The selection was very diverse and wonderful. We found some great pieces. We even all bought matching lounge wear. But the staff was wonderful and the managers opinion was awesome. She was like a personal stylist who was educated and beautiful. Nice role model for my teens. Yes it's not cheap but we will really enjoy everything over and over.

The ambiance is amazing and the layout and decorations are constantly changing, giving it a new feeling every time. However, I went in yesterday and I was so disappointed that out of all the workers, only one was wearing a mask (and she was wearing it below her chin, so not even wearing it). Even the owner's daughter was not wearing one. Athens has a mask mandate, and in the midst of COVID it was EXTREMELY disappointing to see Epiphany not taking the health of both their workers and customers seriously. I'm not going to take stars off because I want people to support this local business, but I hope the owners see this and make a mask mandate inside their store. I know for me personally I will not be back in until masks are required for employees.

They had so many mark downs on their fall and winter apparel. I was slightly overwhelmed. It is definitely a boutique style type of place. I would liken it to a Francesca's but better. They have a pretty large space with many dressing rooms. We purchased a sweater dress, a black long sleeve cut out dress, two lined leggings, a shawl type of sweater, and a suede jacket all for $64. But this isn't even the best part, they shipped it to my home in PA free of charge. They have a deal where if your purchase is over $50 worth of merchandise they will ship it to your home. Normally during sales they do not offer this deal, but since we had to fly home they let us use it. I was just very impressed with how understanding they were about us travelling home. I received my package within 4 days of stepping into the store which was great considering they are a single shop. Everything was packaged very neatly in wrapping paper in the box. If I lived in Athens I would shop here regularly, I might have to check out their online storefront.

Although there is apparent desire to "help"... what I've found over many years of shopping here (and many $000's spent) is that the focus is always on getting you to spend more.... and with little concern to how those items look on you. Certainly cute styles, but you need to use common sense and learn the word "no" or you will have overspent in spades. I've many items in my closet from Sonia Says that I've never worn - and never could wear for various reasons. I can't say how many times I expressed my unique style requests and the clerks would come up with the most god-awful combinations (yes, lots and lots of $'s) that were designed to make me look 92 years old (and I'm definitely not 92!). Try them. Hold tight to your wallet. Don't hesitate to say "no". Go during a sale.

They both looked at me and neither spoke nor offered assistance. I was in the store for about 3 minutes looking for a cute sweater to wear for Thanksgiving. I walked to the front counter area...they ignored me. I spoke to them and kindly left with my money in my pocket. I was disappointed and won't ever return to that location.
