Right before picking up my dogs from the groomer's next door, I decided to give Entourage another try. When I walked in the door, I was immediately greeted with a smile and while shopping I was asked whether I wanted a dressing room started. The sales girl was very nice -- total opposite from my previous experience. I was able to find a really cute dress and bracelets. There were a pair of shoes and a top that I really wanted, but they were out of my size. While checking out, I made sure to let the girl know that I really appreciated her for being nice and that she had changed my opinion of Entourage. Perhaps, they replaced the previous staff. read more

Would recommend to everyone that you keep on walking past the store!! I shopped there this weekend and had a less than positive impression. The people working there are more interested in talking on their cellphones or talking to each other than actually doing customer service. The clothes selections are poor and some of the items had tears or stains on them. Made me think that they took returns and then put them back on the rack un-cleaned! Hopefully the store manager can get things turned around with their staff and store. But, in the meantime, there are alot of other great stores in Athens, and I wouldn't waste my time at this one! read more

I ordered an item of clothing from them online, when it came in, it didn't fit, and I asked if I could return it. When I asked if I could return it, the customer service rep told me I could. When I sent it back (for store credit, they don't EVER give you back your money, fyi), they made me pay for shipping (which I didn't mind). Then a few days later, they said they received my return, but the item was final sale (btw, I bought the item for full price) so if I wanted the item back, I'd have to pay for them to ship it out to me. When I emailed the customer service rep, stating that I was told I could return the item when I asked (I even sent them a screenshot of the conversation), she was super rude to me, saying that she was the one who told me I could return the item, but she mistakenly didn't look at the previous emails in our conversation chain and didn't realize I had an item that was not returnable. I tried calling the number online, but the number is "disconnected". I asked the customer service rep, Karen, for a way to contact them over the phone. Twice. With no response. The first time, she responded rudely and did not answer my question. When I asked again, I got no response at all. Now they have my money, my item of clothing, and I have no way to reach them because they "ghosted" me. Super unprofessional. I used to shop there all the time in my undergrad, and I was trying to support a local business during these uncertain COVID times, but I will let my sister (who still goes to UGA ) to not shop there anymore and to spread the word to her friends and the girls in her sorority about the awful customer service there. I'll give my sister the extra money to spend at red dress and other, higher quality boutiques in Athens. This is a super unprofessional business with very poorly made clothing. Even though the styles are cute, the clothes and jewelry break super easily, not worth the money saved because their products are not cost effective at all. read more

The store serves a purpose with good selection and prices for broke girls!!. The staff seems to turn over a lot though. My favorite employee left and the rest seem to only stay briefly. I can order online and do better. I overheard employees say the store is going out of business. I can see why. I guess the internet is killing retail. too bad. I love to shop in person. read more

Given that I don't shop here, 4 stars is huge haha ...It's the perfect clothing shop for the average college girl, assuming it's a girl not hung up on designer labels because you're not going to find those here. Everything is very affordable because they believe that style shouldn't be expensive - a principle that the owner strongly believes in. The staff is very, very friendly and the store itself has a wide selection of everything from jeans to dresses to skirts to shoes to jewelry to scarves. They have regular sales (about 20-25%) and everything is really on-trend. If you're looking for fast fashion duds that won't break the bank, and won't require you to float over to the overrated F21 or the like, then this is the place for you. The styles here are very befitting of the UGA community... if you know what I mean (as in, 97% of the girls dress identically), but that's another story for another time! read more

I absolutely love this store. They have everything you need. They have clothing, shoes, jewelry, sticky bras and fashion tape, and tons more. You won't find anything above $40 in this store. In comparison to the stores downtown, the price great especially for a college student. They stock up on red and black for game day and fancy dresses for semi-formal season. They usually have great sales, and they are great about keeping their Facebook updated. You definitely don't want to miss this store if you ever make a trip to Athens! This store caters to students especially. You won't catch me downtown in anything other than an Entourage outfit! read more

I like entourage. its conveniently located and sells cute stuff. BUT everything ALWAYS BREAKS! The clothes break or shrink, the jewelry breaks, everything. I just got a necklace this week and it was final sale and it broke before I even put it on. read more

So I have mixed feelings about Entourage. When it first opened I went there all the time, I am talking at least twice a week and the clothes were of good quality and the prices were adequate for the clothing quality. Well as time went on and the store expanded I noticed that yes they did have a bigger selection of clothing, but the prices had gone up and the quality had gone DOWN! So as I look through the emails they send me weekly I find myself liking their new arrivals less and less. About a year and half ago just about everything in the store was of very high quality, but now I can hardly find a dress that is lined, but yet she wants 36-42 dollars for it- I don't think so. I just wish the store was like it used to be when it first opened with quality clothes (not all cheap, unlined, half see through ect) and then I wouldn't mind that the prices have gotten higher, but don't up the prices of your clothes to help remodel and expand your store when the quality of the clothing doesn't match what people would expect from walking through the door. read more

I love this store, the clothes are great! They ship everything so quickly and I never have to worry about sizes being off. I don't like that you can't return things and get your money back, only store credit, but I have loved pretty much everything I've gotten from there so it hasn't been much of an issue. read more

This store has thoroughly disappointed me. I used to shop at Entourage a good bit because of their cheap prices, however I bought a shirt that shrank an absurd amount after washing it once according to the directions on the tag. Don't expect them to own up to their mistake of selling you a worthless item of clothing - their excuse was that their prices are cheap and that happens sometimes (from the "District Manager," mind you). I refuse to shop there any more because I don't want to risk buying something that becomes ruined again. read more

I order clothes from Entourage clothing at least every other week and I am very unhappy about the way they handled a potential return of mine.I decided a couple of weeks to go to actually go into the store located in Kennesaw, instead of ordering from the website. I accidentally grabbed the wrong size in two items and they were way too big to wear. I called the store and spoke with the OWNER'S HUSBAND. He told me that I could return the items without a receipt since I was a part of their customer rewards. He even looked up my name to verify that I was in the system. I even told him that I purchased the clothes the day before Easter Sunday. I assumed that he could see the transaction. He said everything would be good to go with my return. I drove all the way to the location only to have the manager tell me that the OWNER'S HUSBAND had no idea what he was talking about.... because he was never in the store besides the time that I spoke with him. I pulled up my debit card statement to show her the date with the transaction. She then told me that not only was there no trace of the transaction, but there are also no other women named "Jessica" with a last name that starts with a "P" in their system; I find that hard to believe. I cannot believe that a store that I have referred so many of my friends to, and have spent so much money at, would have such terrible customer service. I will never spend my money here again. read more
