I am a frequent shoppers for years and all I have to say is I've always had such a wonderful experience shopping at Michaels! The employees are always helpful and friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to assist me. Whether it's helping me find the perfect craft supplies, answering questions, or offering suggestions, their dedication truly stands out. I'm especially impressed with the care and attention given to balloon orders. I've had plenty made. The team puts genuine effort into making sure each order is handled with care and turns out beautifully. the times I can't come in and when I order pickup , my orders are also fulfilled in a timely manner, making shopping convenient, reliable, and stress-free. I feel that it's clear that the employees take pride in their work and genuinely care about creating a positive shopping experience. I thank the managers I've delt with on the busier of days and the employees for helping me entirely and bagging my buys through the self check out. read more

A very busy Saturday, yet I was assisted quickly and efficiently. A lovely young lady helped me by unlocking items for me to purchase and even offered a great suggestion for my project. I'm so sorry I cannot recall her name. Brandon helped me at checkout as my phone coupons were not cooperating. Brandon manually went through my items and fixed everything! This will always be my store of choice; even though another is less than a mile. Thanks Coral Springs Michaels. You made my day! read more

Mason deserves a raise! He was so so awesome when we had questions about current sales going on. The store was chaotic because Christmas stuff is already out and on sale but the employees seemed they were having a good time and were great at customer service! A ton of sales going on right now too! read more

This Michaels location was very large as usual with everything you could want for an artsy project. Several teaching and school supplies in addition to a huge Halloween section. Purchased some ceramic glue. The staff was friendly and cashed me out quickly instead of using the digital personal checkout machine. Helium balloons for sale here with for about $4.99 - 6.00. The bathroom was very clean too. read more

Michaels is not the cheapest store to buy crafts and home stuff, but if you catch any of their sales or clearance events, you might be able to get some really good quality stuff for a great price. If you are member of their rewards program, you will get emails with coupons and offers that could be applied to regular priced merchandise. Even if you are not, you can get on their website and they have plenty of coupons that might be of use. If you are 55 or older, you can also get 10% every purchase, including sale items. They need to verify your age, which is done online. I got some home organizing stuff at this Michael's, the look, styles and colors they had were perfect for what I was looking for. Many options. The cashier was really nice and sweet. read more

Employee are rude and uneducated about the products in the store! Got 2 big birthday balloons for $30 Asked if she can leave the strings long! She told me no- she cannot it's the store policy! If I want my strings long it is not your place to tell me NO- Your an employee and I payed for the balloons Will never go where people think they own the place! She was definitely a manager read more

Back to Michael's today to check their Puzzle Inventory and purchase small gift for my grandchildren. I would have liked more choices. I did however like the summer items display that was 50 % off. I managed to purchase some of those. Many displays were on sale. A variety of items had % signs off. It's a great time to shop if you are in need of those items. I always enjoy stopping by Michael's. The staff is so helpful and nice. read more

This store was okay.. they didn't have exactly what we needed, but we did find something we could use instead. There wasn't as much inventory as the Michaels we usually go to on federal highway... but then again,it's been awhile since we were there. It also wasn't the neatest, but we've been in worse. They did have a selection of Halloween stuff at 60 percent off --if you're planning ahead for next year. They were fairly busy, but not overly so. I don't think we'd go out of our way to come here -- but it was right next to the Doris' market so it was convenient, this time. There's ample parking in the lot out front, too. read more

They're supposed to close at 9. I got there at 8:55, I knew exactly what I needed, I was going to run in and out. The door was already locked, the employee had her bag in hand and was heading out. I understand you want to go home but I rushed across town, knowing I'll get there with 5 minutes to spare. Upset I wasted my gas, store hours says closes at 9. It wasn't 9 read more

I love coming to Michael's. There is so many things to see. I am a scrapbooker, well I have a scrapbooks and I buy the materials: pages, cricuts, adhesive, stickers etc.but I haven't made much progress in the actual scrapbooking process LOL So come here quite often, I bring coupons but usually most of the things I buy are already on sale which is nice. I always find what I'm looking for. My only complaint is that lines get pretty and sometimes they don't have enough staff on hand, but other than that it's a great place read more

Michaels - Arts & Crafts Near Me - Coral Springs, Florida

Needed to pick up some fake flowers for an event. Originally I was next door at the Dollar Store where yes, they would have been cheaper, but I chose to get better quality at Michael's. The store was easy to navigate- I'm not a crafter so I have no idea where things are here but I found what I was looking for easily. The store is well lit and very clean which was nice. Checkout was a breeze and I was able to find a 20 percent coupon online to save even more money. The girl at the register was beyond friendly. If I ever need anything arts and craft related I will head to this location first. Make sure to look up coupons before you go! Save that money! read more

This Coral Springs location is not a favorite for the unfriendly, unhelpful store associates I've encountered through the years. That said, when I shop the other location close to me and can't find what I'm looking for, I can usually find it here and that's why I return. I have reviewed this location before a few times and my reviews are fair and forthcoming--maybe that's why they keep removing them. Notwithstanding, they carry an array of products that are useful to my family and me, and they keep the store clean and orderly. I have found great buys in their clearance sections and the coupons just add to the savings, which can't be beat! read more

Twice I have made online orders for pickup at this location. The website says item will be available for pickup within two hours. It also says you will receive an email when your order is ready. Well, I don't know how long they expect customers to wait until they decide to pack your goods for pickup, but after waiting all day, I'm still waiting. I placed an order for pick up at 7am this morning. It is now 2pm and no email or text yet, so I called the store. The person that answered the phone said they will send me an email when it's ready. To which I replied that I had made the purchase at 7am this morning and the website said it would be ready within 2hrs. Her response to me was to get an attitude and repeat to me that they will message me and That's their policy. Well what about your policy that the order will be ready in two hrs? I guess they think they can just ignore that part. If she had been more professional and just said I'm sorry but we're short staffed or, running behind I would have understood. But that "I'll get to it when I get to it" attitude won't fly. My next phone call will be to the corporate office. I'm not going to bother speaking to a store manager. As for the first time I placed an order at this store for pickup, long story short, I went to the store to pick the order up post about three hours of the online purchase, it wasn't ready. When they went fill the order, some of the items I had already paid for were purchased by someone else because they didn't pull the items off the shelves. So there you go. read more

This review sort of applies to the entire chain. For the most part the Coral Springs location is actually a bit above average. The staff is always pretty efficient, long waits in line are uncommon except around big holidays and even then they move things along pretty well. I only go here when I need something... or my S.O. needs something, & for the most part they hit the mark. They tend to focus on the craftsy side much more than the artsy side, and they have a little bit of just about everything, so they can be super handy. You just have to a) know what you want and b) make sure they carry it. They also tend to have pretty fantastic coupons - so if you need a more expensive crafting item this is the place. Lately I've noticed a trend toward less crafting/art stuff and more retail/seasonal merchandise, which admittedly brings me into the store on its own merits but makes the overall store much more likely to disappoint when I'm on a craft/art/maker mission. They're also somewhat lacking in depth, particularly in the fine art supplies department so I often find myself gravitating toward Blick's or Jerry's Art-o-rama when I have needs of that nature.. Overall, personally I'd rate Michaels in general as "Not terrible..not my favorite place...but often indispensable." If I was a scrapbooker, for instance, I'd probably like Michaels a heck of a lot better! read more

Michaels - Arts & Crafts Near Me - Coral Springs, Florida

My husband went to purchase some items that we found cheaper at another retailer, but we always go to Michael's and know that they price match. He went to the register with his items and when he said do you price match, the cashier was not really sure and called the manager who told her no they don't. We know this is not true as it is on the Michael's website, so we left all the items and went elsewhere read more

This Location was clean and that is the only positive feedback I have to give in regards to my experience there. A store employee followed me most of the time when I was in there but when I'd turn around to approach her, she went to another area. Religious evangelical music was playing the entire time I was in there. Last time I checked, Michaels isn't a church. It wasn't a religious holiday and the music wasn't holiday related. Last but not least, I had to double check my change, because I was shorted close to ten dollars by the cashier. Avoid this location at all costs. read more

Just went to Michaels. Got one star service from one employee and five star service from another! There was a big line and I couldn't find any associates besides the cashiers. I walked the entire store looking for a "bone folder" because I have Christmas cards to fold. I asked one employee who laughed at the name of the item I guess because I said "bone" and said she's never heard of it. That was the extent of her helping me. I walked to another cashier and I wish I got her name, because she took out her phone, looked it up and told me it was specifically on aisle 73 the end cap. She was going to walk me to it and I told her no need. It was exactly where she said that it would be and I was able to purchase it. Kudos to her for excellent service. read more

order# MIK37219511 I ordered 3/26; their website indicated it's in stock. I went into the store 3/27 and it wasn't ready. The cashier said they're busy working on one person's order with 100 items! Later that day, on 3/28, they email me that they're sorry. It's not in stock and they cancelled the order. So here on 3/29, I have an American Express charge from 3/26, but no credit. How is it they can charge me immediately, but then I have to wait for the credit. (In addition to how their website inaccurately indicated it was in stock.) I attempted a chat, but it's with their customers?!? They don't seem to have a communication vehicle for non-orders (other than calling a toll-free #); so no chat & no email? read more

I stopped in today to order a customized photo booth frame and to install hardware on one of my frames . I was well taken care of by Ericka in the custom framing department. I recommend this store , every associate I interacted with was polite and knowledgeable. read more

I had a great experience at the location. Let me begin by saying I am not an artist but was in need of some art supplies and paint. The associate Vanessa service was superb and Maria the cashier topped it off. I want to thank the both of them for their great service. read more

Disappointing -- extremely poor customer service!! We were surprised when we wanted to buy one of the remaining 2 pricey artificial Christmas trees left after Black Friday and they refused to hold it for us just until we could come back the next morning to pick it up. We were in the store right before closing and wanted to pay for the tree and then pick it up in the morning in our truck. After the sales clerk checked with the manager she said they could not hold it - even if we paid for it. It is ridiculous - because as soon as we left the store I bought it online and selected "in store pick up" and we came back as we planned and picked it up in the morning. Guess where it was? -- Moved to the front held aside for pick up!! It makes no sense and the manager and clerk should have been better educated about Michael's procedures and been willing to provide better customer service. When I explained to the clerk that one of the online options is "in store pick up" she tried to tell me they would ship it from a warehouse. That was clearly not the case because all of their in store and online trees were marked "out of stock" or "not available for shipping." So the 2 trees left were all that were available within 50 miles. Both the manager and the clerk displayed extremely poor customer service skills and were not the least bit interested in accommodating a very reasonable request given the result was exactly the same. At a bare minimum, the manager should have known and / or suggested we take the online route and that they would then hold the tree aside for us to pick up in the morning rather than simply refusing to hold the tree for us. We will go out of our way to shop elsewhere in the future! read more

Absolutely terrible, I've never had a problem here before but yesterday i went in to ask a simple question and i basically got answered in a rude matter as if I'm supposed to know the answer....I'm obviously asking you because i need your assistance and then she proceeds to hit me with a "cool" after i told her that i believe i had heard the wrong information....smh honestly never again! I never leave reviews but this definitely pissed me off read more

Going to Michaels is always fun. There is a wide range of crafts for everyone to enjoy. There are lots of silk and dried flowers, fabric painting and decorating supplies, and plenty of things like paints and canvases. We have found the canvases here to be significantly less than in other places, when you buy them in multi-packs. The store is well organized and the people are friendly. This is one of the first places we check when looking for crafty supplies. read more

Michaels - Hanging with my wife - Arts & Crafts Near Me - Coral Springs, Florida

This store pretty much has everything you need if you are big on crafting. I walked around looking for something specific however I like to see all the various items they have for crafts that you can make at home. I found yarn... Stickers... Card making material... Things to make wreaths etc... I was going in there for a very specific planner/calendar that you design yourself and I found it on sale. They had a pretty big selection so I had a bit of a time trying to decide what I wanted however I bought a few items to find out later they were on sale as well. They do offer coupons on your receipt when it prints out so make sure to be on the lookout for that. Also they had a ton of holiday items and lots of gift ideas. read more

This is the WORST Michaels location in SF. It's so disorganized and the staff look like someone had to physically force them into work. The entire store is cluttered and you almost have to wade through crap to get to anything decent. The prices on the products never ring up for what they're supposed to be and the staff is rude and unwilling to help. I've had to call over the manager and argue with her on more than one occasion. read more

Conveniently located, great store layout, but I typically only shop here only with coupons ( which can be found on their app). Unbelievably overpriced! Stopped off to have two prints framed. Big signs read: "60% off". Quoted $713.00 each for 28x44 inch print with matte. Same frame was $139 online. I'll never shop there again. read more

Terrible! Should have went to Hobby Lobby! Horrible customer service, I was told I cut the line after standing there for 10 minutes when I thought the lines were individual per cashier. Cashier told me (rudely) to go to the back of the line after I already waited my turn and had my two young daughters with me. I said forget it, I left my cart with at least 100 dollars worth of stuff. Cashier didn't even seem phased that I was leaving and unhappy. I've never been treated that way before SO horrible. To top it off carts are tiny like the store and I had to take my 12 month old in and out of two (that were broken) before I found one that would roll! Store is unorganized and clearly they need a designated area or sign that shows where to enter to checkout... The worst experience, I won't go back! read more

I hadn't been to Michael's for sometime, They have changed it quite a bit. What used to really bring me there was their florals and the designer who would make the arrangements. It's like one person said, I go there for what I need and then leave. It would be wonderful if they had more classes for the Adults during the summer in the day and during the school year. They really need a person to do their florals though. I always want something made. Oh well. It is what it is. read more
