The pizza is good but nothing like a NY style pizza. It's almost identical to a Papa Gino's pizza which isn't bad, just not really NY pizza

Went there again a couple of months ago. Service was mediocre and so were the wings. My biggest issue is that the prices charged were much higher than the prices on the menu in the store. If you are going to raise your prices, don't mislead the guest. Change the menu first. I was not going to bother with a review, I was just never going back. But then last night I had an awesome experience at a competitor down the road and was posting a good review about them, when I was reminded about Mickey's and how unprofessional they operate. Now I will definitely not be back. read more

Placed an order for pick up. When we got there to pick up the order we asked if the one bag contained both the truffle fries and wings that we ordered and was told yes. When we got home we found out that it did not have the fries. We had to call numerous times to get through and when we did they refunded the price of the truffle fries only - so they taxed us on something we did not get - they should have refunded the truffle fries plus the tax that was charged on them but they did not. Not worth our time to try and call again for them to refund the tax. The food was also not great - the calzone was on the burnt side and the wings were plain with a side of sweet chili sauce and certainly not enough for the amount of wings. We will not be visiting this establishment again any time soon! read more

Ordered buffalo chicken fingers. Weren't really crispy I think when you order chicken fingers you except them to be thin crispy and crunchy. They were a large portion but felt like I was biting into a soggy chicken tender. Onion rings were good. Good hospitality over all read more

I want to like this place but I've been disappointed twice in a row. tried a grilled chicken margarita tonight. it was inedible. apparently grilled chicken to them is boiled pulled chicken that was completely flavorless and bone dry. it ruined the whole pizza. I threw it out after 1 slice. $25 down the drain. the salad was good though. read more

Honestly this place hands down is a GEM, The slices are cheap and loaded, they heat them up in the pizza oven so its fresh and crispy thin pizza. I have tried most of menu and its all so good. COME GIVE IT A TRY SO BOMB read more

Mickey's NY Pizza - pizza - Pizza Near Me - Derry, New Hampshire

See all

Came here after seeing an ad on tiktok and we are so glad we did! The decor is cute and welcoming, the staff were amazing and very helpful and the vodka parm Sicilian pizza with the hot honey was EVERYTHING. We drove about 45 minutes to get there and I'd gladly do it again and again. Such a wonderful spot! read more

Some of the best pizza i have ever had, would definitely recommend the margarita sauce pizza Can't wait to come back

Went here for some pizza....ordered online was pretty easy! Online they were out of mozzarella (as a pizza shop?) oh well got provolone and was pretty good nothing special. 12" pizza definitely enough for 1-2 people though and good pricing! read more

Im extremely surprised this establishment is rated at 2.5! This place has the best pizza in Southern NH! Believe me, dont trust these reviews. read more

Delicious Love the cheese burger pizza Excellent sauce Calzones great also We will be back read more

Best Pizza in Derry hands down. I work for the local hospital and have bought folks pizza from there numerous times as well as popped in for a slice on my odd lunch break. Having spent a considerable amount of time in new haven and NY (pizza hubs in America) I will tell you this is the closest thing you will get to there. Pepperoni is generous and if nothing else it definitely feels like it's made with love. Thanks be back soon! read more

Should be called Mickey Mouse Pizza. I was driving and tried to call in an order. It said press 2 to place an order. I did that and got disconnected. Every time that I tried. read more

Thought you guys were my go to new pizza place. This is my second order and it was barely warm, the crust was hard and way over cooked. The pizza itself was very dry being so over cooked. Crust extremely thin and hard with a dark black bottom. Some black is expected this was beyond. Will be my last time ordering from you. Sadly. The first order was amazing! Will not be a third. read more

Good pizza but they are VERY unorganized and need a better system. They are SO slow and lose their orders half the time. Ive given them a couple chances. My last try i waited over 2 hours for just a simple large cheese pizza which i was told would take 35 minutes - i called them after 2 hours went by asking where my food was and they fumbled around on the phone with me for 10 minutes trying to figure out where they messed up and where my pizza was. They finally said "OK its on it way now sorry" and hung up..... The pizza arrived barely cooked and not their usual good pizza it sucked. Owner doesn't like to compensate and try to keep customers. Too unreliable for me to go back and would rather give my hard earn money to another business who actually appreciates and tries to keep every customer. read more

Couldn't even eat the pizza because the over half of the workers behind the counter could bear to keep their masks on. Especially the people making the pizza themselves didn't have their masks on properly. News flash: the chin strap and single-ear-hung masks obviously don't work. So either your employees are lacking the intelligence to comprehend the purpose of a mask, or they have overall disregard for the health and safety of each other and their customers. Seriously? In a pandemic? Where the infection is spread by breathing? And over half a million people have died? C'mon. Do better read more

We tried Mickey's in Derry. We will not go back! They lost one of my pizza's. And then the owner said to me he can remove the topping for a another pizza and put the toppings I wanted on it and cook it more. I said no, who would do that! He made me a new one while the other pizza sat for 30 mins. It was cold and soggy. I threw it out! They also charged me full price for the two! Most places would've not charged me! Save your money! Go someplace else! read more

EXTREMELY rude customer service!! My husband called and asked to speak to a manager and the girl on the phone claimed she was the manager. When my husband told her that he was not satisfied with the calzone we ordered, and that this was not the first time he was not satisfied with his order. She then proceeded to tell my husband it was "not their fault"..... oh okay so it's ours? What a way to go out of business. I've been a waitress, first rule girlfriend, the customer is never at fault for not being satisfied. Whoever put her in charge, I strongly suggest you reconsider that before you go out of business. We will never be eating from here again, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. What a shame, the pizza was good too..... read more

food was beyond amazing, we got a cheese pizza just the way Dave portnoy likes his and it did not disappoint!!! we also got 4 different kinds of subs and they all exceeded expectation. we will definitely go back read more

Alrighty, we went there for the first time. Extremely busy as they just opened. Nice decent appearance inside, friendly staff, attentive, and smelled really good. About 8 people working behind the counter to handle the new business - very very busy. We ordered a half-sheet Sicilian Supreme, a small chicken, bacon ranch pizza for the boy, and a steak-bomb because we HAD to compare the steak-bomb to what USA Subs and Blue House puts out. I have to state Mickeys is the new leader on the steak-bombs! Excellent and tasty and HUGE. Now, when it comes to the pizza - it's good, very good, but it's different than all the others around as no one is serving up Sicilian-style pizza. My wife loves it, it's not my fave but it is good and worth a try. Our oy inhaled his small pizza and says its better than Sal's version of chicken bacon ranch. But really, who orders a chicken bacon ranch pizza anyway? Mickey's is good, worth trying out, I just wish I didn't forget to grab the Root beer I ordered out of their fridge when I went back in to pick up the food. I know we'll be back as their selection beats everyone around town I think. And besides, my wife really wants to try their loaded potato pizza. WHO ORDERS A LOADED POTATO PIZZA ANYWAYS? read more

Good luck. No phone answer and 'online order temporarily unavailable'. Second try in a week. Not a good start.

Wish I had a better first time visiting. The pizza i got was black on the bottom and very dry. My mother got Her dinner she said it tasted good but they gave her the wrong pasta and forgot the garlic bread. I might try it one more time but I was pretty disappointed. My husband put in an application and got the job and he worked one shift before they got rid of him with no reason whatsoever other than someone got transferred and they gave the job to that I don't know how fair this is or how legal it is but I want to let anyone know that applies don't put your heart in getting a job there they'll keep you for one day and then get rid of you like you ungrateful bastards they are read more

Only spent $83 for 4 pizzas a salad and a sub , what a deal . I had a sub "Italian". pickles , onion and tomatoes Italian seasonings ,EASY! oil . I received Italian with pickles ,onions, tomatoes and lettuce ( I'm sure you don't know how much I despise lettuce ) once the oil stopped dripping off my elbows, I dug in . ( this place has the best rolls ) ( they don't make them) (but for $ 24 per dozen you can buy them) ( not bad eh ) The sub was deafenetly very good ! My wife and daughter had Pizza they agreed good flavor! but could not eat the crust without jaw pain.I am so glad I don't eat Pizza! Oh be forewarned the BOGO offer is one pre order ! so we paid for 3 and sucked it up ( we're old and easy I guess ) so we were scammed ( old people on fixed incomes should be smart enough to pay attention ) ( our loss ) we will not be back. LESSON LEARNED ( dad said every lesion has a price ) THANKS RANDY DERRY AUTO read more

I left a poor, one star review of this business...as have countless others, on Google reviews. His response, less than one hour later, which is quicker than it took to get my one pizza, was that he is short staffed like the rest of the country, and that i was trying to make myself feel good by giving him a poor review. There were no less than ten employees behind the counter. it was utter confusion. I don't make a habbit of leaving reviews, good or bad. What you'll notice, if you read any of the poor reviews he responds to...its never his fault! He clearly doesn't understand the concept of constructive criticism. His business attitude should'nt get him too far. I don't expect he'll be serving Derry NH too much longer. Don't waste your time or money. read more

Placed takeout order , was told to wait 45 minutes to pick up , I did , and when I got there I had to wait another 30 minutes. The order was only 2 pizzas and a salad. when I got home, one pizza was completely wrong , had no topping on it and The other was undercooked and tasted rubbery. The usual pastey salad dressing was nothing but watered down crap. For the 50 dollar , 3 item order , it was Extremely Terrible. read more

Pizza was incorrectly made and manager made it seem like it was our fault. Will never order from here again.

Ordered two Pizza's to go 12/13/22...30 min wait...got to Mickey's and waited another 30 mins...food was cold, burnt and had to toss it in the trash...and go for Chinese...the whole staff needs training...possibly you can get away with this type of service in Derry but I will never go there again...Rubbish food and terrible service.. read more

Never been to this place before, kept hearing to try it out. I did do delivery. I ordered a standard 18 inch NY-style cheese pizza. The Pizza was cold and overcooked. There was next to no sauce either, was very bland tasting. Like a combination of cardboard and a hint of cleaning chemicals. Very disappointed. I've afraid to order anything else. read more

Sadly, very, very bad customer service. And when we called to report the issue, both the cashier and her supervisor/other staffer were extremely rude. We know it is tough right now with every restaurant short-staffed and trying to do its best. But failing to even consider your person taking orders might need help or better training and blaming the customer automatically is just not the right thing to do. read more

Food was very good. We ordered a Meatball pizza and a side of chicken tenders. The tenders were some of the best I've ever had. We ordered at 11:10 AM and the order wasn't delivered to us until 12:40. So needless to say the food wasn't very hot. If we tried this place again we would not get delivery since there was also a $4 delivery fee since they use door dash. read more

Orders have been consistently disappointing, but gave the benefit of the doubt for three tries. Chicken parm calzone was dry and very little sauce at all and burnt on the bottom. They always seem confused when I picked up my order and have a hard time locating it. They forgot my pizza one time and I had to remind them and then they found it. The pizza is nothing impressive either. They also royally messed up an Italian sub by not putting on certain ingredients and then putting others on that I did not want. read more
