As a client I didn't understand where exactly with the general way she was saying lift this are, round this, etc etc. I told them I couldn't afford the quote and they asked me to apply for 2 separate loan applications. Which I did on the spot because they asked me to. Even after saying I couldn't afford to add anymore payments and loans to my monthly expenses. I insisted on doing areas one at a time and scheduled my first appt with a deposit left. A few days later I called to ask and go over what my treatment plan was (exact areas that would be treated ), in what way, with what filler types and what the maintenance would cost me and how often moving forward. She (Nataly) kept saying she was trustworthy and transparent but didn't answer my questions and rushed me off the phone and told me to call back next day. To be fair- On that call she did mention again very minimally some things but only because I continued to ask and explained it wasn't that I didn't trust her, but that wanted to keep track of what was being done to my face/ have a map of treated areas and know all of this to ensure I could maintenance the work I was going to pay a lot to have done. - she continued to push for me to trust her without having answered any of my questions . The next day I receive a text that they t ' canceled my appointment and they would not treat me, stating that I seemed uncertain. They did not offer to refund my deposit so I had to text back to ask them to do so. Really weird. I was excited to be treated here. All I wanted to know was what was being done to my face and how frequently maintenance would be with costs look moving forward. It So weird :/

From the moment I arrived, the entire consultation felt surprisingly impersonal. Most of my appointment was spent with very young staff members rather than the surgeon himself. By the time I actually met with Dr. Barrett, it was only for about five minutes. He was pleasant and professional, but the entire experience felt rushed and transactional. I left almost feeling like it was a fever dream, it was over so quickly that I walked away confused instead of confident. The biggest disappointment was being told that the only way I would have a good breast augmentation result was with a lollipop lift and implants. I wasn't told this as an option it was presented as essentially the only option that would look good for my anatomy. I left feeling discouraged and thinking I didn't really have a choice. Thankfully, I listened to my gut and scheduled consultations with other highly respected, board-certified plastic surgeons. Every other surgeon had a different perspective. I ultimately chose another extremely reputable surgeon who recommended Motiva Ergonomix implants placed over the muscle (subfascial). He explained that because I had only mild pseudo-ptosis, the implant itself would provide the subtle lift and upper-pole fullness I was looking for without requiring a lollipop lift. I'm now on the other side of surgery, and I could not be happier with my results. I got exactly the look I wanted, avoided unnecessary scars, and didn't need the more invasive procedure I had been told was my only option. To be clear, I don't think Dr. Barrett was unkind. He was nice during the brief time we spoke. My issue was that the consultation felt rushed, impersonal, and left me feeling defeated rather than educated. Looking back, I'm so grateful I sought additional opinions before making such an important decision. My biggest advice to anyone considering cosmetic surgery is this: please get multiple consultations. One surgeon's opinion is not always the only answer. I'm incredibly thankful I kept looking because I'm absolutely thrilled with the surgeon I chose and my results.

Offices were spam calling me back daily or bombarding me with emails like ad agencies lol. Or that typical tiktok "this doctor has THIS special technique" which felt sooo gimmicky and fake. I never felt like I really got to see PS doctors as medical providers and get to speak to them without the shiny Beverly Hills facade. Plastic surgery does have this trendy side.. i get it. But it is still a very big medical procedure and I really felt like I just couldn't trust a lot of these flashy doctors I'd spoken to... I lost around 40 lbs and I always dreamed of fixing my lower pooch area - my case is a little odd because I haven't had kids yet and am relatively lean - I was looking for a really refined result. AND zero BS. just tell me what's possible and what's not. Dr. Kim didn't take a crazy consultation fee. I didn't wait months for a consultation. He didn't try to sell me anything. His office looks and works like an actual (clean and beautiful) medical office. I never waited for my appointments. During my consultation, he gave me plenty of time to ask questions and voice my concerns. I didn't feel like I was being spoken down to or being sold a used car. Finally felt like I'm speaking with a doctor who can actually lay out to me exactly what to expect moving forward, the downsides and upsides of my options, and what was and wasn't possible. Nothing was downplayed or overexaggerated. I had never had surgery before and so I really wasn't ready to have a big procedure like a tummy tuck. I asked if there was a more conservative option for my loose skin/pooch - we settled on a mini tuck with lipo to remove a large portion of my problem area - with the door always open for a full if I ever wanted. Dr. Kim was supportive, nonjudgmental and honest about whatever decision I chose. Results - my mini TT results were BEAUTIFUL. My stubborn lower pooch was totally smoothed out - no lipo ripples or weird creases. I recovered in like 2 weeks. No infections, no broken stitches, no seromas, no hypertrophic scarring, no dead skin, just... nothing. Dr. checked in with me after surgery multiple times to make sure I was doing okay. My garment fit comfortably and I was on just tylenol by the end of day 2. My incision healed into a thin, fine line which was sooo easily covered in a bikini. Way later when I was finally ready for a full tummy tuck surgery to reach the last bits of loose skin, the ease of my decision was in large part influenced by how smooth my past experience was. I trusted I was in good hands, and I was right. AGAIN, the entire procedure despite being a WAY bigger one, was just as smooth as the first time. Drains were easy. Stitches dissolved easily. The new incision is exactly where we planned for it to be - thin, and very very low and replaced my older scar. I entrusted Dr Kim to decide whether muscle repair was needed or not - he said he will if needed, since we're already in there let's make it perfect! I am snatched lol :'D my belly button looks so cute with a little hood, it looks natural and lovely. I'm around 3 weeks out and my incision is already so clean and healing very well. At this point, I can say I have a very good idea of how Dr Kim's office works, the pre op, surgery, the follow up, as well as healing/recovery. All the girls remember me, they make scheduling extremely easy, are fun to talk to, and before and after my operation my nurse really made me feel safe, cared for, and at ease. I was given all instructions and medications promptly and on time, as well as the Dr's personal number for any issues at all. Everyone has their own experiences and surgery is a big decision which can have unpredictable outcomes. But for me, choosing Dr. kim (twice) was the best decision I made for myself. The threads are now visible through my skin, which is very concerning. I contacted the office manager to discuss the issue and seek assistance, but I have yet to receive a response. Another concern was that the PDO thread packaging was not opened in front of me. For a sterile medical procedure, I believe patients should be able to see that the products being used are new and unopened. That raised concerns for me. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. I encourage anyone considering treatment here to do their research and proceed with caution. Update: After voicing my concerns, I was told they would redo the threads at no additional costs. The day before I was scheduled to have them redone, I was told that they weren't going to to this after all. Now my face looks 20 times worse then before. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!

I feel compelled to write this review as Erica and her team seem to cover the internet all over with fake reviews. I know there will be immediate fake positive to push this one down BUT I have heard from students who don't want the "bad karma" Fellow microbladers who find her false character distasteful Her team writes false reviews to hold onto high rating but she's dishonest Her lack of experience when taking phi training and presenting immediate training classes of her own as a newly finished student is unethical. Almost ALL of her reviews have little or no history as they are made by her receptionist and herself. The way in which she responses to bad reviews with a rude tone is aggressive and disrespectful and a attemp to be intimidating I know Erica will jump at this review with allegations of damaging her business blah blah but it's just the truth you are mediocre at best but you lie and cheat. I saw Erika for my first ever facial and WOW, did I choose well! She transformed my super dry skin back to its normal glow. I felt so relaxed and restored after my appointment. Belen is the best eyelash extension technician you'll ever find. Not only is she a lovely human but her work is unparalleled. I've had eyelash extensions consistently for the past 4 years and had to take a year off because of Covid. When my lashes came off I had zero damage. Zero. My lashes were long and strong and healthy. She is incredibly talented at her artistry and her main priority is the health and integrity of your eyelashes. I am so happy with my eyebrows after micro-blading. I wasn't really sure what it was at first, but Erica took the time to explain everything to me about the process and the after-care. She numbs your eyebrows during it so there is absolutely no pain or discomfort at all. My hair is a strawberry blonde so I was a little worried about matching colors, but Erica was able to carefully mix the color until it perfectly matched my brows. Where has microblading been all my life?!? I've been tinting my blonde eyebrows every two weeks for the last 15 years. After extensive research, I was fortunate to find Beauty Creators Studio and Anastasiia. Scheduling appointments is simple and convenient through her online booking system. The studio is conveniently located on Westwood Boulevard at the corner of Santa Monica Boulevard, with ample metered parking available in front. She also offers two dedicated parking spaces behind the studio for added convenience. The building is old, however her suit is very clean and nicely decorated. We arrived early and she was finishing with another client, yet she brought us back exactly on time. We were greeted warmly, which was such a refreshing experience compared to many cosmetic offices that can sometimes feel rushed, insincere, or impersonal. Anastasiia explained every step of the process clearly and took her time carefully designing the exact eyebrow shape I had envisoned. She was incredibly patient as we made several adjustments while I kept changing my mind. I am very squeamish and extremely sensitive to pain, but she numbed the area so thoroughly that the procedure was completely comfortable. I could feel the process, but there was absolutely no pain. Anastasiia is gentle, detail oriented and truly a perfectionist in her craft. I am beyond excited with the results and so glad I waited until I found the right person. I highly recommend Anastasiia and will definitely be returnng for brows and lips in the future!

After the initial session, the healed 4-week result was extremely faint, with minimal visible difference compared to my natural brows. There was also some noticeable unevenness in the shape. For a $495 service, I expected a clearly visible enhancement, even before a touch-up. When I reached out, I was told this was "normal" and related to skin type, which did not feel like a sufficient explanation given how little pigment remained. The artist later called me, apologized, and offered a second session at no charge to fix the issue. I appreciated that and decided to give it another chance despite my concerns and the negative reviews I had seen. However, after I followed up to schedule the appointment, my messages were read but completely ignored. I never received a response or was able to book the correction session that was offered. Additionally, when I brought up online reviews, I was told that previous unhappy clients were "under the influence of drugs," which I found very unprofessional. Overall, the lack of results combined with poor follow-up communication left me feeling frustrated and unsupported. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
