The Spot lived up to its billing. We saw that it was a sponsor of my son's baseball team, and as it…read morewas his birthday and we had just finished a game - and he loves Sports Bars!!! BINGO! It had a large patio, a bit cool for that, but comfortable booths and tables surrounded by glowing screens. Great service, a large selection of beverages, and a well-rounded menu. I loved the Fish and Chips, son customized his burger for rapid inhalation, and my wife savoured a pulled pork delight. The Spot was a hit, and so grateful for their sponsorship of Miracle Field!

They have a great drink selection, which is a nice bonus whether you're grabbing a beer or something a little more fun. Food-wise, we're big fans of the garlic bread--simple, flavorful, and always a must-order. The chicken Alfredo is another favorite: creamy, satisfying, and perfect when you're craving comfort food. Their sandwiches are solid too, with good portions and plenty of options. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the owner--always very nice, welcoming, and clearly cares about the customers and the community. Overall, The Spot is reliable, family-friendly, and a neighborhood favorite we're always happy to return to.

Open mic Thursdays, karaoke Fridays! Bathrooms are a bit grimy but - dive bar people come on! Just make a nest, sit down and wash up. Lovely patio on the side of the building just don't get locked out. Back of the building always smells like skunk outside if you catch my drift. Bartenders are all very nice, including the owners daughter who's recently started. I've been here several times in the last few years since living here and of the few bars in town- this one is usually the most lit. If you come early though the place is very quiet and you could hear a pin drop! Great service either way. Oh and if you're hungry? Popcorn.

It's not fancy, and the beverages are pretty standard, but the vibe is pretty good and no one will bother you. I've come here several times with friends and we've had a good time, each time we've come here. You can bring your own food if you want as well (they don't really serve food). Parking can be a bit tight on busy nights, so be prepared to park nearby if you get here later in the evening. The bartenders are friendly, even when they're busy, and they tend to remember their regulars. There's also an outdoor seating area. Thanks
