The gals at the front desk were so kind and reassuring with everything from pain management to insurance claims. The nurses were darling and so sweet to my daughter and Dr. Harvey was excellent! Not only did he offer an alternative to pain management (the doctor offered my other two girls oxycodone - really?? No!), this daughter only had to alternate Tylenol and Advil to manage her pain. As previously stated, I previously had two daughters have the exact same surgery and were in pain within hours after the procedure. One suffered infections for months afterwards. From front desk Arlene, to Dr. Brady's assistants, and Anna they've all been professional, pleasant, and friendly. When I had minor issues with my top teeth the chipped part of my front tooth, Dr. Brady did not hesitate to correct it for me. He told her if she refused to get a root canal then they were canceling her appointment even though she told him she came for an appointment with the oral surgeon, not an endodontist. There was no apology for the mix up from him and he was very short and rude towards her. It costs you nothing to be kind, but it seemed as though he would rather be dismissive than helpful. My mother is elderly and all she wanted was some help. Apparently that was too much to ask from Dr Gaynor. I will say the rest of the dental staff was very kind and tried to help my mother make an appointment with a dentist instead, but by that point she said she didn't want to patronize a business with a doctor who treats elderly patients that way. She felt as though she were being blackmailed as he was basically saying, "either do the more expensive treatment that I know you DON'T want with me or you get nothing at all." She didn't want a root canal or implant. She just wants the tooth removed because it's broken below the gum line and needs an oral surgeon to remove it. I'm very disappointed at this man's bedside manner. Thankfully the rest of the staff was so nice because my mother was already crying by the time she was done. What a horribly rude man!

I get scared, my jaw locks, and I've been known to shed a few tears. The worst part was not only that I needed surgery done, but that I was an emergency patient (didn't have an appointment) and I've never been treated by this doctor before. Horror level 1000. During my first call to this location I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. After I explained that I was in a lot of pain and wanted to be seen as soon as possible, she said that the doctor would stay longer that day to treat me. I felt a bit better already. I was seated and met the doctor ten minutes after I arrived. Turns out he is a gentle giant! I barely felt the shot he gave me, he kept checking how I was doing during the entire procedure. He even took several little breaks to make sure that my jaw wouldn't lock. I cannot believe that it was such a smooth and, dare I say it, even pleasant dental visit!! Dental treatment can be expensive these days - BUT seeing a doctor who not only does great (major and minor) work , but also treats you well and goes out of his way to be helpful, that is just PRICELESS. They are on your side. When you have a problem, they will email you back right away. They do a great job cleaning teeth and have never made me doubt myself. Here is the most important part: They are honest. If you have a "watch spot" they will sell u a special toothpaste for 20 bucks over a 500$ filling, in hopes that it reverses! They have never taken advantage of us and have only done work when it's the right move. They aren't running a business, they are running a healthcare office! I personally see Dr. Michelle however my parents see Dr. Rob (who I have also seen many times) and I trust each dentist in this practice with my teeth!
