This was my first experience going into a Kendra Scott retail store. I had just finished with my gym workout, so I was in my gym clothes. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door by Cameron. She was sweet, kind and very patient. I was looking for a gift for my niece. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for and she took me straight to the necklace, which I bought. Then she gave me space so that I could look around. As I was looking around, I found something for myself, a ring. When I asked Cameron about a ring size, she mentioned that we could customize the stone. I was sold. Also, Erica checked me out at the register she was so pleasant and kind. She made sure to give every customer her undivided attention as they were being checked out. I've worked in retail for many years and the customer service that I received at this location, far exceeds any of my retail shopping experiences. I genuinely felt like everybody working there was happy to be there. They had so many cute things in various price points. I had no idea that they also make custom rings and necklaces. You can choose your own color stone. The parking can be a little tough, but if you park in the parking garage, you should be fine. read more

I own several pieces that I have collected over the years years and love, but I feel that prices are out of control. Stud earrings that used to be $30-40 are now $75-90. I can't see myself spending this much for jewelry anymore. Service is always great, just bummed about the increase in prices over that last year. read more

I recently visited Kendra Scott (Watters Creek) and left extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. I purchased a bracelet that has now broken five separate times. I returned to the store on multiple occasions to have it repaired or replaced. The staff member who helped me was kind and even mentioned she wasn't sure why the bracelet kept breaking, and she understood my frustration. However, having to go back five times for the same issue is far from the quality I have come to expect from Kendra Scott products. During the same visit, I also used my birthday credit to purchase another bracelet. After completing the purchase, I realized the bracelet was too large and would likely slip off. I asked if I could return or exchange it, but I was told that purchases made with birthday credits are final sale. I did not see this policy posted anywhere prior to the purchase. The salesperson said she would allow an exchange, but only if I chose something else and completed the purchase before leaving the store that day. Because of this, I felt pressured to pick something immediately and ended up spending more money on an item I didn't truly want, rather than having the option to wait and apply the credit toward something I actually loved. I have been a faithful customer of Kendra Scott for years, but after this experience, I'm no longer comfortable purchasing their products. For how much Kendra Scott charges for their products they can have a better policy of repairs. I purchased a pair of seasonal earrings from them at I only got to wear twice. The bottom half fell fall and it's not something I could fix or replied myself. Brought it into the store and they told me since they no longer carry the item anymore there is nothing they can do. The earring wear over $80 when I purchased them. Not going to shop at Kendra Scott anymore and I have been going there the past 9 years. read more

I came in to this location early morning after dropping my daughter off to school to pick up my wife a few items. I looked like I just rolled out of bed and a little homeless lol. But the ladies in this location never treated me different or looked at me funny. I am a big black man and being ignored or treated poorly in nice stores happens often. But not here, I appreciate genuine people. So you guys have a lifetime customer as long as my wife loves the products I will spend the money. Worst customer service ever! I purchased my wife a Kendra Scott set of necklaces for Christmas and spent close to $400. I was only in the store a few minutes making my decision, bought the necklace and asked for a gift receipt in case my wife didn't like the necklace, so she or I could return it. At this point the salesperson could have told me about the KS no cash/credit return policy, meaning store credit or exchange for something else. Though my wife was okay with the gift she doesn't care for KS, she preferred Botox for Christmas instead (go figure). I went to return the necklace less than 15 days after purchasing, I had the receipt and the necklace never left the original box. It is then the associate told me, " we don't give cash refunds", and I said fine just put it back on my debit card. She said you can get a gift card or exchange for something else. I told her my wife doesn't care for KS jewelry, so why would I want to exchange or have a gift card? She called the store manager over and the young lady looked me in the eye and said, "It's on the receipt sir!!" I said what is on the receipt? "the return policy, it is on the receipt". She handed back the box and said "have a nice day" in a very sarcastic tone. I could understand if I didn't have the receipt or if it had been longer than 30 days not to get cash back, but to only have the option of a gift card or exchange is the worst policy ever. Once you make a purchase at KS you are stuck with KS until you die. If I had bought the KS necklace at Nordstrom's they would have accepted the return with far less proof that I had purchased the product at Nordstrom's. KS Waters Creek return policy is archaic and the store clerks are rude. Hey Kendra, your name is on the front of the store. This rude behavior and policy is a reflection on you, not the poorly trained associates that are working there. Take a page out of the Nordstrom handbook, KS will be better off for it. read more

The earrings I picked for my daughter's birthday were lovely; however the customer service was really disappointing. When I went to pay for the earrings, the associate asked for an email, then a phone number. I declined politely and said I'd prefer not to share. That was met with' "Well, that's what everybody does. That's how we do it here." I was pretty close to walking out without completing the purchase after that unhelpful and terse response, but asked her to check with her manager. She returned and made some excuse and then completed the transaction. There is absolutely no need to have to provide personal information, and I didn't appreciate being given a hard time over it. Terrible customer service. I had a necklace break, the replaced it and the replacement also broke in the same spot. Looked at the reviews of this particular necklace online and several other people have had the same issue. The salesgirl told me I could give her the necklace to damage out in exchange for 20% off something else! Excuse me, what?? How in the world does that make sense? She was not helpful at all and the "policy" is ridiculous. Glad to know they don't stand behind their products, especially when so many others had the same issue with the same style of necklace. I went this location for my daughter birthday, very same day and after a day from her college graduation. As soon as we step in into the store a lady just rushed to us and without saying hello, good morning or anything start to almost yell at us that it was a private party. She pointed that is on their website, Sunday only private parties..with I understand and I was not familiar with that even when is on the website but she kept repeating the same thing and almost pushed us out. Absolutely rude, shocking and ruined our day since it was my daughter birthday and she was going back to campus the same day and the only opportunity to shop there. But the worst part was the way the situation was handled. She didn't even listen to us just keep repeating the same thing and almost push us out?! I visit this Watters Creek Kendra Scott location at least a couple times a year (certainly always in my birthday month for the birthday discount). Most of my shopping with them, I do online. I like this store because while a bit farther from me than the Shops of Legacy in Plano, it much more spacious and comfortable to shop in. The purpose of this review however, is to compliment Celina. I visited back in October and Celina could not have been more helpful. I purchased several items, two of which I built at the color bar. Celina was warm, welcoming, professional and could not have been more helpful. Appreciated her assistance and also her ability to multi-task, helping me as needed but not neglecting others in the store (customers and colleagues alike) who needed help as well. read more

I popped in for my birthday treat. Parking is hit or miss but there is a parking garage nearby so if you can't get the street spots, you are set with a slight walk. The meters are not actual meters but if you put change in, it goes to charity so if you care about others, bring change. The store is average sized and moderately well laid out. It was busier being a Saturday so I had to bump into people to get through since I am apparently invisible and nobody can hear me say "excuse me". I think there were about three or four employees available and nobody offered any help even when I actively tried to get their attention. They have a small sale item table to the left inside the door by the register and I was able to use my birthday discount on an item there. I just went into this store, and spent about 30 minutes at the color bar, creating earrings. We had also picked out a necklace and three other pairs of earrings. I was planning on exchanging a gift given for a different set of earrings along with the other items we were going to buy. Long story short, they wouldn't exchange the earrings and acted like I hadn't actually purchased them. They were so rude, not making it easy at all to do a straight across exchange. We walked out with nothing. I will never go to this location again. They act like they're so much better than you, and that you don't deserve to be in their presence. Several associates standing around with a line at checkout. The lady behind me asked if this was the only line to checkout and of course, she said yes. The girl that was being helped turned around and said, "Patience." If you see that a customer is taking a while to checkout and has other questions or decides to purchase something else after already paying for one item, use that headset on your not so smart little head and ask a fellow associate to come help alleviate the checkout line. It's not that hard! And don't cause customers to be ugly to each other. There was another associate behind the checkout counter, but she was walking around doing who knows what, talking on the store phone and occasionally answering questions that the checkout associate had. You can clearly see the line, so do something about it!! This is the closest store I live to, but I may start driving a little further to other locations. It really ranges from simple to intricate, and with that comes the range in price. So I would like to update my previous review by saying the manager Taylor invited me back for a more pleasant visit. I ha e since been back twice, (or maybe 3 times). BOTH experiences have been phenomenal! I was greeted when walked into the door everyone in the store was more than helpful and Taylor took VERY good care of me. On my most recent visit, she helped me find a gorgeous gift for my mother in law and even offered to get a necklace ordered for me that was no longer in stores, and shipped to my home. Wow Kendra Scott. You lost a LOYAL customer today. My daughter is getting married this week. I changed dresses at the last minute. I made the mistake of buying a $250 bracelet here. It is beautiful but after getting home I just couldn't reconcile paying that much for costume jewelry. At first they refused a refund. Said I could only get store credit. 7 hours after I purchased it! They stated that for this collection that was their rule and it was on the receipt. Well the problem with that is by the time you get the receipt you have already paid. They checked me out on their iPhone. The hey did end up refunding me but said they never would again. I have never heard of a major chain store that would not give refunds! I will not be back until this policy changes. Buyers beware. Incidentally I kept the $125 earrings I purchased. read more

I have been a KS lover since moving to Texas and go every year to get my birthday jewelry, and a couple items for my sisters and mom. I actually hate writing this because I still love kendra, but my experience was unacceptable and quite frankly I felt racially profiled. This was my first time at this particular location and an older woman was at the color bar. I am the only hispanic in the store, and I sit down to wait as she finishes taking care of a client. Then, she looks at me, and proceeds to help the person who was BEHIND me that I know for a fact came into the store after me. I was kind of surprised but ignored it. Then, as I keep waiting, a younger lady came up to help me. The older woman (who I presume is the floor manager) tells her to go to a different section of the floor. At this point I'm a little upset because I've been here for a while with this woman standing in front of me and not a single word uttered to me. She then leaves and it wasn't until ANOTHER young lady comes up that I finally get help. She takes out the tray and I start to look at different stones I want for my necklace. The older lady comes back and straight up silently hovers over me. I've been in retail so I know when someone is hovering because they think you're going to steal, so at this point I'm upset that she can't even bother to talk to me. I ask her a question, and she goes out of her way to be rude and take her time, to the point of acting like she forgot who was speaking to her. Once my husband and daughter met up with me again, (who are white), she immediately talks to my husband in a completely cheery and sweet tone commenting at how cute his daughter is. I was amazed that I had to drag words out of her mouth to even get service, but my husband was in her surroundings for 30 seconds before she was gushing and sweet like she was with everyone else but me. This left me so disappointed that I will go out of my way to shop at another location just to never see that woman again. Looking at other reviews, I'm not surprised to see that customer service is lacking here. let me be clear though- everyone was great EXCEPT her. We had an exceptional experience at Kendra Scott in Allen today not only because of the ambience but because of the great customer service. It was my first time there with my mom who was shopping for herself. We were welcomed to the store by Kendelle and asked if we needed some help. We browsed around the store freely and Kendelle stayed close answering questions about what colors or options that were available. There was so much to chose from. We ended up buying more than we had come to get because of the great sale and I got myself something too. I'm definitely going back again! What's with this store? The interior is nice and everything but the customer service definitely drowns the experience. First time here, came to the color bar since we wanted to customize our own earrings. Waited 15 minutes, but never received a "we'll be with you shortly" or anything so it led to some confusion. Finally an older woman freed up, said she would help, but then some people behind us butted in and she completely ignored us... then another older lady came over but seemed incredibly annoyed. First thing, we were debating between 2 designs and she butted in saying "We're sold out"... ok? Then once we chose, she was putting the earrings together while chatting it up with her coworker not even looking at the earring so she could have messed it up or scratch the gem. We normally go to the one at the Shops at Legacy in Plano but chose the one at Watters Creek. Brittany was the best and needs a raise an promotion. She was was ONLY one working the floor. There were 3 at the color bar, each with a customer. I asked Brittany to look for 3 things from the back for me, each were sold out (due to Christmas which I understand) so decided on a custom color bar piece. Stood there for 10 minutes, 2 employees looked at me & never said "we will be with you soon" or anything. I looked at Brittany & told her we were going to the one in Plano & thanked her for her help. I have been to KS in Plano, Chicago, NYC & Charleston an never been ignored that way. Brittany was amazing & tried. I would give her 5 stars if I could. read more

Great customer service! I brought in a bracelet to The Woodlands, TX location on 05/16/18 that had broken to see if it could be repaired. They had no way to repair the bracelet but offered to REPLACE the bracelet. This location did not have one in stock but located one in the Allen, TX location. They shipped it directly to my home within 3 days. The shipment also included a hand written thank you note. This is yet another reason I love shopping at Kendra Scott! read more

Bought a ring here a couple years ago that tarnish due to being in contact with moisture. The store exchanged it for another one. Which is tarnishing as well and turn my finger green. I have been a Kendra Scott lover for many many years until I walked into the store in Allen, Texas. It was my birthday and I wanted to take advantage of the birthday discount they offer so my husband I stopped by after dinner. The store was mainly empty and when we walked in no one greeted us or offered to help the girls were too busy I guess talking about their own personal lives. After a few minutes of browsing I found a pair of earrings and I wanted to see if they came in any different colors so we walked up to the color bar. All the girls looked at us like we were homeless and didn't have any money and my husband finally had to hunt down a girl to finally come over and talk to us. After she helped us we went to check out and the only friendly person in that place was the girl who rang us up. When we were walking out two girls were holding the doors opened and didn't even thank us for coming in. I was so turned off by the customer service there that I told my husband I would only online shop from now on or drive thirty minutes to a different store location. I've worked in customer service for many many years and I think that's the worst I've experienced in a long time. I love KS and the brand and values are everything I believe in...Although this may be true, I haven't had much luck with Customer Service (excluding KS- The Domain/Austin) but anyways...Meredith is the best!!!! I did an over-the phone purchase because KS-Watterscreek was the closet to me that had the Sayers Statement in stock and she went above and beyond!!!! I complicated the process because of the birthday discount I wanted to use but she didn't make me feel in any way, shape or form like I was getting on her nerves. The girls at this store have to be the sweetest people on the face of the planet! They are so caring and kind. Today I went by the store to exchange a necklace my husband had given me as a gift, but it had been longer than 30 days since the purchase because my husband had been critically ill and in the ICU on life support. So I Obviously had not gotten a chance to go to the store and exchange the necklace. The girls went out of their way to help me and came up with a solution to where I could get the necklace that I really wanted even though they didn't have it in store and were so generous and just genuinely Caring. They gave me hugs and told me to bring in my husband when he gets out of the hospital, and I'm going to do exactly that. I cannot say enough about how sweet and loving and caring these human beings actually are. Not only did they give me a wonderful shopping experience but they truly made a difference in my life today. They even gave me a sweet gift. Now every time I look at that I'll remember these Kendra Scott employees who are truly some of those most special people I have ever come in contact with. read more
