I really appreciate it. I had a bad experience with a big repair shop that had many good reviews and seem reliable. Popular shops charge more and take longer to fix your stuff or even to reply to your questions. This is why I chose a smaller repair shop. But he has good reviews and just from our conversation on Yelp and on the phone, I could tell he is friendly, has experience with pixel phones, and I can trust him. Matt was so chill, friendly, and funny. But still very professional and focused. He knew my phone situation was urgent so he helped me and delayed other stuff he was working on. He has 15 years of experience! I was able to stay the whole time and watch him work on my phone. Despite how he had to talk to a few customers while I was there, he still finished on time, in 1 hour. He even gave me a discount. I think he also gave his other customers discounts? I'm not sure. But I will definitely recommend him if anyone I know has phone or laptop problems, from now on. Thanks again, Matt!! (FYI, Please look up HOW TO KEEP PHONE WITH BULGING BATTERY SAFE, if this is why you need to go to the phone repair shop. I didn't think it was a big deal cuz the 1st repair shop I called BEFORE I went to Right On Repair told me don't worry just leave it turned off. but it can be dangerous and cause a fire if you do it incorrectly!!)

I've been here 3 times now (and yes... this last one was 100% my fault, not my kids ), and every…read moresingle experience has been amazing. Didi is always so friendly and welcoming at the front, and J is an incredible technician. She's not only skilled but genuinely cares--she's given me discounts multiple times on repairs, cases, and screen protectors, which I really appreciate. What really impressed me is the quality of their screen protectors. The one J installed actually saved my phone when I dropped it on a hard surface. When I switched to a cheaper one I bought online, my phone didn't survive the next drop--even though it was on carpet. That alone convinced me to stick with their products. I came back, and J took care of everything again, gave me a great deal, and even replaced the protector. At this point, I trust her work completely. Great service, fair pricing, and really kind people. This is definitely my go-to repair shop from now on. Highly recommend!

I was expecting to be without my phone for days and pay a fortune. Instead, they fixed both issues in under an hour while I waited, and the price was honestly half what I thought it would be. The technician was super friendly, explained everything clearly (even showed me the old damaged parts), and the repair looks flawless -- you'd never know the screen was ever broken. They used high-quality parts and even cleaned the charging port for free because it had some lint buildup. This is now my go-to spot for anything phone-related. Honest, fast, fairly priced, and genuinely nice people. If your phone is acting up, save yourself the headache and just come here. 10/10!

David at ABBA Systems is the real deal…read more I have a Sony XBR-75Z9F (75" Master Series) that suddenly went completely black. Multiple shops either told me it wasn't fixable, parts were impossible to get, or that it wasn't worth the effort because of how complex this TV is. David was the only one who stepped up and actually took the time to diagnose it properly. Instead of guessing or pushing a replacement, he identified the real issue and repaired it at the component level (T-Con / buffer board)--something most places won't even attempt. He had everything fixed and back to me in less than a week, and now the TV works perfectly again. Communication was excellent the entire time and quick responses, clear updates and he followed through exactly as promised. On top of that, he's just a genuinely nice, honest guy who clearly knows what he's doing, especially with high-end TVs. You can tell he takes pride in his work and doesn't cut corners. Hopefully I don't have another broken TV anytime soon, but if I do, there's no question I'm going straight back to David. If you're dealing with something other shops won't touch, or even something that is a regular job, this is your guy.

I called David and he was able to repair the faulty internal board for only around $375. And that cost was only because he had to take the tv apart and repair at his shop. If it had been a main board that was on the exterior it would have come out to much less. While here, I found out he also does VHS to DVD transfers. If you want to avoid having to buy a replacement tv...... I Highly Recommend!

If you store it incorrectly, for example in a sealed container, the released gasses can build up and cause the battery to burn up. I did not end up getting my phone fixed here because they made a mistake. Here's what happened. I thought I could trust them because they are the only official repair shop that works with Google. I had a pixel 3a phone that had a bulging battery. They said they could do it but need to wait 1.5 weeks for them to order the battery. Didn't even ask me for my name, no way to confirm they will order the new battery for me. They barely offer any useful advice on how what to do with the phone while waiting. Just told me don't try to remove the battery and leave it turned off. After 2 weeks of waiting for them to contact me I called and the guy said sorry, their new staff made a mistake they can only order pixel 6a or newer pixel stuff. But he said if I order the battery myself I can bring it in to get it replaced. I decided to go somewhere else because I didn't trust they would do a good job. And I was really upset because I delayed fixing my phone for 2 weeks because of them. My phone battery had started to get smelly, meaning leak gases. I was so worried it was too late to fix it. It has a lot of sentimental value!! Luckily i was able to get it fixed at a different, small, not well-known but very friendly repair shop. But I still wanted to write a review here to warn people of the very poor customer service here.
