Yes, nothing speaks to the solemnity of Christmas quite like a tree from the PRC. Whatever the origin, I sure like snapping the thing together in five minutes as opposed to building the fake Balsam one branch at a time. And if the lights go out, just pop in a new set. My first phone call ended with a promise that "the back office" would review my case and get back to me, but no one ever followed up. When I finally spoke with a supervisor, they just repeated the 30-day warranty policy and refused to offer any meaningful assistance. For a company that advertises premium quality, both the product and the customer service were a letdown. I won't be purchasing from Balsam Hill again.

They're always just sitting there overly greeting people instead of trying to move the lines along quicker. A lot of useless stuff crowding the aisles as another reviewer alluded to.
