Girl when I tell you don't trust just anyone with your brows, lashes or any kind hair removal, I mean that! Alexis is a true brow artist. She helped me get mine to the perfect shape after years of over trimming and over plucking. After just two visits and trusting the process and not plucking during the few weeks in between, sure enough they were exactly what I dreamed of. I also always had problems with Brazilian waxing and sugaring, I've gone to so many different people over the years after extensive research and reading thousands of reviews and always had irritation, ingrowns, redness etc. I HATE shaving because my skin is so over the top sensitive and I felt I could trust Alexis so I had her do a full Brazilian sugar on me and oh my god. First of all she did it in like 5 minutes. She told me how and when to breathe. It was over before it could start to hurt. I was soft and glowy, no bad reactions just soft beautiful skin. I'll never trust anyone else again. And don't even get me started on how beautiful she will make your natural lashes. You don't realize how long your natural lashes are until you see them perfectly lifted. No one does this better than her. She gets the perfect amount of lift and curl out of your lashes, which makes them look completely natural and makes YOU look and feel effortlessly beautiful. Alexis is one of the kindest people you will ever meet, she's so accommodating with your needs (within reason, of course), and she makes you feel so comfortable that you forget where you are. If you're anything like me, you get stressed and anxious before appointments and have a hard time keeping them because something about lying down or even being in a chair in any kind of a vulnerable position can be overwhelming, even when we are simply trying to pamper ourselves! Well this is not something you will ever feel when you decide to start booking with her. Her studio feels like home and she treats you like family. She goes out of her way to make sure you're comfortable and happy. I've never had a better conversation, every appointment feels like a much needed girl sesh. I leave there feeling renewed, rejuvenated and light, and that's after a Brazilian... So that should tell you all you need to know. I honestly can't hype her up enough, you'll understand when you see for yourself. Don't walk, run!

Her appointment system is so easy to schedule and be reminded of my following appointment, that I always look forward to. I feel like family now after seeing her for the last 4mo. Highly recommend her. And a bonus she's right by the beach

She asks you what kind of lift you want (more natural or dramatic), which I've found that a lot of places don't offer the choice. The entire process was seamless and relaxing. I started going to Priscilla after being referred by another esthetician. I even did a training…read morewith her because I was looking to add lashes to my own esthetics business. As a licensed beauty professional of over 6 years who's had my own salon suite, I was understanding of certain unpolished aspects of her setup because I know the hustle of being an entrepreneur in the beauty industry. But what I experienced during this service was unacceptable. I booked an appointment and brought a clear reference photo, stating I wanted my lashes to look exactly like it. During the appointment, she was distracted, on her phone, and her pets were noisy in the background. When I looked in the mirror, my lashes were uneven, had gaps, and looked nothing like the photo. I even asked for a spoolie, hoping they'd look better in natural light. They didn't. Later that day I text her with my concerns. At first, she seemed open, but quickly became defensive and blamed me for "choosing a different style." Poor quality has nothing to do with a style. I was 9 minutes late, but she wasn't rushed. She still had time to scroll and text while hovering over my face. What's worse, she didn't reply to my reschedule message until almost 12 AM and then tried to charge me again for a whole new set instead of taking accountability for doing a poor job. As a licensed esthetician, I would never treat a client this way whether I agreed with them or not. No professional or service provider should. Professionalism matters. She showed none. She claimed to have 8 years of experience, but there's been no growth, no upgrades, and no focus on client experience. Just distractions and excuses. If you're charging salon prices, the service and environment should reflect that. Instead of focusing on outside distractions, focus on your business, instead of lacking. Overall, I just wanted good vibes and lashes I loved. Unfortunately, I got the opposite. I actually ended up removing the lashes she redid at another lash studio. I was afraid I wouldn't find someone else last minute on a holiday weekend otherwise, I would've canceled with her altogether. Maybe I could've overlooked things before if the lashes turned out well, but they were ugly and poorly done. Thankfully, another studio saved my lashes for my birthday. They nailed the look from the photo and brought the right energy. That's what the entire experience should've been from the start. If you value your lashes, time, or respect as a paying client, I highly recommend going elsewhere for a professional experience.
