After finalizing the sell, Ricardo introduced me to the Sam (manger) and my photo was taken with my dream car. I live in CT but this dealership will always be my favorite place to do business. I called and they said to bring it back and they would do them. It was not very convenient but I took it back in. When I got home I saw that one of the doors had not been done so I had to do it myself after paying them $275 and having to go back. Then today I went to put the things back into the glove compartment and it had not been cleaned even though I emptied it! I don't feel like I got a $275 worth interior detail.

Never made it in the door…read more I called three times to identify the car I was looking at and make an appointment to test drive it. Spoke with Nick each time (not Greg, who is listed as the point of contact everywhere else). Called three different times to get information and try to set an appointment (it was a little troublesome to schedule an appointment, but we settled on a time and date. Weekend wasn't possible because it was "a little too busy"). When calling to confirm the appointment, Nick had forgotten there was an appointment, had forgotten the car/s I was interested in, Despite having spoken to him less than 24 hours before. He also asked if there was any way I could come in earlier because he had to leave early. Not possible because I scheduled time off of work for the appointment because the weekend was "a little too busy". This looked like an okay deal, because of prices. I was willing to go with a different bank than my own (that won't finance rebuild titles) in order to get more car for my money. And while I know personal skills aren't the same as autobody skills I have zero confidence moving forward based on basic customer service. Maybe Greg is a joy to work with, but I won't go near this place. I am spending money on a car this week. They just lost it.

I've continued going there with my current car because I feel comfortable with them and satisified with their work. They're friendly and explain problems with the car clearly, giving me more and less expensive options. I've never felt they were doing extra work that didn't need to be done, but instead gave me a clear outline of their recommendations and the implications of a range of options -- from doing nothing, to using parts from one of their parts cars, to doing all repairs. I've not had a problem in terms of timing -- they are usually willing to look at my car right away and if it needs more extensive repairs, I tend to leave it for the afternoon or overnight. I see a diverse range of customers there -- men, women, older, younger, folks who know nothing about cars to folks who come in with questions about their self-made repairs.

I first waited several minutes while the agent (not Jason, who is very professional), finished up with another customer, then spent some time shuffling papers. When I got the agent's attention, I started to describe my situation when the phone rang. "Let me take care of this." Ten minutes later I was still waiting. When he finally got off the phone, he asked me why I was there, all the while playing with the papers in front of him. My problem was with the air conditioner. "We don't do air conditioners anymore." I told him I wish he had told me that ten minutes earlier. "We didn't get that far." Why on earth not?? I would still go back because I believe they do good work at a fair price, but only if Jason is standing at the desk.
