The owner is also very nice. Located in a strip-mall with a yogurt shop, Subway store, Radio Shack, GNC, CVS, the Grocery Outlet, and the Dollar Tree, Burger King, and several restaurants nearby, customers can do some shopping while their laundry is being done. Parking is pretty good depending on the time and amount of patrons at any given time. The shopping center itself has plenty of parking spaces, nevertheless. There are also carts that can be taken outside of the facility for loading your laundry to and from your car. My wash always comes out clean and the prices seem reasonable for front-load washers. The dryers are large and can handle big loads of clothes at a reasonable price. This is my favorite laundromat in SLO county and the only one I use.

Out of courtesy I checked in with the lady that was working just to let her know that I had blankets and it would be a quick wash and dry. I was denied service stating, "we are closed, last load is at 730pm". If you chose not to allow customers to use your services past 730pm, than anyone with any common sense would know that the hours are 7am-730pm. The lady working there wasn't rude, but very matter of fact and concrete. If you choose to work in customer service, you should be a bit more flexible. Very disappointing!! The fact that the owner responded in a timely manner speaks volumes therefore I've changed my rating of this business. Thank you for your attention in this matter, much appreciated!

Our washing machine broke at home so I brought two loads to do - one wet (from the broken machine) and one dry. They had a variety of machines, prices starting at $5.75 for the smallest. Was able to run both of my loads simultaneously and it took about 23 minutes. There were somewhat clear instructions on the machines themselves, but two wells for washing soap. I wasn't sure if choosing only one wash cycle that I should put it on the right or left, or if it didn't matter. I did not use the dryers because our dryer at home isn't broken, so I can't speak to their efficacy. There is an ATM, change machine, and laundry supply vending available. There are benches to sit while you wait and a folding area. Pros: -plenty of carts -clean inside -change machine worked -not crowded Cons: -carts were everywhere (though this could be blamed on patrons, not necessarily the business) -no "start here" for newbies -smaller folding tables Overall, I was able to accomplish the goal I came here to do: laundry.

I appreciate the different ways you can pay so you don't just have to use quarters. With that said, I do feel like it is a little overpriced than some other laundromats in town. This one is closest to my house so I often opt to pay the extra amount for convenience, but I still go to ones across town half the time I do laundry. I am not a fan of the dryer kiosks. They are not intuitive the first time you use it and I had to ask the employee how I add more than 4 minutes at a time and just pay once, you would think the side to side arrows would change the alotted time, but no, you have to press the green button in the middle. I always set a timer so I can get my clothes right out of the dryer however the past time I did laundry I was disheartened to see that my clothes were already done before my timer went off even though it was set to the exact time. I usually try to use top and bottom dryer of the same column, but due to someone else's laundry already drying in the top dryers, I had to use the bottom dryers...which was fine, but I am wondering now if they used the time I put on my dryer and split it to add to their time? I have done this before to myself. After you start a dry cycle the machine asks if you want to add more time, something like 15 minutes or so, and I pressed it curious to see what would happen and found that it added that time to my clothes in the top dryer. It seems like this system allows others to essentially steal from your time and add it to theirs if you are using the same column of dryers. I would love to see some improvement on the how the dryer operates so its more user friendly and doesn't allow anyone to take your time away.

Extremely Disrespectful Treatment of a Customer…read more I had a very upsetting experience at this laundromat today around 7:30 PM.Today 10/07/26 Wensday. While my clothes were still inside the washing machine, an employee began cleaning the inside drain where the laundry soap goes and spraying cleaning product inside the machine. The spray was being used around my clothes while they were still inside. I politely asked him not to do that, but instead of calmly explaining what he was doing, he became angry with me. This is especially concerning because I had another problem with the same employee about a month ago. I had put money into a machine, but the machine did not start. I explained that I had already paid. Because English is not my first language, I was having difficulty understanding what he was trying to tell me. He kept telling me to pay again. I explained that I had already paid cash, and eventually he said okay. Today, his behavior was completely unacceptable. During the interaction, he became angry and called me a "fucker" and "bitch." No customer should ever be spoken to this way. I felt disrespected and especially uncomfortable because I was already having difficulty communicating in English. A language barrier should never be a reason for an employee to become aggressive or verbally abusive toward a customer.Told me a can speak English it's discrimination tell me I am front different country. I hope the owner personally reviews what happened, including any security camera footage, and addresses this employee's behavior. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. I have never experienced this kind of treatment before, and I hope the owner takes this complaint seriously so it does not happen to someone else.
