First time having breakfast at this place. We love their dinner menu so thought breakfast would be good. Sadly, we were mistaken. Although the waitress was good, the food was not. I ordered the Eggs Benedict with a side of bacon and homefries. The eggs were very overcooked. The hollandaise sauce was not good. The home fries were good though. It was very busy since the Patriots fans were coming in and out for the game down the street. It's always loud here, but that's ok. I will just stick with lunch or dinner here from now on. read more

I had a pretty disappointing experience here recently. A few months ago, I visited with a group where there was a minor situation involving someone I was with. It didn't escalate, and we left without any major issues. On March 21, 2026, I came back with a completely different group expecting a fresh start. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. As soon as I arrived, the bartender, Tiff (or Tiffany), was giving me unfriendly looks while I was simply waiting to order. She then made a snarky comment about the previous situation involving someone else, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. What made it worse was how confrontational and aggressive her tone was from the start. I hadn't done anything wrong during this visit, yet I was made to feel unwelcome and even threatened with being kicked out. It created a very uncomfortable atmosphere and left a bad impression. I understand staff need to maintain order, but this felt unfair. I hope management addresses situations like this and treats customers based on their current behavior. read more

Stopped in to Mick's today and had a great time sitting outside. Not much of a view but the seats were comfortable and there was plenty of seating. It helped that our waitress was extremely pleasant and attentive as well. I had the meatloaf sandwich and my significant other the Florentine Benedict. My sandwich came with bacon, onion rings, cheddar cheese, and some BBQ sauce. It was serviceable. Not outstanding but I enjoyed it and I would say the meatloaf dinner would be great as well. My significant other did not enjoy the Florentine. He said it was pretty bland with overcooked eggs. While not outstanding enough for 5 stars I would definitely try Mick Morgan's again if I was in the area. Next time I'd sit inside as well to see some of the fun decor they have. read more

Needed a last minute venue for a birthday of about 30 people after original restaurant suddenly stopped contacting us. I'd never been in there but drove by and took a chance going in to ask. The manager came right over and showed us the Guinness Room which was a nice looking room of a perfect size and a patio off it (could easily hold more). Everyone was so prompt and professional. They have a large number of menu options. They cut the cake, boxed it all back up at the end, made sure we had everything we needed before, during and after at a reasonable price. We've stopped in to Mick Morgans a few times over the years. A sign by the door directs you to see the host for seating. They had big plastic igloos over the outdoor seating this visit. Every time we visit it feels like more tchotchke is added to the walls and ceiling. Like a shopping addict owns the place! Definitely plenty to look at! The menu includes items that have been offered for years plus things we haven't seen before. Appetizers, sandwiches, Irish staples. Good selection of beers. Full bar. Soft drinks. Me: Chicken Wings Plain w/buffalo sauce on the side. Crispy on the outside and juicy in side. The Wings are so Good!! I also had The Turkey Burger with a House Salad. Let's talk about this burger. Turkey was so juicy and the sautéed onions and mushrooms were amazing but adding a fried egg..delicious. Him: Tater Tots- cheddar-Jack cheese, sour cream, Scallions. This is the Adult Style! We've tried... we really tried. We've been here four or five times and finally we just had to admit the food is just average, the restaurant is dingy and smells funky, and the staff are aloof, disinterested, and unpredictable. Every time we've been there our table was either sticky, wet, or had food remnants. Asking the server for a cloth to wipe it meant they produce a dirty wet towel used on the other tables. Gross. The food is just okay. Very "meh." Standard pub fare that's greasy and in mediocre portions. Expensive for what you get. The beer is primarily why people come here. The place is large and very loud and is overloaded with Irish signs, knickknacks, and memorabilia - all of which is covered in dust and has likely never been cleaned. The outside patio is spacious, but the metal tables are wobbly. But, the reason for the review is our last and most recent visit. The staff has always been distracted, every time we've gone, like you're imposing on their time. From one server constantly checking their phone while our food was waiting for pickup, to the two clueless, lost hostesses struggling where to sit people. The last straw for us was when we sat for a full ten minutes outside on a busy Friday night without anyone ever saying hello to us. I get it - busy Friday, there's usually a bit of a wait... but 10 minutes is a LONG time. As a joke, after 3-4 minutes, I put on my phone's stopwatch to see how long it would take. We just talked and people watched to pass the time, but our good humor faded as it went from 6 minutes to 7... and 8. Shocked. We stopped a server who had just delivered food to the table beside us if he could help us and he said, "you're not my table, but I'll get someone for you." No one came in the next 2-3 minutes so we chose to leave. When we told the two hostesses why we were leaving, they couldn't have cared any less. Deer-in-headlights expressions, saying, "Uhh, okay. Have a good night!" We aren't an old, curmudgeony couple and I worked food service when I was young, but we just expect a certain level of service when we go out to eat. The only positive is that they can fit 5000 cars in their run-down, sketchy parking lot. TL;DR: Dingy, average, disinterested and aloof are not acceptable traits in a restaurant that charges as much as they do. They need to seriously review their model and upgrade their entire structure. Idk what all these wild animals are talking about when they say it's a bad restaurant. Me and my friends have been coming here for two years now and it's awesome! It's all good energy. The staff are all great people if you actually stop them and talk. The food is amazing if you actually order food you like ( I recommend wings with beer cheese + blue cheese fresh chips or their burgers) only things I've tried and it's amazing! Just warning you if you go it will be hard to not come back! People of all ages go! It's stunning inside too! (We have been over eating so had to go light) The Caesar salad was huge so great value for the price we paid. Love this place, been coming for years. We usually sit at the bar, and the service has always been fast and friendly. These bartenders are the best ! We ordered the fried combo plate this time, and it sure wasn't like it usually is. Four tiny pieces of wings and legs, some way over cooked, some almost pink. Four little potato skins cooked to a crisp. The chicken strips were ok. All this on a bed of nacho chips with a tiny splash of cheese in the center and nothing anywhere else. We left a big pile of plain dry chips when we were finished and for the first time ever, we left there hungry. We both mentioned to each other as we got in the car how disappointing the food was on this visit. We are telling you so you can fix it and get it back to your usual awesomeness. I have been to Mick Morgan's Irish Pub in Sharon several times. The atmosphere inside is fun with loads of Irish signs and pints hanging on the walls and ceiling. The seating is mainly comfortable except for the booths toward the back that have benches that are too low as if they're worn out. The outdoor seating is great, near a large outdoor bar. And in the cooler weather they have the plastic domes with color lights that are fun. The food is very good, lots of typical pub food plus full meals if you prefer. The drinks menu is large and usually some seasonal cocktails too. The waiters and waitresses are friendly and knowledgeable. My issue is with the evening hostess. The hostess is the first person you see and greets you and sets up your feelings for the place. Lastnight my husband and I stopped in for dinner and the hostess was a young attractive girl who greeted us. She had an extremely low cut T-shirt on and as she walked us to our table we noticed she had a little skort on and we could see her cheeks. She was basically in a bathing suit. It was very off putting. We've gone for dinner before when the hostess has sweat pants and the sleeves of her top covered her hands and the neckline hung off her shoulder. (Only criticism might be my wish for a more piquant swiss cheese and this, due to other deliciousness and perfect texture, is forgivable.) Good beer list! The young woman who waited on us was exactly what you want in a server. She was attentive when needed, very pleasant and accommodating. The wide open space of the place causes it to be a bit load when the room is full. I don't believe that there is a single square inch of bare wall or ceiling in the joint. Lots to look at! The food was a solid B, Service an A-, unfortunately we chose to eat outside and couldn't understand why so few people choose this option on a beautiful day. Well after a few minutes my wife and I both commented on the foul odor, thought it would pass, it didn't. We finished our lunch and while waiting for our bill I asked the hostess to find our server because the odor was too much, she said, "I know!" They knew about the smell and continued to sit people there. When our waitress came out she apologized and said she thought it was coming from the town. It was not in the air, it was coming from the deck itself. The smell was like a combination of disinfectant, bug spray, stale beer and a full dumpster on a 95 degree day. The food as I said was okay, the service was as well, but they have a serious problem on the outside deck.
