So, I drove out there and a very nice, helpful lady went through the fabrics, explained what was washable, explained the pattern matching. This space is on the side, no Main Street facing storefront. However, once you find it, and park your car (in the large easy spaces they have), you will be thrilled. First, Freddie (Frankie?) will meet you at the door. She's (yes, she, name notwithstanding) a fabulously beautiful dog. Midsize and super friendly. You don't have to be a dog lover to appreciate her. Once inside past her "gate" the space is surprisingly large. Lots of material on display and then a large room in back with all sorts of quilts and quilters. The quilts were on the wall and the quilters at the table. It seemed like a friendly group. The material is displayed mostly by color, but there is a "fun pattern section" too. I was there to pick up a "row by row" pattern for someone. They have them behind the counter waiting to be asked for. If I were a quilter Id come back here for sure. I may come back to get some material for pillows we are making for the outside furniture.

I took my serger in to have it serviced. A bolt needed to be replaced. They called me two weeks…read moreafter I dropped it off and told me they needed to order a part and needed my permission. Then there was silence. For over two 1/2 months! I finally called to ask them what the status was and they put me on hold and eventually had to call me back because they couldn't find record of my serger. they called me back and said it was STILL being worked on. I waited another month and called again. I left numerous voicemails. None that were answered. When I finally got ahold of someone, they told me they didn't know how to check their voicemails and again they struggled to locate my serger. They finally called me to tell me it was ready but accidentally told me that it could be picked up in Lockport, when in fact, it was in Elma. Lastly, they told me that the entire MOTOR was replaced and not just a bolt. I had to pay for that. I should have just bought a new serger at that point. I dropped off the serger in late Sept, and finally got in back at the end of January! That's 4 months!!!!! They didn't even so much as apologize or acknowledge this terrible service, which I found terribly inconsiderate and rude.

They also can do custom designs - everything from school sports and coach polos to concert tees and hilarious phrases on tees. Even my daughter's Girl Scout troop had a "field trip" here. Each girl got to design their own shirt, picked out a color for the tee and ink too, all for a very reasonable price. We will continue to come here. In fact, I just dropped of my kids' football/cheer jackets to get their names/numbers embroidered for only $15 a jacket.
