Buellton has one option for a dry cleaner and it's Michael's. But I wouldn't say this spot is settling because they always do a good job and they're honestly pretty quick! Their staff are friendly and it's a really convenient location right in the Albertson's shopping center. They also offer tailoring, but I think you need to call ahead to ensure the tailor is there. I should read their review before i went there, Tami S. is right they are very horrible and mean. I had very expensive pants altered there and she measured it and do some estimate and ends up other people will gonna do it. After two days I came back and I almost want to cry when I saw what she did with my Gucci pants!!! To end the story short they ruined the pants and told me that she going to something about it but when I came back she didn't do anything about the pants. And the most ridiculous part was she charged me almost twice on the original price on what we agreed on coz she said it's difficult job and she did a good job, so I told her you ruined my Gucci but still paid her. So instead of hearing an apology from her she told me not to come there anymore. I am a good customer and bringing different expensive clothes for a dry clean and charging me at a different price and I dont complain but the way she talked to customer was really really really rude. There's a lot of dry cleaning and alteration place in Solvang, Santa Maria Santa Ynez or in Lompoc but this place not recommendable!!!!! First experience here and it was horrible. Dropped off my suit shirts around 8:00 AM on Thursday and asked if they could be ready first thing Saturday. This was super important because I was leaving out of town for an event and needed one of the shirts in the lot. The owner assured me that it wasn't a problem. In fact, he points the computer monitor at me and shows "it'll be ready tomorrow (Friday) by 5:00 PM." I told him I'll be working late so I can't get it until Saturday morning. He said "no problem -- I'll have it done by Friday still so that it's for sure ready by Saturday." I thought that was awesome, good call. Showed up around 1:00p on Saturday as I was driving out of town. The owner spent 10 minutes trying to locate my stuff. Then he came back and said "you came early, it won't be done until 2:00 PM." I said "WTF? You told me it would all be done yesterday so we could avoid all this?!" He said "no, ticket says Saturday, 2:00 PM, it's in the laundry still." Wow -- I get it, the ticket showed Saturday at 2:00 PM. However, the computer screen you showed me displayed Friday. You specifically said you'd configure it this way to avoid the problem. Then you print a ticket with completely different instructions. I had a really limited window here and they completely screwed it up. Last time I'll be coming here. I'm in LA almost every week and will just time my dry cleaning with those trips. read more

Never in my life have I had such terrible customer service. In one trip I took in two suits and they were initially returned with discolored linings. The owner took them back saying he could restore it and gave them back 2 hours later with a worse discoloration. After trying to hurry us out of the shop, we stayed to heck the quality and saw that it was worse. He tried convincing us that the original color was how he was going it to us. After calling us "liars" and saying "you wrong" for about ten minutes he sill had yet to offer any kind of refund or reimbursement. I wasn't there to ask for money, just a simple apology and maybe a way to fix the situation. He challenged us to sue him and to take him to small claims court multiple times. His wife and co-owner would constantly interrupt us while talking. Never once did they admit the possibility of it being their fault. I have never been so disrespected or poorly treated by any business, restaurant, or person for that matter. DO NOT use this business if you expect timely service, good attitudes, any sort of helpful assistance. read more

Had a great experience! My hubby needed to get his suit tailored for wedding and of course he waited until the LAST minute! Took his suit in here and they told us it was a 3 day turn around. Perfect! The pricing was reasonable, the lady was sweet and very helpful. When we picked his suit up, it was perfect! No complaints here! They definitely have a return customer here! My mother has also had things tailored here and has been very pleased!!!! read more

When I returned to pick it up 2 weeks later(forgot!), they handed me a WET, SMELLY comforter..COME ON!obviously they had just cleaned it, after 2 weeks in they're possession! After assuring me that they could get the olive oil & balsamic vinegar stains out of a silk shirt, I returned and picked up the rest of my cleaning and was told that they were still working on my shirt. When I went back to pick it up it had holes in it at every place where stains had been. I am a reasonable person and know that accidents happens. I pointed the holes out expecting an apology and maybe my cleaning that time comped. The shirt was expensive but I didn't expect full reimbursement, just something .... anything. What happened next was unbelievable. I was flatly told that was how I brought the shirt in. When I said the shirt was ruined and unwearable, they made up that they'd cleaned a camisole for me that I had clearly worn under the silk shirt to hide the holes (I don't own a cami). When I tried to point out that they'd kept the shirt to work on it they both started calling me a liar. I was shocked. I have never, ever been treated so disrespectfully by anyone. Dropped off 4 professional suits for cleaning. Went in to pick them up and three of them had linings that were a camoflouge color. Left them to be corrected. Went back two hours later and the linings were treated in some fashion that left them a light tan color. Original colors were dark black and blue. One dark blue, pin-striped suit was ordered from Men's Wearhouse as an exact match to 89 others for a singing group but ours supposedly was the only one that had a tan lining. Outside material was drawn up and puckered. Try wearing that to your business meetings the next day. Oh! by the way, it was somehow our fault this happened. read more
