My first impression of the building and studio was that it was a bit outdated and the inside of the studio looked older and less clean compared to many of the other studios I've visited. My girlfriend and I arrived about ten minutes earlier in hopes to get settled in and find a picture to paint. I was a bit disappointed to find that the studio was closed when we arrived. The instructor arrived about 5 minutes late for the start of class so it felt rushed getting the paints and everything set up for class. The canvases that were given to us were thin so I won't be able to hang this up unless I get it framed. This class gives you the freedom to choose what you want to paint opposed to everyone working on the same painting and the instructor goes step-by-step to guide you through the painting. As I am not a very artistic person, I found it to be a bit daunting having to paint the entire painting myself without specific guidance and step-by-step instructions. The instructor was funny and kept us entertained throughout the class. My friend and I still had an enjoyable girls night out but I really wish the studio was cleaner and the canvases were thicker and of better quality.

We called after the suggested time after not hearing anything and were given a vague message saying it would be done soon and that the manager was out of town so things were backed up. Then, 6 weeks later we were told it was ready to be picked up. However once I arrived only 1 of the 3 painted pieces were there. I told the girl behind the counter that we were missing and she checked but couldn't locate them. I asked for the managers number and was denied and told to email... very disappointing experience that wasted time and money.
