There was a little bit of spilled coffee on it, and I just needed to have it washed. The pricing is outrageous. I didn't mind if the stain was removed or not. I just wanted it cleaned again. She was very nice but I could not justify having something washed that cost more than the original blanket to begin with. I sent some price gouging, and in my opinion that is quite unfair This was just to have it washed. I did not care about dry cleaning. Outrageous

I can maybe get away with wearing the shirts under a suit jacket, but on their own they're both ruined. The lady said they were like that when I dropped them off, but I know they weren't. And when I handed them over, the gentleman who checked them in certainly didn't notice or mention anything then. I won't be able to come here again, and certainly cannot recommend them in good faith to anyone else. Real bummer.

There were a few items I needed before leaving, so we arranged a partial pickup, and the rest were ready when I came back--everything was handled smoothly and exactly as discussed. I had about 13 items, including comforters. While the prices are a bit higher than what you might find in a larger city, I understand that I'm now in a smaller area and expect that. Honestly, I have no complaints. Everything came back in perfect condition--clean, pressed, and honestly in better shape than when I dropped it off. That kind of consistency and care really matters. This will definitely be my go-to cleaner while I'm in San Luis Obispo. I'm grateful to have found a place I can trust to have my clothes clean and ready when I need them.

The owner seemed annoyed that I would need to try the pants on to pin the hem. There is a small corner with a curtain that you can change in. She pinned one of the pants & told me they would be ready late on Friday. I wasn't able to get back in till Monday. She had trouble finding my pants, then brought them out in a bag. She said she had written down a different day when they would be ready & didn't get them pressed. One pair was hemmed to the right length but the other was still too long. I decided not to take them back. Unfortunately this was not a positive experience & I will keep looking for someone to do alterations.
