Amazing Experience I'm in LA for the weekend visiting from Seattle and found My Perfect Brows on Google, so I decided to give it a shot and OMG, I'm SO glad I did! Jyoti was my technician and she was absolutely superb! She did my Brazilian waxing, underarms, threading, and henna, and everything was done with so much care, professionalism, and attention to detail. I walked out feeling amazing! If you're in LA and looking for a place that knows what they're doing, I highly recommend My Perfect Brows. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town! read more

ive been going here for the past year and twice have I left unhappy and with my eyebrows uneven from the same person. the first time i brushed off with the excuse that the place was busy and they were rushing to see everyone. the second time it was empty and i left with basically two different eyebrows on my face. ive never been this unhappy and upset. read more

Gia did a great job fixing my uneven brows done by my former neighborhood brow place. The threading was quick, painless, inexpensive, and I'm very happy with the results. I will definitely be returning to her. Very welcoming and friendly as well. In addition, I found easy parking on the street. read more

It was my first time coming here. I came for eyebrow threading, and I was happy with the service. The cost was $13. It was a bit stuffy when I first came in, but they put on the air conditioning and that helped. I put some rose water on my brows and face afterward, which was nice because a lot of places only have aloe. They don't have a rosewater which is something I enjoy. I have the lady by the name of Malti. She was polite. They also sell different eyebrow products, although I did not pick up anything; so I can't speak to that. I did not use the restroom so I cannot comment on that either. If you are in the area, I would recommend coming here. Plus, it's very close to target if you need to shop and it is right next-door to a coffee bean if you want to enjoy as a delicious treat at the same time. read more

My Perfect Brows - After getting eyebrows done - Threading Services Near Me - Los Angeles, California

This is a review of just the lash lift by Gia. I have short lashes and would be my first lash lift and I told her that. I asked if I would be a good candidate for a lash lift since I had short lashes, she said yes. I asked what kind of product they use on the eyes and made sure they would not irritate them. She said no they are professional products. Once she commenced and started layering the solution I noticed they started to burn the surface of the skin and I told her. She said only a few more minutes pain is beauty! So I held on till she was was finally done. My eye lids were a bit red and swollen from the burning. I could hardly tell my lashes and I was too focused on getting home and icing my eyes. Once I got a closer look at the lashes back home I only noticed then that they were stuck the skin of my eyes lids. I'm pretty sure they're not suppose to look like this???? read more

I just moved into the building above this location. I walked in with no expectations and walked out extremely satisfied. The women that were working were kind, Jyoti specifically helped me right away. She accepted walk-ins and I sat in her chair and asked her advice on what she thought I should get. I haven't paid for this kind of a service in a long long time and I must say, I'll have to add it to my monthly expenses! I'm so satisfied with the way she took care of me, checked in on me and HOW she did the service and the final result...I'm SO HAPPY WITH! I got my lashes tinted and lifted, and my brows laminated, threaded, and tinted. This is such a service that I highly recommend. Please give this place your business - they deserve EVERY PENNY! Thank you again Jyuti! read more

I heard about this place from a friend who does her waxing here and I'm so happy she recommended! First off, they have free parking at a near by structure! Secondly, Jyoti, gave me the best waxing experience. So kind and super efficient! I will be coming back! read more

I def will be coming back, I'm usually an eyelash extensions girly, but she sold me! I love how my lashes look lifted and natural. I'll definitely be coming back thank you :) read more

I've been coming here for 7+ years. Everyone here is kind, the service is wonderful and I always leave feeling beautiful. Vibes are great! Love Gia! read more

Don't go here!!! I came to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted and when I got there the lady was being pushy on getting henna. When I told her I didn't want to get it, her demeanor changed and she had an attitude. She put the tint on my eyebrows carelessly and sloppy. when the timer was up I had tint all over my eyebrows and it looked chopped and sloppy!! 1/10 would not recommend. And after when I was going to pay she locked the doors because she thought I wasn't going to pay. I felt discriminated. Horrible place ! read more

This review is for Gia. I went in for a brow clean up on 11/30/25. I've been going to her for months. She knows I like a simple cleanup. Today, she decided to play with my eyebrows and do as she pleased. She completely butchered my full eyebrows and not only left them thin, but with a wide gap in between my nose bridge. She proceeded to collect payment from me despite her poor service. I'm never going back and I'll be sure to tell all my friends about this less-than-satisfactory eyebrow business. I will be contacting corporate as well. read more

This place is a scam. I made the mistake of giving them two chances since I live nearby but both times I paid for a service I didn't receive. The head lady is extremely fast and is on a race to get you out. She is working on 4 different people at the same time, and she might be blind because she said she was done when I clearly still had a dark shadow on my lips. I had full face which I've been doing for half my life as I suffer from PCOS. This usually takes 30-45 mins, but she was literally "done" in less than 10 mins and I left with only a quarter of the hair removed. Both times I had to go somewhere else to finish the job. She will refuse to go over a full section of your face if one hair is too short (literally didn't even go over a whole side of my face) but still charged the full face charge. Basically paid $40+ for eyebrows only. Then she lectured me in front of the full store saying it's my fault my hairs are too short because I pluck and that my pores are "huge"... thanks doctor, maybe I have a condition?? It's also natural to get teary eyed, and she literally asked me SIX times for the whole store to hear if I'm okay, and it wasn't in a concerning tone, it was a pure mimic like she was so bamboozled why my eyes would water... and now I see other comments that this bullying and humiliation is common. Save your time, money, and humility. and to the store: please don't bother responding and gaslighting with some bullshit like the other reviews. If you know you gave a lighting problem, fix it, don't blame it on the city.. your competitors have managed to do better. And absolutely no excuse for the way the employee belittles and embarrasses customers. read more

I've gone in about 3 times now and will be a regular! I first walked in without an appointment, hoping to just get my eyebrows cleaned up. I got Gia, and she did so well! I told her what I wanted before we started, and she was attentive and gave me exactly what I was envisioning. I've gotten eyebrow lamination, henna tint, and threading. Total was around $100 something for all of it. I think it's a fair price & I always love the result! They prefer tip in cash, but you can still tip on the card. Also, free parking is available - enter from Mansfield Ave. its the only structure on your left. read more

Great service, quick reply. I'm going in this week for my treatment. I will post afterwards with more details

The service was quick and easy, my brows looked great afterward, and the staff was kind and welcoming.

Great job on my brow threading and good pricing for LA! I will start coming here consistently now.

I used to live next-door and would come here for convenience but now I have moved a little further away and still make the drive. Service is always very quick, and there is free parking around the back. Prices are inexpensive compared to other places in the area. Honestly it often does hurt quite a bit when I am getting my brows threaded here, but I will just repeat the mantra my mother used to tell me: pretty hurts. read more

I came in for a brow threading and tint. It was my first time having my brows done professionally, so I was very nervous! The staff were kind, friendly, and seemed very competent and confident which immediately put me at ease. The studio was clean, nicely decorated, and parking was easy! I love how my brows turned out!!! Shoutout Malti who worked methodically and to get the shape and color just right. Will definitely be back soon! read more

Do you enjoy being gaslighted and bullied? Great, well come here to get your eyebrows done! Popped in for a quick threading yesterday morning. It wasn't super busy at all. For background, I have naturally sparse eyebrows. I only clean the hairs that grow underneath my brows. I never touch the hairs intact to my actual brows. I've always had holes in my eyebrows, that's how they naturally are. My moms are like that too. The lady who did my brows, pretty sure she's the owner kept accusing me of over plucking my brows and had the audacity to ask me when was the last time I plucked. I told her 2-3 times I don't mess with my actual brow and only get the sparse hairs that grow under the actual brow. I felt like it was a mean girl bullying me. You can tell she thought I was lying..like ok nothing to lie or be ashamed about my natural hole-y eyebrows lady. Never going back here again. But feel free to stop by if you like being gaslit!!!! And bullied :-) Not to mention, I drove all the way from the west side because I used to live in the area. This was a COMPLETE WASTE read more

Do not get a Brazilian here. Especially if you're Black. They'll embarrass and make you uncomfortable. Also, she doesn't understand the anatomy of a vagina. She kept referring to my labia as my vagina "loose". I would correct her and she just kept saying it. Already exposed and she has the nerve to make it even more awkward. It's tiring spending money at places who act like they haven't experienced a Black person. Save yourself the embarrassment and go somewhere else. read more

Really confused on the whole appointment protocol. I made an appointment online for 12:30, arrived at 12:25 and signed in on the kiosk. There were two people there already and the lady would finish one and call next, then when she finished that one she called next again and the second person went, then finally me. By this time it's 12:50. I thought the point of making an appointment was to be seen at that time. Kind of wondering how they know who had an appointment or who doesn't, or who's even next at that point. I took my lunch break to come in since I didn't get seen until 12:50 I was late back to work and didn't end up leaving until 1:20. Otherwise then that the stylist was nice but that's about it, my eyebrows are not 100% to my liking, a little uneven and have tint above my brow. Definitely had my hopes up due to the good reviews. Also I emailed customer service because no one would answer the phone, they emailed me back right away asking what happened, then when I explained they went MIA, and it's been three days. So customer service is also poor. Update to 4 days later and three different emails I Finally got a response back just to be told I should take my review down if I want a refund, which is so unprofessional, and then offered me to fix my brows if I take it down. So unprofessional read more

I met Jyoti through Riya and I'm thankful she introduced me to her!! Jyoti does an amazing job with my eyebrows. I don't need to ask for much because she knows what to do with mine. I normally see Gia here, but she was on vacation for a few days, so I took a chance on someone new and was serviced by Jyoti. She was awesome and really put my worries and fears of trying someone new to rest. She went very slowly and constantly checked in with me, to be sure we were on the same page every step of the way!! I REALLY appreciate that patience, and her going the extra step for me keep me at ease. Thank you, Jyoti. If I'm ever in a pinch and unable to see Gia, I won't hesitate to see Jyoti. Absolutely, an amazing and talented staff with all their threading and other services. Combined, they all have SO much experience...you can't go wrong here, and you'll be satisfied. read more

My Perfect Brows - Love this place, and Gia is an absolute gem! - Threading Services Near Me - Los Angeles, California

My brows aren't cute. I came in for a shaping, that's not so bad. But while I was there I asked for a tint. I said please don't make them black. I'm blonde. They just need a little blend for my very blonde hairs to match the rest of the brow. Very natural result was promised. They're freaking BLACK. Mortified. And I've scrubbed them. Used Nail Polish remover, professional hair color remover. Dawn dish soap. Oil. Face scrubs. Everything I can think of. Nothing has budged. Very unsatisfied and upset. read more

My Perfect Brows - Very dark. And my 'white wirey hair' is poking out like a sore thumb. Photo doesn't even do it justice. BLACK I tell you. - Threading Services Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Came to this place today for the first time. What brought me here was my lady who I loved was not keeping consistant hours and it was frustrating showing up and the door was locked and the hours of operation states it's open. So that brought me to My Perfect Brows. I was met by one of the techs by the name of Judy. She was very nice. The place was clean but they don't wipe down the chairs and the tables so that was a bit gross. As for the shape, she did an awesome job. I was very happy with Judy's threading capabilities and I would return. Pricing has changed from what I see in the comments. Few yelpers wrote it is 9.00 however, I was charged 11.00 at the Los Angeles location. Rewards system goes as follows- Each time you go, you get 11 points until you reach 150 and then you get comped. As the yelpers wrote below, parking is free and really easy. I especially like that you can just walk in. The music is soothing and I love that they use Rose Water after they thread. Leaves a soothing and relaxed feeling. The only reason I took 1 star off is that the station could have been cleaner. Other than that, I had a nice experience. read more

I get the brow and upper lip threading services here. This place is clean and calm. I usually end up with Jyoti or Gia. I ask for a clean up, but sometimes my brows are a little thinner than I would like. Also, Jyoti is a little rough since the thread she used broke multiple times during the service and I've noticed small scabs around my brows a couple days later. Overall, I would recommend this place for threading, especially for a quick clean up. read more

My SIL found this place online. We were in and out in 15 minutes. The front desk man was so sweet. The women who threaded our brows were superstar professionals. The salon was cute and clean. I checked out the menu for their other services and everything seems very affordable compared to other places. My eyebrows were $11. Like what?! SIL got hers tinted too and they looked so good. Gina did an excellent job with threading my eyebrows. The place was very clean and the staff were super friendly. Thank you!

Just no. Eyelash lift is not worth it at all. They used products that smelled really bad- either expired or just low quality. Smelled like sulfur and burned my eyes. I've had a lash lift before and it was not painful, this was painful. And I can barely tell the difference.. would see more of a difference with regular mascara.. Also, the woman doing my lashes was eating right behind me as the product was setting in so I could hear the noises of her eating while I was trying to relax. GROSS. And unprofessional. Isn't there a break room for that? Hoping a manager will contact me after this review. read more

I was helped by Heena! She did such a great job! She has a good eye for detail and consulted with me a couple of times before she plucked additional hair. She noticed that one eyebrow had less than the other so she asked me if I was willing to keep some additional hair to let that brow grow and match the other brow. We also did my upper lip and i felt no pain. i will definitely be coming back to Heena! also this location has parking which is hard to find in Los Angeles. read more
