutes. She told me how and when to breathe. It was over before it could start to hurt. I was soft and glowy, no bad reactions just soft beautiful skin. I'll never trust anyone else again. And don't even get me started on how beautiful she will make your natural lashes. You don't realize how long your natural lashes are until you see them perfectly lifted. No one does this better than her. She gets the perfect amount of lift and curl out of your lashes, which makes them look completely natural and makes YOU look and feel effortlessly beautiful. Alexis is one of the kindest people you will ever meet, she's so accommodating with your needs (within reason, of course), and she makes you feel so comfortable that you forget where you are. If you're anything like me, you get stressed and anxious before appointments and have a hard time keeping them because something about lying down or even being in a chair in any kind of a vulnerable position can be overwhelming, even when we are simply trying to pamper ourselves! Well this is not something you will ever feel when you decide to start booking with her. Her studio feels like home and she treats you like family. She goes out of her way to make sure you're comfortable and happy. I've never had a better conversation, every appointment feels like a much needed girl sesh. I leave there feeling renewed, rejuvenated and light, and that's after a Brazilian... So that should tell you all you need to know. I honestly can't hype her up enough, you'll understand when you see for yourself. Don't walk, run!
