it was good and I like the bathroom and I like the games and the seats were nice and the staff is very nice so I like the place

Today was my last appointment with Dr.Brady and his team. I have finished my Invisalign and was coming in for my retainer check up. It's been a journey (1.5 -2 years?) but I'm very happy with the result and it felt bittersweet that I won't get to see them as much as I did. I really appreciated Dr. Brady and his staff. From front desk Arlene, to Dr. Brady's assistants, and Anna they've all been professional, pleasant, and friendly. When I had minor issues with my top teeth the chipped part of my front tooth, Dr. Brady did not hesitate to correct it for me. Appointments were always a breeze and prompt as I never had to wait long to see Dr. Brady. Thank you Dr. Brady for helping me achieve straight teeth! I would highly highly recommend. I have already recommended them to my friends who were interested! read more

Got a permanent retainer on my bottom teeth. Brought up the issue to Dr. Brady that it felt loose. He ignored the issue and wouldn't you know it? My permanent retainer fell out not even 6 months after installation. The people there are lovely but Dr Brady is a downgrade from Dr Ford. read more

Dr Ford and his team are wonderful. You never feel uncomfortable there. They are kind and low key and yet very professional. Dr Ford is a very good listener and is not content until the patient is 100% pleased with the results. My husband and I both had Invisalign there and we are both very pleased with both the process and our new smiles. My husband's case was particularly difficult as he had one implant done in the middle of the treatment and also needed a bridge replaced. Dr Ford was able to make a retainer that worked with the new bridge at a very reasonable cost. He worked with my dentist to ensure the treatment plan would go smoothly. We don't give 5 star reviews often but this is one of those that definitely merits 5 stars. We would definitely recommend Ford Orthodontics to anyone requiring orthodontic treatment. read more

Dr Brady finds the time to explain the ortho process to me, as a parent, then again to my son to eliminate any surprises in terms he understands. Appointments are easy to book and run promptly. Such a great practice. read more

I can easily recommend Dr. Brady to be your orthodontist. He is low key and puts kids and adults at ease. The office as a whole is very accommodating and runs a tight ship with staying on schedule. My kids have always felt comfortable and Dr. Brady takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. I always feel like there is sound reasoning for his strategies and never feel like he is trying to "up sell." My kids' teeth are beautiful as a result of the work put in. I feel it has been worth every penny. I have nothing but good things to say! read more

Two years ago my dentist recommended Invisalign, through Dr. Brady, to help prevent future jaw issues. I am proud to say I have successfully completed the program and I would strongly recommend Dr Brady and his 5 STAR staff. Dr Brady was very thorough and professional throughout the entire process. He promptly and personally returned phone calls when requested. I never waited for an appointment. As soon as I walked into the office his friendly staff greeted me with a smile and immediately directed me to the exam chairs in a very clean environment. Net results: Beautiful new smile with a healthy jaw line. I strongly recommend Dr. Brady Tony K Highland Park IL read more

I saw Doctor Brady and Anna to get a retainer and their work was great! The whole staff is very friendly and welcoming. They were very transparent with options for me around my bite and the technology they used for imaging my mouth was state-of-the-art. I highly recommend this practice to anyone, young or old. read more

Great experience here. Dr. Brady is very kind and helpful and the staff are warm and efficient. We came to in after moving to town post-braces and needed help with retainers etc. Dr. Brady was extremely helpful and gracious! Highly recommend. read more

I am a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my teeth. My Invisalign retainer had broken from wear and tear and a couple weeks after, my 14 year old bottom permanent retainer had also broken while I was flossing. I went to see Dr. Brady for new retainers. He removed my bottom retainer and put in a brand new bar cemented perfectly on my lower canines (no messy cement at all). He also had top and bottom tray retainers made that fit over my bottom permanent retainer. I had mentioned I have TMJ and it has definitely helped having the two retainers instead of just the one on top. The tray retainers also fit perfectly and feel amazing. I am so happy I went to see Dr. Brady, he is truly the best. If you are thinking about seeing him for any orthodontic services, you absolutely should!! read more

I Couldn't be happier with my invisalign results. Dr. Brady was recommended highly to me by a friend who sends all 3 of her tween-aged kids to him. Scheduling is easy, his staff is warm and friendly. I noticed the decor of the practice was updated recently, and looks great...pleasing to both kids and adults. Dr. Brady is patient and answers all my questions. I'm on my last set of trays, and have to say I'm very happy with my improved, straight-toothed grin. I highly recommend this practice... read more

Dr Brady and his entire team have been a joy to work with over the past year. Two of my children needed braces and I appreciated how clear and upfront Dr. Brady was with treatment and cost....He took a lot of time to cover the pros and cons of all the different treatment options. Arlene at the front desk makes scheduling appointments very easy around all the school commitments and activities and is always super friendly. What a gem this place is right in our neighborhood! read more

Thank you Dr. Brady for taking time from your weekend (Saturday afternoon) to meet us at your office to adjust my son's "cross bar/retainer." Greatly appreciated! Talk about amazing service and care-- the best. We are grateful. read more

I came to Dr. Ford a little over 10 years ago with a terrible overbite and a bad habit of sucking my thumb. However, at Ford Orthodontists, nothing is too challenging for them. A quick 2 years later (when I was in 6th grade), I had a "million dollar smile," as Dr. Ford says. Although the braces process can be painful for most, my experience was amazing. Now, at 17, my smile still looks amazing and never ceases to receive compliments. read more

I've seen 4 different Orthodontists throughout my teenage years into adulthood. Dr. Brady is one of the best. I appreciate that the practice values adult clients as well. I've learned things from Dr. Brady that my previous Orthodontists never told/taught me. He is highly skilled, compassionate and honest. I've referred family and friends to him. A gem of a practice in the North Shore! read more

I was unhappy with my previous Orthodontist and found this practice through Yelp. I had my consult with Dr. Brady and I will be switching practices. Dr. Brady is rare among Healthcare Professionals. He was so patient, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and even reached out to me after my appointment. The office staff are also great. I was tired of these 5-10 min. quick appointments with my previous Orthodontist that seemed to overbook, felt like an assembly line of patients and didn't fully address my questions. Felt very rushed. Dr. Brady is the opposite of this. read more

Dr. Ford has been my family's orthodontist for almost 20 years. He's one of the best, and he has an incredibly helpful and nice office staff. Dr. Ford completely reversed my overbite (and I had a tough case, let me assure you!) and did my top and bottom braces / invisaligns / retainers. And all of these turned out amazingly well. In addition, Dr. Ford is one of the nicest, warmest Doctors that I've met: outstanding bedside manner and great communication with patients. If it's any testament to how great of a job Dr. Ford does, I traveled around Europe for a few months before I started graduate school. In every city that I visited, I would have conversations with many people from around the world. During at least one of these conversations in each of the cities that I visited (and I really mean this, literally each city that I visited in Europe), someone would mention something along the lines of, "you have beautiful teeth!". No exaggeration. Every time I heard that, I thought about Dr. Ford (and mentioned his name!). It was just amazing that I could travel around the world and people would acknowledge the great smile that Dr. Ford gave me. Finally, I'm not the only person who feels this way. I grew up in Winnetka. My entire family is still there. And every one of my friends who needed orthodontic work did it with Dr. Ford. Now they all have great looking smiles! And I literally mean every one of my friends - and their brothers, sisters, cousins, friends, you name it: they all went to Dr. Ford. And they all highly recommend him to all of their family and friends who need any orthodontic work. In fact, my sister recently needed braces. You can probably guess that she called Dr. Ford. Bottom line: Dr. Ford is the best. I wouldn't refer my family and friends to anyone other than Dr. Ford. read more

Wonderful experience! Very accommodating to individual needs!

We have been taking our children to Brady and Ford for the last 7 years and have always had a great experience. Thank you to Omar for going above and beyond today. Omar met my daughter at school to adjust a wire that was hurting her mouth so she wouldn't have to leave and miss 2 exams. What amazing service! read more

Long story (seen below) short, Dr. Ford is an exceptional orthodontist. He has always been extremely accommodating and if he can fix my mouth, he will have no problem with yours. I am a long time patron of Dr. Ford (14 years!) The most recent years have been check ups to make sure that I am maintaining that hard work we both put into my smile, as you can imagine my mouth was a bit of a cluster to start with. As a young kid there is nothing pleasant about going to the dentist or orthodontist. Even so I have no horrid memories of Dr. Fords office, they are actually quite fond. I attribute these memories not only to his friendly demeanor but his ability to not only care for me as a patient but to get to know me as a person. My first visit to Dr. Ford I was a snaggle-toothed fourth grader. Currently I just finished my first year of veterinary school and my most recent visit to Ford Orthodontics was over independence day weekend. My permanent retainer had snapped off and I needed it replaced. I now live away from home but was going to be in Winnetka for the holiday so I called Dr. Ford to see if per-chance he was going to be open any time (Friday, or Saturday) that weekend. I had little hope because both days were national holidays and nobody was working those days. I still tried because they were the only days I would be home for a long time. Dr. Ford replied to my voicemail, he asked how veterinary school was going, and explained that he would have no problem seeing me Friday morning regardless of being closed to quickly replace my lower permanent retainer (and it was quick, ~20min). As someone who is pursuing a carrier in the healthcare field I hope to be part of a practice where the owner (i.e. Dr. Ford) takes as much care and personal interest in each patient as Dr. Ford does. read more

I brought my son into the office for a consultation. He was moving to Winnetka from the East Coast and needed an orthodontist to resume treatment. Although I chose not to go with his service we were treated fairly. read more

I am so impressed with this practice. Every single person there is welcoming to our daughters, and the doctor is excellent. I am very impressed with the doctor's personal attention as well. He called us on a Sunday afternoon to make sure that things were going OK with using the head gear overnight. Who does that in this day and age?!? I am so glad we found them! read more

My 12-year-old daughter just had her braces removed today, Dr. Ford is an absolute pleasure to work with! He communicates well, explains thoroughly, and is extremely competent. His staff is very helpful and easy to work with as well. In addition, my daughter, who also likes Dr. Ford, will continue to see him for periodic visits to make sure her retainer continues to stay the corrections generated by the braces, for no additional charge. I'm not a big Yelper, or social media person, but I can't recommend Dr. Ford highly enough. 6 stars per my 18-month experience. read more

Dr Ford and his team are excellent. Myself as well as 2 of my siblings went to his office throughout Jr High and High School for all of our orthodontic work. He does a great job explaining everything he's doing and what you can expect throughout your entire visit. I recently came in (9 years later) to have a broken wire in my permanent retainer fixed and was in and out in less than 30 min. He is wonderful with children and I would highly recommend him! read more

Dr. Brady was great in working with my 13 year old son. He was very patient as my son asked quite a few questions. The appointment was easy to get outside of school hours and we were seen at the time of the appointment with no waiting. Thank you Dr. Brady! read more

I have used Ford Orthodontics for all 3 of my children. I also used Dr. Ford for my Invisiline. He is always super helpful, explains everything thoroughly and is realistic about what kids will and will not do. He is very competent and meticulous to detail. You will end up with perfect teeth. The appointments are quick and he runs pretty much on time. He is very good with kids and an excellent orthodontist. read more

At the start of high school, I became a patient at Ford Orthodontics. After being treated with braces, the transformation in my teeth is truly stunning. Dr. Ford utilized a range of different tools, from expanders to springs, to get my teeth as perfectly aligned as they are now. Since then, the office has acquired a lot of new technologies such as micro-implant tools. They also have a second doctor, Dr. Brady. It is always a pleasure meeting both of them and their staff, who are very friendly and know the names of all their patients. The doctors also take the time to fully explain the treatment and answer any questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Ford and Dr. Brady to anyone looking for an outstanding orthodontist. read more

Dr. Patrick Brady and his team were very friendly upon arrival for my first time visit to the office. It is a very bright and welcoming space and I was there for teeth whitening/trays for my teeth. Dr. Brady sat down with me and fully explained how everything would work and his team worked very efficiently while I waited. I was very pleased with the visit, my results, and I would highly recommend Dr. Brady who is very competent and communicates very well with his patients. read more

Dr. Ford is simply the best! All 4 of my children have gone to him for their orthodontic care and the results are great. It's easy to make appointments and there is little to no wait time in the office. Dr. Ford is super nice and makes sure that the kids know where they are in their treatment and what they need to do to move things along. I am very glad that we were referred to Dr. Ford and thank him for my children's' beautiful smiles! read more

I just visited Dr Brady and had a lovely experience. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Office is extremely clean and sanitary. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!! read more

Dr Ford is simply the best when it comes to Orthodontics care! I first met Dr Ford when I was treated in high school and college, as he worked with my schedule as I was back and forth from college out of state. Now that I've been back in the area some two decade later, and have a 10 year old daughter who needed treatment at the age of 7, I immediately when right back to Dr. Ford. My daughter struggles with anxiety and I knew it would be hard to have something placed in her mouth - even dealing with the castings and other things they needed to do to simply treat her. But Dr Ford and his staff immediately made her feel right at home! She loves everyone in the office and has no fear or anxiety about anything that has been done. She just started phase two and again, its been a very easy process - something unheard of for me when I usually struggle to settle her with the most basic changes. Hannah loves it all, and they even have added little rewards incentive programs that have just made the whole experience even more "fun" for the kids! Thank you to Dr Ford and staff!! read more

Dr. Ford did an unbelievable job fixing both my daughters teeth. I was referred to him because their teeth were going to be extremely hard to fix and he made them look perfect. We are certain that if we had gone to a lot of other doctors they couldn't have done what he did. Now that I look back at the pictures of their teeth before they had everything done I have no idea how he did it. THANK YOU!!! read more

I just had an appointment today with Dr. Ford and wanted to express what an excellent orthodontist he is. He helped me change my smile from a deteriorating situation to perfection with Invisalign invisible braces. He and his staff are warm, friendly, excellent communicators, on-time, competent, and easy to work with. I have moved out of state, but he encourages me to come back when I am in town for a check up at no charge. I highly recommend him! read more

I consulted Dr. Ford about the possibility of having orthodontic treatment. Although we both agreed that it was not the best course, I truly appreciated Dr. Ford's thoughtful approach and his professionalism. read more

Dr. Ford and his team are excellent. I first had braces many years ago, and since then I have continually relied on Dr. Ford for his guidance and advice. He is clearly willing to do whatever it takes to help his patients. When I was studying abroad and had a problem with a permanent retainer, he called me and left me a voicemail with instructions for how to take it off. He even volunteered to instruct me over skype if necessary. I ended up needing braces a second time while in college due a jaw problem (unrelated to Dr. Ford's work on my teeth the first time), and although I saw an orthodontist in another city, Dr. Ford made himself available for second opinions whenever I wanted them. He worked me into his schedule and did not charge me for a consultation I wanted, even when I called last-minute, and he emphasized that I should feel free to call or text him with any other questions. Everyone on his team is truly warm and accommodating and interested in the patients' success. In short, I highly recommend Dr. Ford, and I am sure you will be pleased with his practice as well. read more
