Although it is holiday time, they took my project and assured me that it would be finished in time. While I was there, I mentioned I am having trouble with my close vision and having difficulty seeing needlework, threading needles, etc. I was asked to come into the next room where she sat me down in front of a needlework in progress and shown some magnifying glasses that worked with my existing glasses. I had the sense that she was in charge, which may or may not be, but her attitude and behavior would absolutely preclude my ever going back to Lorraine Mills. No one, no matter their age, should be treated rudely or unhelpfully. If you can't work with people and their frailties, please find another job. Life is too short to be miserable.
