The girls were great about fetching other sizes or swapping similar items if they didn't have it in that size. Really cute clothes. They have a really good selection of cowboy hats and found that every style had a different feel and sizing to it as the hats tended to be oval and her head round. Ultimately, she found a Rodeo King felt hat that fit good and she bought it. They also have a good selection of Wrangler jeans here so my advice is if you're looking for a hat or jeans you'll most likely come away with something. On the other hand I wasn't impressed with the cowboy boot selection as I only look at leather soled boots and found most of their boots were rubber soled. The service was good and had no issues with getting customer service and help picking out many different hats that were hanging from the wall where it was just out of reach unless you had a stick to help.

I was paid $6 for brand new Nike's they are selling for $40. . I was paid $5 for brand new converse that they are selling for $30. I've also sold them unworn Dr. Martins and was given less than 10% of what they are selling them for. The employees will tell you they pay 1/3 of what they sell it for but that's absolutely not true. It would be more appealing if they offered trade in credit where for every 3 pairs of shoes, earn 1 because as it is, you can sell them 3 pairs and still won't have enough to buy 1 pair of similar kind from them.Yet, they will pay you $6 for your brand new nikes and turn around and sell them for $40. Again, I like that they offer affordable prices but they need to do better to encourage people to bring them items with value. There are too many other platforms like Depop, Mercari, and Vinted that make selling so easy. I think waiting a week to be paid $40-$50 makes more sense to most people than taking the quick $5-6. I keep trying to convince myself that I'm getting cash for what I used to donate but let's be real, times are different today and money is money.
