Everything in this store is so well organized! I have been here various times and I'm always able to get great deals. There is one employee at Sephora in Kohl's that goes above and beyond her name starts with an A. She is super sweet and well informed about deals and how to get the great rewards offered. The clearance section advertises "up to 80% off," so you would expect to find some really great deals. Unfortunately, many items seem marked up initially, so the "discounted" price feels more like a regular price rather than a bargain. Overall, the store is spacious and well-organized, but if you're hunting for real deals, it can be a bit disappointing. read more

So thankful for the stores and businesses that made it through the worst of Covid last year. I didn't shop here much prior to 2020, but with fewer options now, I decided to try it again. I think they have less inventory, but it is displayed nicely. They have several Clearance racks. They have a nice selection of Men's wear. Masks are not required now. Employees are pleasant and helpful. It's Kohls ; it has basic brands for every-day wear that you expect in a department store. I plan to shop here more in the future. read more

Cashier was so patient today we got the more expensive sweatshirt and she said let me price check it... she did.... the (Administrator ) of the store of heard her and went to check her name was Sheri.... I was worried about coming in and took comfort in the signs posted everywhere saying that everyone is required to wear a mask. But then within about 10 seconds I had already nearly walked into five different Karens refusing to wear masks, some of whom were accompanied by cheerful Kohls employees who did not seem interested in helping the rest of us stay safe from these sociopaths. read more

I lost my receipt that had info on how to tell Kohl's about their service so I am posting here, but I was helped by a worker named Grayson I think about a week or so ago at this Athens, GA location and he was awesome! Okay. It's Kohl's, what's not to love. I'm a clearance shopper and I always come to Kohl's for great deals. Customer service is unparalleled. I love the way they call in on their little secret service walk-in talkies when there are more than 2 people in line. read more

I love Kohl's, but this is one of my least favorite locations I've been to. The juniors & toddler boy sections (the areas I shop in) both have poor selections compared to other Kohl's stores. I usually go to the Dacula store, which is out of my way, because there's so much more to choose from. The staff is always nice at this location though and I've never had a bad customer service experience from them. Some people may like this Kohl's store, but I'm not impressed by it. read more

I love coming here. When I get my discounts in the mail and then shop the discount racks, I feel like I get a killer deal on super cute clothes. Now...not everything is a good deal. A lot of it can be over priced but if you play your cards right then you can leave with a bag full along with your pockets. read more

Well, After working at this location, for some while, i was introduced to the word "scam". See, you may think the "kohl's Cash" is amazing, and saves you alot of money....but it dont. You have to spend 50 to get 10, so where is the "discount? i meen, everything there is going to be over 10 bucks ne ways...well, i take that back, you can get a place mat for the dining table, or a candle...but hey, who's picky. So pretty much, kohls sucks, the sales are garbage, and MOST of the management at the place is horrible. They care about a buck, and not having someone actually COME BACK. read more

Ignore Mr. Grumpy-Pants Ex-Employee. That's the way most of these points programs work! Jeez. Anyway, Kohl's is a very clean, nicely laid out store with some fun clothes and home wares. Not my style on clothes, but that's probably because I'm not in the 16-24 age group! : ) We go to Kohl's once a week'ish to check out their fun home section, and the store is usually busy. I went in to the store to buy clothes with my moms credit card and the they told me I couldn't buy anything without her drivers license so I went all the way home to get it and I came back and they didn't even ask for her license and they put our stuff away knowing we were coming back and when we couldn't find a pair of shorts we went to check out and to ask where they were put she asked what I wanted her to do because it wasn't her job & I asked to talk to the manager and when I was talking to her she said she didn't care so needless to say I will not be back! read more

Idiotic policy that you can only do an even exchange at the return counter. So we had to stand in line for 10-15minutes to return an item and then stand in line for another 10-15 minutes to purchase an item. This was the Saturday before Christmas and they only had to cashiers open and one extremely bitchy woman at the return desk. My least favorite place to shop read more

It's nice. They have a good variety of juniors clothes. They always say they have good deals but it's mostly just rly over priced things they take down to a normal price as a "discount". But sometimes they do honestly have good deals. It just depends on the day. read more

I had to return a damaged item that was ordered online. so for the hassle free return I went in store. I spent over 45 minutes there. The customer service there was not helpful. they wanted me to buy item again online then come back and do exchange process. I don't have an extra $200 to repurchase before getting a refund. when I didn't want to do that they made me call the customer service call center on their customer care phone in the customer care center with actual people which makes no sense. the call center people instead of giving full refund deducted $60 kohls cash and would not refund my shipping surcharge. so kohls ended up keeping $110 of my money that they messed up on and I still don't have the item. I chatted with kohls online and it was actually helpful. very disappointed with this instore customer service and customer care call center. read more
