i called and spoke to the owner (clyde) about the train cars which were sent to me. i had spoken to…read moreone of his staff yesterday and she agreed that the color of the actual cars was not as represented in the picture on the internet. when i spoke w "clyde" he said that if i wanted to return them he was going to charge me for return freight, a 3% fee for the use of the american express and a restocking fee of 15%. his attitude was rude and very condescending. i would not buy anything from stockyard express if they were the last train store on the planet!
