I am a knitter, so I go to the yarn selection in the store. There I find an array of choices. I just want to cuddle up on one of the shelves. Fabulous colors and textures abound. I always buy more than I need, but the yarns seem to pop in my hands and say take me home. The fabric selection is awesome too. They have kits for making quilts in many sizes and colors. He was friendly and helpful -- I honestly wish he had been the one assisting me the whole time. Instead, the first employee eventually came over and asked if I needed anything, but his tone and body language made me feel unwelcome, as if he wanted me to leave rather than browse. It took the excitement out of what should have been a fun first visit. Bottom line: the store itself was great, but the attitude from that particular employee made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing.
