I've been doing my laundry here for over 4 years now I must admit I had a hard time at first didn't know how much soap how to dry my clothes much less folding I was never forced to get the card I would load my clothes they would start the machine for me and I'd pay now days I have my $4 dollar card I load the card with extra money so I don't have to worry about money next time I wash . And it's always fun seeing people go and act bossy and always in a hurry expecting the attendant to attend to their special needs they are not therapist all the bad reviews here are from people that mess up them selves and they can't take been corrected. We all have things to do and it's really rude when people leave their clothes or machines unattended because they are on the phone or they go to run some errands while some of us are waiting for the machine. Still it's always fun with the inpatient rude intolerant new comers specially since I don't have to deal with them . It's family ran and if you're nice you will leave with clean clothes and a smile. read more

I drop my laundry off to get it washed/dried /folded (blankets) and sooo weird I get charged sooo much (doubled the price each time ) as when my husband takes the same blankets in the next week to be washed for half the price (they are charged by weight) . it's not fair to all customers. read more

After riding all day in the rain on a motorcycle, my riding gear was soaking wet. I decided to take a couple of items to the laundromat the next day to dry them out. This place was recommended by the hotel staff. It had been awhile since I had to use a laundromat so somethings had changed like using a card instead of coins to start. I had to ask the staff for help. The staff was very friendly and walked around making sure the place was clean and machines were in working order. read more

I have been coming here and doing laundry for almost 3 years. Today, I was sitting in my car, had the alarm set for the washer to be done, was maybe 5 minutes late coming back and the owner had moved my wet clean clothes onto one of the dirty counters and did the same to my moms clothes. I was pissed and was putting stuff into the dryer when we saw the owner pull someone else's clothes out of the dryer that still had time left!! So not only are they touching and dirtying peoples clothes but they are also ripping people off for money (you pay for every 10 minutes for the dryers). Pathetic. Definitely will not be coming back to this shit hole. STAY AWAY!! UPDATE: Got home and we are missing all of my little brothers clothes. We live over by Boomers and had to go all the way back to ask where the hell they are at. DO. NOT. COME. HERE!!! read more

The washers and dryer machines are not coin operated. They require the use of a pre-paid card that must be purchased for $4. I guess the business is an ok place to do laundry, but buyer beware: if you buy machine time, (by 'loading' the card), and you don't use all the time left on the card, you will NOT receive a refund. I am out $14 that the owner refused to refund. I ended up giving my loaded card to a customer who was doing their laundry. I certainly will not return, no do I recommend doing business there. read more

Very dirty, machines are very old, a lot of out of "out of work" signs on machines but the real reason why I gave it a 1/5 was their method on how to pay here... First you have to give them a deposit of $4 to rent a card that has the same chip as my debit card... then you swap $ from your pocket to this rented card, why? Because if you over pay on that rented card you do not get a refund and they keep your extra $ that's why they don't do debit cards direct because they can't keep that extra $ I went to the laundry on south broadway go on Sunday mornings it's less packed read more

Hello ,I dropped off all my bedding to get cleaned ,,I had a very busy schedule that day ,I needed some help,, I dropped off my bedding ,picked it up around 4pm,,and when I got home and stared to put my bedding away ,I realized that my 2 blissy white pillow cases. Clean, has places to wash your hands, snack machine, TV, a couple of benches to sit, they got really nifty folding stations and there's always an attendant to offer help. Cool fish tank for the kids to watch. Their machines don't use quarters, they use a prepaid card and deduct from that. You can buy your own card or just pay the attendant as you go. You won't feel like your life or property is being threatened when coming here (can't say the same for some other laundromats in Santa Maria ). The first time I came here there was a ferrari parked out front. I figured - if this is where ferrari owners go when their washer and dryer is on the fritz - then I should give it a try. They have snacks, drinks and standard soap,bleach and softeners to purchase. They also offer drop off washing and drying. Some machine pricing: $1.75 for a single wash, $2.75 for a double wash, $3.50 for a triple wash, $4.50 for giant wash and .25 for 10 minutes in the dryer. Honestly the prices are ridiculous here and the fact that it says nothing about whether it takes quarters or cards anywhere until you get started is stupid as Hell. I lived in Los Angeles and STILL didn't pay half this much for over a month worth of laundry (long story, don't judge me) so these prices are terrible. The machines were okay though I could still feel soap residue on the clothes and the dryers take forever because it's as if they are a steam heat and not a real dryer. I'll be so glad to never return here again and find alternative places to do my washing. read more

This is the best most cleanest laundry facility in town. The staff is awesome and helpful. My whole family has been going here for many many years. It's always the same-great customer service, friendly atmosphere, plenty of washers and dryers, reasonably priced, and CLEAN!!!! They also have a great option of them washing, drying and folding your clothes for you that is very reasonably priced. Recommend to everyone looking for a laundry mat.
