Avoid this store if you expect transparent pricing. I found book clearly marked with a price tag, but when I went to checkout, the manager said it was the wrong price. When I pointed out the tagged price, the staff/management refused to honor it. Very poor customer service and false advertising. I LOVE a solid HomeGoods. I was so excited to check this one out! This particular store is HUGE and one of the bigger ones I've seen around Ohio. Its impeccably organized and boasts a big collection of kitchenwares. I stopped in after needing some new things for my kitchen I could no longer live without. Shopping here is like The Hunger Games and mildly scary during COVID. It's absolutely packed. The people that shop here sadly do not abide by 6-feet apart or follow the one-way lane precautions. This made me extremely uncomfortable. This is not the staff's fault - in fact, the store is doing everything right. But the young kids that work there have just given up on asking people to follow safety protocols and I understand how difficult that can be for them. I sadly won't be back during the pandemic, no matter how badly I need something. It reminded me why I don't go out much during the world right now. I was able to find the kitchenwares I needed. There was a wonderful selection that was neatly organized at fair prices. They carry a number of name brands and one could truly outfit a beautiful kitchen here. I've been to this HomeGoods twice recently for cute fall decor, and this store did not disappoint! The employees are very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to offer me a cart, search for an item to check prices, and check me out efficiently. I waited in line only around 5 mins each time. The highlights of this store would definitely be the rugs, accent chairs, throw pillows, and throw blankets. There were so many nice ones to choose from, and it was great to see Tommy Hilfiger, DKNY, and Calvin Klein pillows, blankets, towels, and bath rugs for such great prices. They also had an excellent selection of lamps, mirrors, artwork, etc. At the North Olmsted location the art section is very cramped, but this location had a much more spacious layout for the pictures, frames, and wall art. I really liked that this is a stand alone store, and is not attached to a TJ Maxx, because it had a better layout and selection. There are so many cute seasonal items, and I had a hard time picking only a few things and not buying everything. Definitely check out this store if you're wanting to snag some unique decorative items for great prices! read more

This is by far the worst HomeGoods store in our area!!! The wait to check out is always long and the cashiers have no idea what they are doing!!! I have personally not purchased items from that store because when I got up to check out it took almost 25 minutes to check out. This has been happening ever since they opened in April. You can get in and out at Marshalls a few store down because they have their shit together when it comes to check outs, plus they are constantly rotating their inventory and offering new items. Additionally HomeGoods merchandise never changes and is stale!!! Same inventory everytime I have gone there!!! It is pathetic!!! Don't waste your time!!! read more
