Called back in two WEEKS and again no one had any clue about my order so I just hung up and went over to Walpole music down the street and they had my new pups in my guitar in one week and they sent it out to a tech. A few years later I was driving by again and decided to stop for some strings. I got three packs of strings at 6.99 each and somehow it came out to 26.00 dollars. I didn't do the math until I got home ( miles away not worth the drive back for a few dollars) and realized why I didn't get a receipt. Conclusion: if you're not dropping thousands of dollars there you're not a musician or customer in their eyes.
