The owner seemed annoyed that I would need to try the pants on to pin the hem. There is a small corner with a curtain that you can change in. She pinned one of the pants & told me they would be ready late on Friday. I wasn't able to get back in till Monday. She had trouble finding my pants, then brought them out in a bag. She said she had written down a different day when they would be ready & didn't get them pressed. One pair was hemmed to the right length but the other was still too long. I was heading back to my place after running around all morning and wanted to call to see if it was ready to save me another trip. When you call the main number, you have to speak your name so the call can be forwarded. This confused me the first two times, but finally I did it and held on. I was connected to the owner who was very nice and helpful. The number doesn't ring to the building. Fortunately he was on his way to the SLO location and said he would check when he got there. I was very close so decided to just go and only had to wait about 5 mins and it was ready. Lady who does it was very helpful and nice. They don't accept Apply Pay, but you can pay for the machines via an app if you are savvy with them. There are also machines to get money if not. It was wonderful to come home and get in dryer-warmed sweats to relax, not to mention having clean clothes for the rest of the trip. A good value, great service and easy parking in their lot.
