Compared to the market values that tcgplayer and pricecharting were giving all of their pokemon cards and sealed etbs were almost double the current market value. Seeing someone else post a similar experience 2 years ago is upsetting to see they are still trying to make people overpay. Will not be going back.

Edit: The owner has reached out to me and apologized for his actions. I appreciate the gesture and have amended the review as such. If I attempt to patron his business again and I have a pleasant interaction I will amend the review further. They charge way over MSRP for sealed product at scalping prices. Then when you comment on their Facebook page in a negative way telling them that their logic of "we only do this because everyone else does" is a lie and they're only trying to capitalize on the demand as well as just because other people do it doesn't mean you should, they remove your comments. They also claim the scalping prices are to combat actual scalping. Which is also a lie. If every other store sells it for over $100 above MSRP then the scalpers will buy and sell for double that. Avoid this place at all costs. PS. After speaking out to them in other forums they then remove you from groups and block you. They cannot stand by their word or take criticism.

I miss the stores of old filled with models,trains, cars, and rockets. The owner was in the store and was more than happy to reminisce with me about our childhoods. Also, at a time when the store was full of of hobby items. So why five stars? I'm not sure about anyone else but for me service is key. This is one of those places where even though he wasn't going to make a sale he treated me like I was purchasing a million dollars with of gear. So at the end of the conversation i asked if I could come back and hang out and he said I could. So on my way out of the door I was informed that he could order anything I want and he will work with me on pricing. Really I'm buying local just for the customer service.

This is Cleveland's "legendary game store" that has been around for over 25 years. The place is jammed packed - seriously packed to the ceiling with tight aisles and things piled in between, so hope you're not claustrophobic. Still definitely worth a road trip out here to visit.

From the friendliest staff I've met in a FLGS, and also friendly clientele too, to some really excellent deals on the hobby, it's a wonderful store.
