For years of general dentistry, severe dental situations and my families special needs roadblocks, this dentist and team have always been there. From the front desk , dental cleaning to delicate dental situations this practice has been amazing. You are treated with respect, individual attention, careful and first class dental work - but most of all with with a true sense of professionalism.. Just sit in the waiting room and you'll hear everyone saying the exact thing I am writing. Even checking in,incorporates their total competency. I don't write many reviews but the care and consistent professional dentistry exhibited by Dr Michelle and the entire staff is worth more than I can put down here. So back to my initial analogy-- all the Oscars in all the categories that you can afford to a practice- from the simple but welcoming pictures on the waiting room wall, to the precise and careful dental works go to Dr Michelle and the complete staff of Savin Dental .... I have been going here for 16 years (since I moved to Chicago). My family who has lived here has been going here for 40 years! This place is the most trustworthy place you will find. They are on your side. When you have a problem, they will email you back right away. They do a great job cleaning teeth and have never made me doubt myself. Here is the most important part: They are honest. If you have a "watch spot" they will sell u a special toothpaste for 20 bucks over a 500$ filling, in hopes that it reverses! They have never taken advantage of us and have only done work when it's the right move. They aren't running a business, they are running a healthcare office! I personally see Dr. Michelle however my parents see Dr. Rob (who I have also seen many times) and I trust each dentist in this practice with my teeth! Went today to see Dr Michelle Peifley my dentist for over 15 years since I was concerned about a possible problem with my Bridge. Dr Michelle got me in right away and took X-rays and determined I did not have much of a problem. She gave me a medication to app,y to my inflamed gums . She also suggested using a water pic for better dental hygiene .i like that my dentist is totally familiar with my dental history and can advise me about my dental care. Dr Michelle has a great bedside manner matched by her expertise as an experienced dentist. The office is also very well run. read more

I had a gold inlay fall out while flossing. I called for an appointment the morning after it happened. The office was able to get me in the afternoon I called. I brought in inlay with me, not knowing whether it could be used again or not. Dr. Michelle was able to put in back in. I really was surprised because my cynical self thought for sure I was going to have to spend a ton of money to replace it. I was charged a minimal fee to have it re-cemented in. Talk about exceeding my expectations, I was able to get in within a few hours of calling and I was treated by an caring professional team (Dr. Michelle and her assistant Rocky).
