Before the start time the event was completed. The store wasn't even open at the start time. A local showed up and said that this store has done similar things before. The worst part is, the store charged the registration fee upfront, and had 12 players sign up. So they made well over $1000 between the entry fees they gained and the prizes that they will sell. The store claims that they are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. That is fine but why have a set championship scheduled on a day when they know they are closed? The guidelines for set champs are that they are to be held on Saturdays or Sundays. This store should not be able to hold events, and should be reported to the BBB for falsely advertising and taking payment for an event that they had no intention of holding.

First off, my wife felt completely uncomfortable. The owner (or who i presume to be the owner) who "helped" us was staring her up and down the entire time. She felt sexualized and dirty. Instead of making a scene, we exited the establishment with the same gentleman complaining how we left his door open (when we did not btw). If you are a woman, I would suggest avoiding this place like the plague. Second, my friend asked what kind of deal would be given for buying a box of cards. The owner said he would be paying $8 a pack for the full box, same as buying singles. Most establishments would drop by a much larger amount than this. Third and finally, you can barely walk through the place. I am not a large person, but i was struggling to walk through to even browse. One time i was looking at decks of cards, and i was yelled at to get put from behind the counter. Understandable, except for the fact that the entire counter was loaded with boxes of unsold merchandise. One could not tell that it was a counter at all. They've always been friendly and helpful. The reason I've taken off 2 stars is the departments seem to big or too small. The yarn selection is ok here. The type of yarn I use for the items I make for whatever reason is not carried at this store. And the yarn department is much smaller than it is in North Olmsted. I understand that store is much larger, but some departments are just too large. To many of their yarn selection is sold only online. I cannot feel the yarn or see the actual color online so I go elsewhere.
