Great custom framing. I have found them to be very helpful, actually all the employees in this store. Nice selection of nick-nacks too.

Wild Iris Home is the hidden gem in Olde Avon Village. It feels like I constantly ask friends…read morewhether they heard of Wild Iris, and they don't know what I'm talking about. Time to tell the world after visiting Wild Iris a few times now! AMBIANCE: Wild Iris is a two-story building that features multi-room shopping on the first floor and event space on the second floor. Both spaces are tastefully staged. You can really picture how the items would look in your own home and get new decoration ideas. The store is comprised of multiple rooms with an assortment of home decor. There is no particular separate theme (such as housewares in one room). There is a kids room, but other than that every nook has home decor, clothing, skincare, jewelry, housewares, and more. It's fun to walk around the space and look for treasures. The event space is available for rental for events and photoshoots. During my last visits there for shopping and entrepreneurial events, the event space had industrial chic look and plush couches. The space was very presentable for a professional yet stylish setting. There were plenty of spaces to sit down and network. I'm not confident whether this space is decorated for the holiday for your photoshoots or events, check with the venue. INVENTORY: The inventory looks refined and expensive. Yet there are plenty of finds under $40 for gifting or self-splurging. The store has seasonal gifts for every occasion. The store currently has ample Christmas inventory - decorative pillows, Christmas ornaments, faux gingerbreads, Christmas China, deer decor, and more. I'll be returning to shop for two cool things I've seen and reflected on. One, Christmas ornament for White Elephant exchange. Two, paper Christmas decor ($30 something). The latter is a very cute set that will work for my decor. I have a cat, and he loves to take down and nibble on decorations hence paper trees. SERVICE: The service is always friendly. I always get greeted with a friendly attitude. PARKING: Olde Avon Village has ample parking, multiple parking lots. It is a little challenging to find the entrance to the plaza, watch signage closely. NEARBY ATTRACTIONS: You can make a day out of your visit to Olde Avon Village and Wild Iris. There are plenty of places to eat and entrain! I recommend Tree House Gallery and Tea Room, or Chez Michel for a warm beverage and lunch. Both are in the same plaza and within walking distance. I recommend visiting Wild Iris for decorating your own home or gifting. You can get gifts for multiple people on your list at this store. The store really has one-of-a-kind and gorgeous items!

Anywho, my kids and I pick up a tree and some accessories to go with it. I pay, look at my receipt and tell her it rang up full price there's a sign showing $97. I paid full price $129.99. I show her the picture we took to identify the box a few isles later. She looks at the pic, checks the date and time stamp. Asks me where is the display. My 15yr walks her over and she tells my daughter we picked the wrong box & the sign is just a general sign. I'm angry because the box was B15 same one as the floor sign and display!!!!!! I point to our box B15! I get flustered, I work in Hospice last thing I want to do is debate about your floor sign, while handing over my hard earned money. I tell her you know what just refund me everything. I'd rather go elsewhere. She paused and said she could price adjust, at that point, no thank you. Proceeds to have an attitude and tells me it's not necessary to do all this. I sit in silence wondering why she didn't have any holiday spirit in her heart over $30 dollars. I purchased 19 items for a total of $219.00 I gladly spent my money @ Home Depot for a tree. What a shame! I would never step foot in here again -5/10

Its impeccably organized and boasts a big collection of kitchenwares. I stopped in after needing some new things for my kitchen I could no longer live without. Shopping here is like The Hunger Games and mildly scary during COVID. It's absolutely packed. The people that shop here sadly do not abide by 6-feet apart or follow the one-way lane precautions. This made me extremely uncomfortable. This is not the staff's fault - in fact, the store is doing everything right. But the young kids that work there have just given up on asking people to follow safety protocols and I understand how difficult that can be for them. I sadly won't be back during the pandemic, no matter how badly I need something. It reminded me why I don't go out much during the world right now. I was able to find the kitchenwares I needed. There was a wonderful selection that was neatly organized at fair prices. They carry a number of name brands and one could truly outfit a beautiful kitchen here. You honestly cannot beat the treasures you find in a HomeGoods. Just up to you if it's worth it right now during this weird world.

I would never shop in a BB&B without a coupon, as their prices are usually higher than CVS or Amazon, but are competitive with coupons. Also, you CAN use coupons on top of sale items, which is great! I was at another location when I purchased coffee pods, and a sign read they were 20% off, and I used my 20% off coupons on each box. I didn't realize until I got home that the original sale price wasn't reflected, and after a quick phone call they told me to bring my receipt to any store and they would refund the $15 difference. I went into this store a week later and the employee was very difficult and short with me about my receipt. It was a relatively simple fix, but she spent 5 minutes trying to argue that I did have the discount and that was end of the story since they were currently not on sale, and kept going in a circle acting like I was incompetent. She finally got a manager who looked up that in fact the items had been on sale and he was able to refund me the discount. I won't let one employee deter me from a store I enjoy, but her hostility was not appreciated! All the employees on the floor I've encountered have been super friendly and always smile at customers. If they can't answer a question, they are quick to enlist help from co-workers. The store is well stocked for it's size, and they always have clearance sections and lots of holiday/seasonal items.
