I wish I had the time to make and consign items for this store, but alas, I rarely have the time to enjoy my woodworking hobby as it is, much less to stress over whether or not I could keep up with any demand for production. She really gave off a vibe as if I was "bothering" her. When I saw a 2nd associate, I asked her for assistance. She used the handheld device to look up the specific item I was looking for and advised me it was out of stock in store. When I went to checkout, the 1st associate I spoke with was the cashier. Almost immediately it became my go-to shop for art supplies - and framing supplies as well. I do a bit of framing on the side for myself, family, and friends, and they carry a great selection of mat boards and backer/mounting boards, including archival products. I can't really speak to their in-store frame selection since I've only needed mat board and mounting supplies since I started shopping here. Their art supply selection is huge, and they carry just about anything you could need. The customer service has always been excellent - everyone I've interacted with has been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. And if someone wasn't personally familiar with what I needed help with, they were always quick to find another associate who was. Their prices are also very fair, especially considering the excellent selection and customer service you get in return. I would absolutely recommend this Jerry's to anyone.
