At least 3 of them are wilted and will never open and all but 2 have visible wires holding them up. Still, the most disappointing part of the arrangement was that the tulips are accented with fern leaves. They would have looked better with no accent, rather than cheap and distasteful ferns. These flowers looked nothing like any on the website and appear extremely amateur. I realize Forsyth is a small town, but these flowers are pitiful.
