I would have to buy a product (spending more money) to even remove the stain. It's just a level of customer service that should be given in these inconvenient moments especially after spending $129 on items that were not damaged. What made it twice as frustrating is the fact he kept emphasizing that he was a coordinator and they don't give discounts for stains. I've been shopping at Marshals for years and they always offered a 10% discount on damaged or stained items. He suggested that I purchase the item at full price and wash it then return it if the stain didn't come out. I'm disgusted by the service I received.

It's been years since I've shopped in Old Navy, but the quest for work khakis has brought me back…read more I purchased the pixie chinos and was happy to find them on sale, however I did end up returning them, because I found a pair hidden in my boxes from recently moving to town. Upon entering this Athens store, I notice a ton of cute sweaters, knits, and jackets that all were becoming harder and harder to pass up. After trying on the clothes I was eyeing, the fit just didn't seem to justify even the discounted price. I instead ended up trying on another pair of pixie pants (they sadly weren't on sale) and they were too big. However, the lovely sales employee, ran out to the front of the store to get me a smaller size. They ended up being a perfect fit and just as I was making my way out to the register I saw some cute flat in a must have mustard color- yes I grabbed these too! All in all I would say I'm happy with my purchases, the care I received from the fitting room employee, and the selection of items. However the ease of finding this store was quite the task for a new to town individual like myself, and I noticed the same items that were full price were on sale at a different Old Navy in ATL. Still pretty content and will definitely stop by again.
