Look, she did an amazing job on my eyebrows the first time I went to her. But the second time, I showed up to my appointment and she wasn't there. I checked my phone texts in case she had texted me but I had nothing. Did I have my dates mixed up? Nope. I texted her to let her know I was here. Maybe she was in the bathroom. No, she just responded that she's running late. "Sorry hon" she said. Ok, it happens. I waited and waited. She showed up about 20 minutes late and I wouldn't have been so upset if she hadn't walked in nonchalantly like nothing was wrong, with her lunch in a bag in her hand. She went to get lunch, knowing she had a client. And she wasn't even rushing in or apologetic! She just walked in, chewing her gum, and said hi like nothing! I let her do my eyebrows, again, she did a great job this second time as well, but I couldn't bring myself to tip her and I'm never going back. How unprofessional and arrogant! read more

I've been going to Nikki for over 5 years, and she is still at the top of her game. She is prompt, thorough, and always makes my brows look amazing. Would recommend Nikki for all your brow needs! read more

This was going to be my 2nd time, and the first time she was running late which was fine she was able to tell me. This time I made my appointment, got email and text confirmation for my appointment, show up for my 11:15am appt early and she's a no show and no answer. It is very unprofessional and inconsiderate to the clients who make advance appointment and show up, and to not tell them you can't make it or running late. I waited till 11:30 the full length of my appointment before I just left. Her work is good and I was excited to have found someone but the unpredictability is enough for me not to have return. read more

I showed up on time waiting for my 11:15am confirmed appointment ! No one was there! Drive there, paid for parking, only to have the esthetician be a no-show. No excuses. Very unprofessional. If you're closed, you should not accept and confirm bookings. Unbelievable. read more

I have thick eyebrows and have tried to find a great person who doesn't thin them out or make them uneven and finally found her. Nikki does a great job on my eyebrows and is the only person I trust to shape them! She also laminates my brows and I always feel so much prettier after! Highly recommend going to her if you are looking for someone who doesn't thin a great job shaping and also laminating. read more

I am truly blown away by this human! Does IMPECCABLE work, in and out the door in 5 minutes.

She does great work and you're literally in and out in 15 mins. A tip for first timers (as this would've helped me), the phone number provided wasn't working. When you arrive, you can just wait in the lobby and she'll retrieve you. If it's taking a bit long, just ask someone at the front desk in side of the salon for assistance. read more

I've been a loyal customer of Nikki's for nine years. Nikki's brow artistry is nothing short of amazing! Nikki's warm and friendly demeanor makes every appointment fun. I've not only received stunning brows but also great advice on maintaining them between visits. You get in and out of there within minutes!! My mom has become a client of Nikki's as well. Nikki is a true gem in the beauty industry! read more

Best brow bar I've been to so far in LA. It's expensive but worth it because she is a real artist & manages to give the arch back to butchered eyebrows and also give eyebrows the cleanest cut. I regret not giving her a bigger tip! For next time. read more

Nikki is a sweetheart. I've come to her twice to have my eyebrows threaded. First time was in May and now, just 2 days ago. She really helped me grow out my brows and gave them a beautiful thick shape. She's quick and your eyebrows will look beautiful. I had a hard time making an appointment through the Style Seat application and through her website, but ultimately I was able to get in. The app and website were both saying she was booked out I told January 2018. Parking is free for two hours on Brighton in the garage. She's great! read more

I LOVE Nikki! She is going to be my brow artist for the rest of my life here in LA. She is so kind and patient and quick! I'm not from around here, I'm from the East Coast and it was hard to find a brow artist that could shape my brows the way that I like. I went to a celebrity brow artist but she was nothing compared to Nikki!! Nikki made my brows EXACTLY how I wanted and she also told me that I didn't need micro blading! Which I was looking to do for a long time, because nobody could get my brows right! She saved me money and she saved my brows!! Thank you Nikki and I can't wait to be back in your chair again!!! read more

NIKKI!!! He work is extremely professional and I am soooo GLAD I found her. Her personality is superb. THANK YOU NIKKI!

I met Nikki a few months ago on IG... Said she was traveling to LA from TX just to do brows and from her pictures she did an amazing job so I figured I would give her a chance. So I've seen her about 3x now and visit her about every 5-6 weeks for a threading. When I first met Nikki she was very professional, down to earth and had great conversation. I got my brows done today and I love them. I've lived in Cali 2 yrs now and never let anyone touch my brows until Nikki and she is stuck with me now. Her new location in Beverly Hills is in the center of everything and the salon she is at is very professional as well, they offer you a beverage as you wait. I encourage you to visit her work on IG and fb and then let her hook you up as she does me. You pay for what you get with Nikki which is great customer service and even brows. read more

I've only gotten my eyebrows threaded ONCE before going to Nikki and I was traumatized!! I saw her posts on social media and talked to my girlfriends about Threading and I found that threading is so much better for your hair / skin than waxing. With that being said, I decided to give Nikki a try. At my first visit, I remember telling her how scared I was because the first time I got threaded I was tearing up because of the pain! To my surprise, Nikki was quick and PAINLESS! She's even helping me re-grow and re-shape my eyebrows. I've been going to her for almost a year now and she really is the best and such a sweetheart! So happy with BrowsByNikki! read more

I was referred to Nikki by a good friend and after years of trying to find someone consistently good with eyebrows and I think I finally found her. She's fast but not to fast and when she was done my eyebrows literally looked like they had been transformed. I liked that she didn't completely shit on the people that have been doing my eyebrows in the past. More than knowing how to shape the eyebrows properly she knows how to groom them after, something I've noticed that a lot of people in LA don't know how to do. Look forward to my next appointment. What I look even more forward to is Nikki eventually getting her own place with better parking. read more

I'm very picky about my brows. She threads and her brow work is nice. I'd say they are more on the everyday brow look side. Don't get me wrong, not a bad thing at all. Your brows will look nice and polished and better than any run of the mill nail shop brow job for sure. read more

Ok so I haven't had my eyebrows done professionally in over 3 years. For some reason I just stopped getting waxed and decided to take control of my brows on my own. People complimented my eyebrows often so I felt confident, then I met Nikki. She is truly an artist with an eye for brows. After speaking with Nikki I realized my so called "good looking brows" were in disguise. They only appeared to be great because I was a master at filling them in. Ever since I put my trust in Nikki, my brows have grown fuller and the shape is just perfect. I am so grateful to have found her. She is confident and honest. She told me things about my brows that I didn't want to hear and because of her honesty my brows have never been better. Thank you BROWS BY NIKKI! read more

I found Nikki on IG 3 months ago and loved her work!!!! Knowing I was moving from NY to Cali I grew out my eyebrows for 2 months (yes I looked like a hot mess) but I didn't care because I had to see this girl. It was well worth the wait!!! I drove 1 1/2 hours to see her and will be making this trip every time. Nikki's service met all of my expectations, she was very welcoming and friendly which is a plus being a first time client!! I recommend anyone here whether living or visiting to see her for the BEST eyebrows you will ever have!!! I will definitely be a regular now!!! read more

I have been to Nikki twice and was pleased both times. My brows are naturally sparse and the person prior to her could not grasp the concept of threading light. I wanted my previous threader to be able to assist me in growing out my eyebrows not threading me bald. However, she would always overdo it despite me trying to explain the less is more ideology. After much procrastination I made an appointment with Nikki. There was no denying that she holds the title of "Brow Master." The salon is so upscale as to be expected since it is located in BH. I definitely love the vibe and watching the stylists work their magic while waiting for my appointment time. Nikki is nice and she gets right to work. On my second appointment I also got my face threaded. I always find the lip and cheeks to be the most sensitive areas but Nikki is very gentle. She is my go to. You get what you pay for and nice brows are worth the cost. For parking you can use the public garage as it is free for 2 hours. There are meters but I can never find an available on. The garage is one street over but be mindful that it does get full. read more

Before going to Nikki I only got my eyebrows waxed, but I noticed almost half of the time I would be unhappy with the finished result, usually because one of the eyebrows would be too thin or uneven. I found Nikki on Instagram and her work looked amazing, but even then it can be tricky, so I decided to give her a try for myself. Within 2 visits, I could already see her corrections to what my previous technician did, and for almost 6 months of going to Nikki now, not once have I ever been unhappy. Not only is she a sweetheart, but she makes my eyebrows perfect, full and even, painless, is located in a beautiful salon, and I'm always in and out. I've never received so many compliments on my eyebrows, and I'm always happy to refer people to her. read more
