I have been using Michaels for all my framing needs over the years and I would highly recommend "Kat" who works in the frame department.

NEVER EVER use this place to drop off a UPS package. No matter what, wait for the UPS store to open! The employees are the most untrustworthy I have ever met. They gladly accepted my package to be shipped UPS and then it magically disappeared. I was told it had been scanned into the system (lie). I was told UPS had picked it up(another lie) UPS has no record of it in their system other then the label I created. The store manager just gives me the run around when trying to find out what the employee did with the package. I used to go there for my crafting needs - no longer! read more

Incredible service! Always a smiling and friendly person asking if I need help and how my day is as I walk in. Had some things framed for a fundraiser and they made the process quick and easy. I have never been to a Michael's store where customer service was this poor. The man and woman that sit in the back of the store working for the frame shop are lazy and rude. We recently visited this store and stood at the frame shop counter for ten minutes waiting for one of them to come out. A clerk even went back there and told them we were waiting. They still did not come out to help. After waiting another five minutes, we asked the clerk again to tell them we were out there and he told us that we could go back there and get them. That was the last straw and we left. We will NEVER return to this store. They just moved to this new location, but I have had to deal with those same people in the frame shop at the previous store and they always acted like everything was a bother. Michael's should have gotten new employees when they got a new store. read more

This store has the rudest peoples working here.. nobody will help you find anything..you have 8 peoples in line and with one cashier that's talking about her life.. like are you serious now..Dang I wish there were another store with the prices & selections they have.. The last time we went I needed a certain type of beads. The Michael's only had one type of beads! It was ridiculous. It is not my first choice for craft supplies and will stay that way until they upgrade their products and increase the variety of their products. I often stop in the Michael's new store and have had a great experience. The service is always good and the employees are personable and helpful for the most part. When picking up online purchases in the frame department I rarely have to wait very long. Often I just stick my head in the back and inform them that I need to pick up an order.
