The service is always friendly sky and attentive but not pushy. I have been in here a few time and didn't not buy anything. While that may not sound like a good thing it was. I never feel pressured that if I am mot 100% sure I want to get something I should not bother going in. With a constantly rotating inventory visiting frequently is a must. This is my first and last experience with this store…read more I ordered the Flight of Fancy tote on May 10th, with one more left in stock after I placed my order. It is now May 29th and today I received a generic email saying the item is out of stock and I was issued a refund. BUT before that, I received a text from the store manager Mari that due to a glitch in their system, my order had just gone through on May 18th. She assured me the issue was remedied and my order would ship out the next day. When my order had not shipped by the end of the week, I emailed her directly. She replied this past Monday, saying the person responsible for shipping orders abruptly left. She again assured me my order would ship the next day. It did not, and I contacted her via text, asking her to cancel my order. Without a response directly from her, I got an automated email today that said my order was refunded because the item is now out of stock. I waited almost three weeks for my order to ship and then it got canceled, not because I requested it, but because the tote bag was out of stock. They didn't set aside one to ship to me when it was available once my order actually populated a week later. The locals seem to love this store but I'm not a local and if I were in charge, this is not the experience I'd want a customer to have or the impression I'd want to make.
