came here on a monday afternoon and it was not terribly busy. I was able to do my 5 loads no problem quickly and efficiently. clean, has everything you need like ATM, detergent, change machine, baskets etc not sure if the price is in line but seemed fine for me. My washer and dryer get installed this week but needed somewhere to go and would come here again. Please note that weekends are bound to be busy and things break. they say they're open till 9 o'clock, but really it's 8 o'clock. The door is locked you walk out the door is locked and keep you locked out so if it's a windy day and shut, you're screwed everything that you left inside keys money anything is left inside until the next day. read more

Went early on a Saturday morning. No one was working but it was open and other patrons were in there. I've used a laundromat a handful of times before, but never this one. Our washing machine broke at home so I brought two loads to do - one wet (from the broken machine) and one dry. They had a variety of machines, prices starting at $5.75 for the smallest. Was able to run both of my loads simultaneously and it took about 23 minutes. There were somewhat clear instructions on the machines themselves, but two wells for washing soap. I wasn't sure if choosing only one wash cycle that I should put it on the right or left, or if it didn't matter. I did not use the dryers because our dryer at home isn't broken, so I can't speak to their efficacy. There is an ATM, change machine, and laundry supply vending available. There are benches to sit while you wait and a folding area. Pros: -plenty of carts -clean inside -change machine worked -not crowded Cons: -carts were everywhere (though this could be blamed on patrons, not necessarily the business) -no "start here" for newbies -smaller folding tables Overall, I was able to accomplish the goal I came here to do: laundry. read more

I went here today with my cousin for the first time because my washer broke. Everything about this place was so easy. We had great parking that was close. The attendant & owner were very kind, knowledgeable and personable. The place was very clean plus within walking to other types of shops & restaurants. I'm glad one is here now in my neighborhood for emergencies, big items and life. read more

The laundromat is clean, the location is great, and the machines are quick! There was an employee on premises named Rosemary who was awesome! She helped me with choosing the right washer for my comforter and answered all my questions. I will be coming back to wash my comforter and even more clothes soon! read more

Decided to give the new laundry in Orcutt a try. Was pleasantly surprised. They have brand new machines. Not refurbished. Actual new machines! Both washers and dryers have multiple settings. Plus the washers have extra wash and/or extra rinse options. There is a small fee if you want those. Washers come in 4 different sizes. Dryers come in 2. I utilized the small, medium and a large Washers. Prices start at $4.75 and rise a dollar for each size machine. Except for a single gargantuan machine. It costs $10.75. All machines used did an excellent job. I could see the difference these new machines make after having everything dried. Speaking of drying. There are 2 different sizes. The smaller is 5min per inserted quarter. Where as the larger only lasts 4min per quarter. While those numbers might seem low. Their efficiency is great. 10 minutes to dry a fitted sheet. 44 minutes Drying 3 loads in one. 20 minutes to dry an oversized comforter. In total I spent $5.50 to dry everything I had washed. My husband and I along with our one year old went to this location for the first time. We were greeted by Rosemary who was nice. We told her we would go to Albertsons and come back to put our clothes in the dryer once they are finished washing. We shortly returned to the most unsettled thing. My husband parked in front of the store and I remained in the car with my child. I then noticed rosemary (an employee of this store) on the phone with the owner. I know this because she was talking rather loudly about their expansion and then she started telling the owner that they got new first time guests who used a bunch of machines who went to ALBERTSONS and will be returning soon. The owner then asked what race the customers were and Rosemary said " you know I can't say that right now... TOOTSIE ROLLS" then laughed. I was astonished by the racist unprofessional remarks of this employee along with the owner. To speak on a 1 year old child, women and Man is disrespectful and disgusting. We will not be returning nor spending money at this place. I do not encourage anyone else to either. read more

This laundromat is in Orcutt, yet the TV is only on a Spanish channel. Also, you're better off doing your laundry at a hotel for only $3 per load instead of $7.50. Their dryers say .25 cents but it's for 4mins each read more
