I have been a customer here for many years. They offer a clean, well lit range and courteous, knowledgeable, well trained staff. Their prices on guns are competitive and they stock a good selection. Also they can order almost anything you might want if not in stock. In addition to individual training, they offer many instructive and fun group classes at low prices. Their annual membership is a huge bargain if you are like me and go once a month or more. One more thing; they sell used guns on consignment at great prices for those looking for a bargain, or to sell what they no longer shoot. And their commission on those sales is more than fair. Made the class have a laid back feel without being too lacks, gave real like examples and everyday possible scenarios, answer all questions. My 85 year old father in-law had purchased a new handgun from Cabelas but does not have much experience with firearms. While visiting him from out of town, he asked if I could take him to the Gun Hub so that he could try it out for the first time. One of the employees, I believe his name was Rich, took extra time to help my father in-law. He explained the gun operation and spent quite a bit of time assisting him at the firing line. This place is run by consummate professionals. The range is well maintained and safe and the purchase process is as friendly and smooth as can be. No paper forms, all electronic. I'm not a fan of the 1-box of boomers rule, but I still have some from the last 'shortage' time that I need to toss down range. Bring your own stuff, be kind and respectful, don't shoot the hanger, remember to bring your number back in when you are done and have a blast! The facility is great, and it's a fantastic place to shoot. The best part about the place, isn't the place at all, it's the staff. The entire staff if friendly, EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, and I can't say enough about their patience. Their desire to make you a well informed and safe gun owner and handler are top priorities. They work hard to keep the place stocked especially with what's going on "out there" now, they do about as good a job as can be. I've been shooting a long time, but the workers who all of which I believe are range officers, will give you pointers along the way that are very helpful. Just today, I was shooting a little left and the officer in there today mentioned a little something. Sure enough my grouping was tight and center mass right where I was aiming. A few months ago I decided to become a member out there at Gun Hub. If you want a place that takes safety seriously, has a good time at the same time (hope that makes sense), and especially if you're willing to learn, this is the place for you. First time there and I was very impressed. This place is extremely clean and free of clutter. They person behind the counter was very knowledgeable and was able to talk me through the entire entry process with a safety video and all the rules. I even purchased a "toy" from there since I was looking anyways. Had my phone on me and priced checked a few places close and could not beat their prices. Overall a very positive experience. They person in the stalls making sure everyone is safe even gave me some pointers when I asked but never just stepped in. Two thumbs up guys and keep up the great work. I was excited to find a new gun range near by when I stumbled upon Gun Hub. We signed up for a family membership straight away considering how reasonable the cost is. The facilities are really well done and there is a decent offering of gear and guns for sale. Another thing is the friendliness of the staff. CCW class there was excellent. It was informative, thorough and they are good about class participation. I have plenty of experience but I noticed on the range they really take inexperienced people under their wing and implement stress free coaching. If you're getting CCW this is the place to go. May cost a little more but it gives an individual everything they need in a very professional manner. read more

the facility was clean. employee i worked with was very unprofessional. giving commands to do tasks. once done he raised his voice in disappointment. this was not a good feeling in a fire arm facility. once on range #6 the target trolley broke down several times. employee had to come take it apart and fix it after several breakdowns I was done with this firing range. Also this is one of the most over priced ranges I've been to. I would not recommend this facility to shoot. read more

By far the BEST and most professional shop and range in the area. I drive from Brunswick and pass at least one shop to come here. The range is the cleanest and safest I've ever been to. The employees are knowledgeable and can explain things from the most basic level to full conversations with experts. This was my first experience at an indoor range. Not only was it my first experience indoors, but also I had brought two new firearms that I had never fired before. My rim-shot was giving me grief and the range officers were extremely helpful, up to and including asking relevant questions and giving suggestions to fix it for future outings. They even grabbed some more powerful ammo to test to see if that was why it wasn't cycling correctly. I cannot wait to go again. Although it was frustrating at first with my .22, finishing up with the new 9mm was a delight! They make you feel welcome and will answer any and all questions. read more

This is a very nice store. Nice, professional, pleasant, knowledgeable folks in the shop and a full time range attendant in the range. I've not taken advantage of any of the classes. The prices seem fair, and I'm aware the profit margin on new firearms is pretty slim, so they seem about right. I'm told they will sell guns on consignment, but haven't needed that service. The range still looks brand new which I suspect is the result of the vigilance of the range attendant and the rules you abide by to use the range. They will allow rifles in the range, but you should definitely check with them before heading out because there are a few (very reasonable) restrictions on what they'll allow you to use in their range. Now that said, their price per hour on the range is a little higher than other local places, but I think it's worth it when you consider what you're getting. Anyhow, if you're looking for a real nice, non-intimidating place to purchase and shoot firearms on on the West Side of Cleveland I'd really recommend giving this place a try. read more

As a novice shooter, I really like how willing the entire staff is to answer any and all questions. They really do enjoy sharing their knowledge. I've been to a few other ranges east and south of Sheffield - none are anywhere near as welcoming or comfortable as Gun Hub. The facility is extremely clean. The shop is well stocked. The rental selection is reasonable. There is a range office on the range at all times. They take safety extremely seriously which is really good discipline that other places don't enforce. If you shoot, want to shoot or have any interest in shooting, check this place out. read more

Great range very clean and well lit. The people are incredibly friendly and you can't beat the range time pricing. Ammo is a little expensive if you buy it there but the cost of range time makes up for it. Great selection of guns to purchase as well as rent. Staff was super helpful. No one was ever condescending towards me at all unlike some other places in northeast Ohio. Prices are excellent and was not super busy on a Sunday. Lots of rentals to chose from. Ammo was priced really good and they let you shoot almost anything. Didn't need to shoot one round at a time with my AR. Could put a whole 30 round mag through. Worst place ever!!! Do not try to buy a gun here unless you want to give away your hard earned money. They don't follow the brady law nor do they tell you when you try to purchase a gun. Now I have to take a day off of work and spend time to get fingerprinted and an additional $50 so that I can purchase the gun, which I no longer need because summer is now over after already waiting for 3 months thus far to purchase it. Unless....I feel like giving them a 25% restock fee which equates to $250 if the cost of your gun is $1,000... don't waste your time or money with them unless you have money to throw out the window. read more
