If I could give a negative star I would! So, angry!! Was told yesterday by a very elderly lady working there, that if I brought my grandson's suit in by 2:30pm ( got there by 12:30) I would have by the next day. I called and went to many dry cleaners to get my dress "fixed" for a wedding. To make a long story short, I needed this dress done in less than a week and couldn't get any other place to do it. Cindy was super sweet and assured me it would be done in time. Sure enough it was (within one hour)! Not only did she do a great job, but she is just a genuinely sweet person.. what every business needs! Thank you ... for literally saving the day! No Mas! I took in two shirts, one to dry clean, one to launder and both to be folded and boxed. Boxes were oversized and not suitable for packing in a suitcase which is why I wanted them boxed. Even though the boxes were oversized, the shirts were folded wider than the boxes and had to be scrunched up to fit. All this for $14. They also didn't have a credit card payment system. I don't know how they exist. No thanks but never again. read more

Terrible result and customer service. They ruined a beautiful silk suit and sweater set. The plastic covers were actually fused to the garments. This was an expensive loss. I complained to the clerk and showed her the obvious, irreparable damage. She called the owner who began yelling that it was my fault; that he was certain I sent damaged garments to be cleaned. Meanwhile, the clerk was laughing. Appalling negligence, incompetence, and callousness. There are many other, better businesses to patronize. Don't risk your valuable garments to these people read more

Horriable! These people lost my wedding dress told me when I called about it that they called me and I picked it up. I explained I never picked it up then they tell me to go home and look for it. What! I had to keep calling them they wouldn't call me and when they finally found it they all had different stories about what happend. Also, the dress is still dirty! read more

The lady that works there is really nice. I hate to say it, but my white shirts weren't being thoroughly cleaned here. I switched to Bills because if the location, but after a few times I noticed ring around the collar and some stains on freshly cleaned shirts. On the next go round I took it to my previous cleaner in Shell Beach, and the stains are gone. Not sure what method they are using, but it's not one that gets dirt out. read more

I have been using Bill's cleaners for about a year now. The lady Rosella is really caring. I've been taking a lot of alterations for hemming up pants that have all been perfectly sewn. The two ladies always call me when alternations are done whenever I request a call. We don't have white shirts but all of our clothing have come back really nice and returned timely. I enjoy that the location of the store is in the village. We always look together so we can pinpoint any stains and I have never had a problem with stains; this is normal with any dry cleaners to point out nuisance stains. I've been used to NYC, LA, Bay Area, New Jersey low prices, but after investigating and/or using other dry cleaners, Bill's is competitive for the Central Coast. I'm happy I gave Bill's cleaners a try. read more

We were customers of Bill's Cleaners for over 5 years. Recently, they damaged a pair of $200 pants. Even though I was a good customer who had never complained about anything, they absolutely refused to take any responsibility or to do anything to correct the situation, not even give me a small credit toward future cleaning. I cannot recommend or continue to patronize a business that will not take responsibility for problems. read more

Old, out-of-date, slow service - two days longer than any other cleaner on the Central Coast. No modern payment systems in the store - cash only as far as I could tell. I really want to do business in AG, but I don't want my clothes there when they shut the doors. read more
