I decided to try this laundromat out and it was a let down. The promote free dryer but when it came to dry my comforter half the dryers were out of order. THE half that were working had three settings 1-3 and half of these dryers were stuck on the lowest setting to Dry! I was finally able to get a dryer with a setting on 3 but I am sure if it was during the weekend this would have been a nightmare. They have games and massaging chairs available for use so I tried one out and it was another let down. The chair would but it squeaks and vibrates like it's on its last leg. My husband and I came here to do our laundry and when we went back in someone took our laundry nobody speaks English so we had to track down our laundry, dryers are free but don't dry clothes properly, staff is unfriendly and don't speak English at all, clothes smell moldy and dirty. Laundromat isn't clean, after 3 times coming here for nothing but convenience, we will not be returning. Take our business somewhere else. read more

This is a brand new laundromat with all new machines. It's huge, clean, and I was greeted with a cart. One of my favorite laundromat attendants (from a previous laundromat) works here so it tops it off for me. Clean, friendly, and excellent service! It can't get any better!!! read more

Clean and set up well. Our W/D is on the fritz and so I ventured into this place to get my suds on. Employees actively cleaning, plenty of carts, machines of different sizes with time countdowns on them, and FREE dry. Excellent place. Went on a Sat morning and it was busy, as expected, but I was able to find machines easily and be in and out quickly. read more

The place was packed. About 90% of customers were not wearing masks even though it states it on the door masks need to be worn. The two people working were not enforcing masks and they allowed a child to race around on a scooter. Parking lot was a mess cars were blocking all the other cars by pulling up behind the parked cars in the parking spaces all the way thru the parking lot on both sides. Employees did nothing about it. If police would have been called about 8 cars would have been towed or ticketed. They need to control parking , masks and parents with their children. read more

This Laundromat definitively uses recycled water. Many bigger places do and that means for washing recycled water is used over and over again and only the last rinse is with fresh water. Since I use scent free detergent, my laundry doesn't smell artificial "fresh", I washed 3 loads and everything smelled moldy and like dirty laundry basket. Apart from that, no knowing what kind germs and diseases I may have picked up. Disgusting! Laundromats should be required by law to disclose when they are using recycled water. read more

DON'T COME TO THIS LAUNDROMAT! I came to do my laundry to this place and I have never been more disgusted. I did 3 loads of laundry which in total ran me about 20$-25$ and when I pulled them out to dry they had a disgusting smell. The washer also had this rancid smell like a$$ or farts like sewer water. I asked the lady working about the smell and she didn't know so I asked for a manager or anyone with authority in the place and no one was around. I couldn't receive a different washing machine for reimbursement or even a simple sorry from the worker and had to go to a different laundromat to spend more money just to get the smell out. Update: A majority of people are still not wearing face masks! Came here today after one month to see if anything's changed and even an employee isn't wearing a mask (CHECK THE PICTURES I TOOK BELOW FOR PROOF.) I even got a pic of a whole row of people not wearing a mask. 80% percent of people here weren't wearing a face mask. Well, when you all are on a ventilator in a hospital because you don't want to take safety precautions blame yourself. They should put a sign outside that makes it MANDATORY to wear a mask and the ones that refuse to wear one be denied entry! This isn't a political thing, it's supposed to prevent it spreading! If you want things to go back to normal the least you could do is put up with it until then. But I guess you all want to wait for a family member to get it to believe it's real! My uncle died from it and I wouldn't complain about this if it wasn't true. I'm giving you all a warning to take this seriously. As much as this is a nice laundromat, I'm still going to report it because your staff and people coming here aren't taking Covid seriously. read more

The place is clean but my washing machine wasn't working. One of my washing machines wasn't pouring any water and employee had to pour water into it. My dryers kept stopping when clothes was still very wet. Overall very confusing process. read more
