Went early on a Saturday morning. No one was working but it was open and other patrons were in…read morethere. I've used a laundromat a handful of times before, but never this one. Our washing machine broke at home so I brought two loads to do - one wet (from the broken machine) and one dry. They had a variety of machines, prices starting at $5.75 for the smallest. Was able to run both of my loads simultaneously and it took about 23 minutes. There were somewhat clear instructions on the machines themselves, but two wells for washing soap. I wasn't sure if choosing only one wash cycle that I should put it on the right or left, or if it didn't matter. I did not use the dryers because our dryer at home isn't broken, so I can't speak to their efficacy. There is an ATM, change machine, and laundry supply vending available. There are benches to sit while you wait and a folding area. Pros: -plenty of carts -clean inside -change machine worked -not crowded Cons: -carts were everywhere (though this could be blamed on patrons, not necessarily the business) -no "start here" for newbies -smaller folding tables Overall, I was able to accomplish the goal I came here to do: laundry.

The owner is also very nice. Located in a strip-mall with a yogurt shop, Subway store, Radio Shack, GNC, CVS, the Grocery Outlet, and the Dollar Tree, Burger King, and several restaurants nearby, customers can do some shopping while their laundry is being done. Parking is pretty good depending on the time and amount of patrons at any given time. The shopping center itself has plenty of parking spaces, nevertheless. There are also carts that can be taken outside of the facility for loading your laundry to and from your car. My wash always comes out clean and the prices seem reasonable for front-load washers. The dryers are large and can handle big loads of clothes at a reasonable price. This is my favorite laundromat in SLO county and the only one I use.

Out of courtesy I checked in with the lady that was working just to let her know that I had blankets and it would be a quick wash and dry. I was denied service stating, "we are closed, last load is at 730pm". If you chose not to allow customers to use your services past 730pm, than anyone with any common sense would know that the hours are 7am-730pm. The lady working there wasn't rude, but very matter of fact and concrete. If you choose to work in customer service, you should be a bit more flexible. Very disappointing!! The fact that the owner responded in a timely manner speaks volumes therefore I've changed my rating of this business. Thank you for your attention in this matter, much appreciated!

There was a little bit of spilled coffee on it, and I just needed to have it washed. The pricing is outrageous. I didn't mind if the stain was removed or not. I just wanted it cleaned again. I sent some price gouging, and in my opinion that is quite unfair This was just to have it washed. I did not care about dry cleaning. Outrageous

I can maybe get away with wearing the shirts under a suit jacket, but on their own they're both ruined. The lady said they were like that when I dropped them off, but I know they weren't. And when I handed them over, the gentleman who checked them in certainly didn't notice or mention anything then. I won't be able to come here again, and certainly cannot recommend them in good faith to anyone else. Real bummer.
